- 우산살어셈블리(11)를 구성함에 있어서;메인살고정부재(15)에 원주상으로 회동 가능하게 일단이 결합되는 내측부재(12a)와, 내측부재(12a)의 타단보다 위쪽에 일단이 핀으로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 중간부재(12b)와, 중간부재(12b)의 타단에 일단이 핀으로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 외측부재(12c)를 접철되도록 조립 구성한 다수개의 메인살(12)과;제1보조살고정부재(16)에 원주상으로 회동 가능하게 일단이 결합되며, 상기 메인살(12)의 중간부재(12b)와 평행하도록 내측부재(12a) 단부가 중간부분에 회동가능하게 핀으로 결합되고 타단이 중간부재(12b)와 회동 가능하게 핀으로 결합된 외측부재(12c)의 상단 아래쪽에 각각 핀으로 회동가능하게 결합된 다수개의 제1보조살(13)과;상기 메인살고정부재(15)와 제1보조살고정부재(16) 사이에 위치하는 제2보조살고정부재(17)에 원주상으로 회동 가능하게 일단이 결합되며 타단이 상기 내측부재(12a)와 제1보조살(13)의 중간부분이 결합되는 부분에 같이 핀으로 회동가능하게 결합되는 다수개의 제2보조살(14)로 구성되며;상기 메인살고정부재(15)에 메인살(12)의 내측부재(12a)가 회동가능하게 결합되는 결합부의 직경(D1)은 제2보조살고정부재(17)에 제2보조살(14)이 회동가능하게 결합되는 결합부의 직경(D2)보다 의미 있는 큰 치수로 구성하여 제2보조살고정부재(17)를 하측으로 당겨서 우산살어셈블리(11)를 펴고 상측으로 밀어 올려서 우산살어셈블리(11)를 접어지게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우산살어셈블리.
- 접이식 우산(1)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(2)에 하단이 결합 고정된 하부관(3)의 상단과 하부관(3)의 외부에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 상부관(4)의 하단에 각각 확대된 걸림관(6) 및 축소된 걸림관(7)을 형성하여 상승을 제어하며, 하부관(3)의 상단부분과 하단부분에 각각 작동공(3a)(3b)을 통해서 외부로 노출되는 걸림돌기(9)가 형성된 판스프링(8)을 내장 설치하고, 상부관(4)의 하단부분에 걸림돌기(9)가 내입 걸림되는 걸림구멍(4a)을 형성한 우산대(5)와;상기 상부관(4)의 하단부분에 형성된 걸림구멍(4a)의 상하측에 형성된 걸림돌턱(4b) 사이에 위치하도록 상부관(4)의 외부에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합되며, 내측에는 걸림구멍(4a)을 통해서 노출되는 판스프링(8)들에 형성된 걸림돌기(9)가 내입되는 환형의 내입홈(10a)이 형성된 작동손잡이(10)와;상기 우산대(5)의 상부관(4)의 외부에 설치되는 제1항 구성의 우산살어셈블리(11)를 포함하되;상기 우산살어셈블리(11)의 결합은 상기 상부관(4)의 상단에 메인살(12)의 내측부재(12a)가 회동가능하게 결합된 메인살고정부재(15)가 고정 설치되며, 그 하측 상부관(4)의 외부에는 하강하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴져 상승하는 제1보조살고정부재(16)와 하부가 인접하고, 메인살고정부재(15) 쪽으로 상승하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어지는 제2보조살(14)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제2보조살고정부재(17)가 설치되며, 상기 작동손잡이(10) 상측의 상부관(4) 외부에는 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴질 때 상승하여 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 상부가 인접하고, 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어질 때 작동손잡이(10) 쪽으로 하강하는 제1보조살(13)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제1보조살고정부재(16)가 설치되며;상기 상부관(4)의 상단부분에는 제2보조살고정부재(17)의 승강 폭 만큼 길게 마주보는 작동장공(4c)을 형성하고, 상부관(4)의 내측에 위치하며 도르래(18)가 축 결합된 승강부재(19)를 상기 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 작동장공(4c)을 통해서 내입되는 핀(20)으로 일체가 되도록 고정하며;상기 상부관(4)의 내부에는 작동장공(4c)의 아래쪽에 받침턱(21)을 형성하고, 받침턱(21)과 하부관(3)의 상단에 형성된 로프고정봉(22)의 상단을 상기 도르래(18)를 경유하는 로프(23)로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 우산.
