Abstract

Un moule de cuisson sert à préparer plusieurs desserts composés individuels dans une forme de noix prédéterminée. Lensemble comprend : I. un premier moule de base comportant des cavités en forme de moitié de noix, formées chacune dune moitié de noix fermée ayant une extrémité ouverte et une extrémité fermée; 2. un deuxième moule de dessus qui repose sur ledit premier moule de base et les multiples cavités en forme de moitié de noix dun diamètre plus petit installées dans les cavités respectives en forme de moitié de noix formées dans le moule de base. Chaque cavité en forme de moitié de noix dans le moule supérieur présente des perforations espacées également pour permettre à la chaleur de passer et cuire la pâte uniformément. Le moule de dessus a une épaisseur et un poids suffisants pour reposer par gravité sur la pâte dans le moule de base. Une poignée se projette vers le haut à partir du plan de surface central dudit moule de dessus.
