À cette fin, l'invention concerne un procédé et un système d'achat de produits utilisant des informations de marquage, comprenant : une étape dans laquelle le terminal mobile (120) reçoit une pluralité d'éléments d'informations de marquage correspondant à une pluralité de produits, en utilisant des communications sans fil ; une étape dans laquelle le terminal mobile (120) affiche une page permettant de commander la pluralité de produits dans une transaction de type autorisation ou non d'achat ; une étape dans laquelle le terminal mobile (120) reçoit une entrée utilisateur destinée à sélectionner celui ou ceux de la pluralité de produits qui est ou sont à commander ; ainsi qu'une étape dans laquelle le terminal mobile (120) transmet à un serveur de paiement (une passerelle de paiement) (140) des informations de commande pour le ou les produits sélectionnés par l'entrée utilisateur et des informations de solution de paiement pour le ou les produits sélectionnés.