- 접이식 우산(1)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(2)에 하단이 결합 고정된 하부관(3)의 상단과 하부관(3)의 외부에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 상부관(4)의 하단에 각각 확대된 걸림관(6) 및 축소된 걸림관(7)을 형성하여 상승을 제어하며, 하부관(3)의 상단부분에 작동공(3a)을 통해서 외부로 노출되는 걸림돌기(9)가 형성된 판스프링(8)을 내장 설치하고, 상부관(4)의 하단부분과 중간부분에 각각 상기 걸림돌기(9)가 내입 걸림되는 걸림구멍(4a)(4a')을 형성한 우산대(5)와;상기 판스프링(8)의 상단에 중심이 핀으로 조립되며 작동공(3a) 쪽은 낮으면서 하부관(3)의 내면과 접하고, 반대쪽은 높으면서 단부를 손잡이(2)에 설치된 상태에서 누름버튼(29)에 의해 회동 작동하는 ㄴ형 회동부재(30)와 로프(31)로 연결하여 판스프링(8)에 형성된 걸림돌기(9)를 하부관(3) 내측으로 강제 내입시키는 회동레버(28)와;상기 상부관(4)의 하단부분에 형성된 걸림구멍(4a)의 상부, 상부관(4)의 외부에 고정 결합된 작동손잡이(10)와;상기 우산대(5)의 상부관(4) 외부에 설치되는 제1항 구성의 우산살어셈블리(11)를 포함하되;상기 우산살어셈블리(11)의 결합은 상부관(4)의 상단에 메인살(12)의 내측부재(12a)가 회동가능하게 결합된 메인살고정부재(15)가 고정 설치되며, 그 하측 상부관(4)의 외부에는 하강하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴져 상승하는 제1보조살고정부재(16)와 하부가 인접하고, 메인살고정부재(15) 쪽으로 상승하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어지는 제2보조살(14)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제2보조살고정부재(17)가 설치되며, 상기 작동손잡이(10) 상측의 상부관(4) 외부에는 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴질 때 상승하여 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 상부가 인접하고, 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어질 때 작동손잡이(10) 쪽으로 하강하는 제1보조살(13)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제1보조살고정부재(16)가 설치되며;상기 상부관(4)의 상단부분에는 제2보조살고정부재(17)의 승강 폭 만큼 길게 마주보는 작동장공(4c)을 형성하고, 상부관(4)의 내측에 위치하며 도르래(18)가 축 결합된 승강부재(19)를 상기 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 작동장공(4c)을 통해서 내입되는 핀(20)으로 일체가 되도록 고정하고;상기 상부관(4)의 내부에는 작동장공(4c)의 아래쪽에 위치하도록 받침턱(21)을 형성하고, 받침턱(21)과 하부관(3)의 상단에 형성된 로프고정봉(22)의 상단을 도르래(18)를 경유하는 로프(23)로 연결하며;상기 받침턱(21)과 승강부재(19) 사이에는 접는 코일스프링(32)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 우산.
- 접이식 우산(1)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(2)에 하단이 결합 고정된 하부관(3)의 상단과 하부관(3)의 외부에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 상부관(4)의 하단에 각각 확대된 걸림관(6) 및 축소된 걸림관(7)을 형성하여 상승을 제어하며, 상기 상부관(4)의 하단부분에 걸림구멍(4a)을 형성하고, 그 상측으로 작동손잡이(10)를 고정 설치한 우산대(5)와;상기 손잡이(2)에 설치되며, 판스프링(27)에 탄성 지지되어 손잡이(2) 외부로 노출되는 누름부(25b)를 가지며 우산대(5)가 중앙으로 삽입되는 조립구멍(25a)을 상하 관통되게 형성하고, 조립구멍(25a) 내에는 상측으로 경사안내면(26a)이 구비된 걸림돌기(26)를 일체 형성한 조작버튼(25)과;상기 우산대(5)의 상부관(4) 외부에 설치되는 제1항 구성의 우산살어셈블리(11)를 포함하되;상기 우산살어셈블리(11)의 결합은 상기 상부관(4)의 상단에 메인살(12)의 내측부재(12a)가 회동가능하게 결합된 메인살고정부재(15)가 고정 설치되며, 그 하측 상부관(4)의 외부에는 하강하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴져 상승하는 제1보조살고정부재(16)와 하부가 인접하고, 메인살고정부재(15) 쪽으로 상승하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어지는 제2보조살(14)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제2보조살고정부재(17)가 설치되며, 상기 작동손잡이(10) 상측의 상부관(4) 외부에는 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴질 때 상승하여 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 상부가 인접하고, 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어질 때 작동손잡이(10) 쪽으로 하강하는 제1보조살(13)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제1보조살고정부재(16)가 설치되며;상기 상부관(4)의 상단부분에는 제2보조살고정부재(17)의 승강 폭 만큼 길게 마주보는 작동장공(4c)을 형성하고, 상부관(4)의 내측에 위치하며 도르래(18)가 축 결합된 승강부재(19)를 상기 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 작동장공(4c)을 통하여 내입하는 핀(20)으로 일체가 되도록 고정하고;상기 상부관(4)의 내부에는 작동장공(4c)의 아래쪽에 위치하도록 받침턱(21)을 형성하고, 받침턱(21)과 하부관(3)의 상단에 형성된 로프고정봉(22)의 상단을 상기 도르래(18)를 경유하는 로프(23)로 연결하며;상기 하부관(3)의 상단에 형성된 걸림관(6)과, 상부관(4)의 작동장공(4c) 아래쪽에 위치한 받침턱(21) 사이에는 펴는 코일스프링(24)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 우산.
- 접이식 우산(1)을 구성함에 있어서;손잡이(2)에 하단이 결합 고정된 하부관(3)의 상단과 하부관(3)의 외부에 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 상부관(4)의 하단에 각각 확대된 걸림관(6) 및 축소된 걸림관(7)을 형성하여 상승을 제어하며, 상기 상부관(4)의 하단부분에 걸림구멍(4a)을 형성하고, 그 맞은편에 걸림턱(4d)을 형성한 우산대(5)와;상기 손잡이(2)에 설치되며, 판스프링(27)에 탄성 지지되어 손잡이(2) 외부로 노출되는 누름부(25b)를 가지며 우산대(5)가 중앙으로 삽입되는 조립구멍(25a)을 상하 관통되게 형성하고, 조립구멍(25a) 내에는 상측으로 경사안내면(26a)이 구비된 걸림돌기(26)를 일체 형성한 조작버튼(25)과;상기 우산대(5)의 상부관(4) 외부에 설치되는 제1항 구성의 우산살어셈블리(11)를 포함하되;상기 우산살어셈블리(11)의 결합은, 상부관(4)의 상단에 메인살(12)의 내측부재(12a)가 회동가능하게 결합된 메인살고정부재(15)가 고정 설치되며, 그 하측 상부관(4)의 외부에는 하강하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴져 상승하는 제1보조살고정부재(16)와 하부가 인접하고, 메인살고정부재(15) 쪽으로 상승하면 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어지는 제2보조살(14)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제2보조살고정부재(17)가 설치되며, 상기 제2보조살고정부재(17) 하측의 상부관(4) 외부에는 우산살어셈블리(11)가 펴질 때 상승하여 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 상부가 인접하고, 우산살어셈블리(11)가 접어질 때 손잡이(2) 쪽으로 하강하는 제1보조살(13)이 회동가능하게 결합된 제1보조살고정부재(16)가 설치되며;상기 상부관(4)의 상단부분에는 제2보조살고정부재(17)의 승강 폭 만큼 길게 마주보는 작동장공(4c)을 형성하고, 상부관(4)의 내측에 위치하며 도르래(18)가 축 결합된 승강부재(19)를 상기 제2보조살고정부재(17)와 작동장공(4c)을 통하여 내입하는 핀(20)으로 일체가 되도록 고정하고;상기 상부관(4)의 중간 내부에는 작동장공(4c)의 아래쪽에 위치하도록 받침턱(21)을 형성하고, 받침턱(21)에는 상기 도르래(18)를 경유하는 로프(23)의 일단을 고정하고, 로프(23)의 타단은 승강부재(19)의 하측에 일체로 결합되어 받침턱(21)에 접하여 슬라이드 하는 안내관(19a)의 내부에서 승강하는 로프고정봉(22)과 연결하며;상기 로프고정봉(22)의 하단에는 걸림홈(22b)이 형성된 로프고정봉(22)보다 직경이 작은 고정부(22a)를 형성하여 하부관(3)의 하단부분 내부에 결합된 버튼하우징(33)에 삽입되게 구성하되;상기 버튼하우징(33)에는 조작버튼(25)에 의해 가압되는 제2버튼(34)을 판스프링(35)에 탄성지지되게 설치하되;상기 제2버튼(34)은 중앙에 상기 고정부(22a)가 삽입되는 구멍(34a)이 상하 관통되며, 고정부(22a)에 형성된 걸림홈(22b)에 내입되는 상측으로 경사면이 형성된 걸림돌기(34b)를 일체 형성하여 조작버튼(25)에 스프링에 탄성 지지되어 상향 회동되고 상기 걸림턱(4d)에 걸려 하향 회동하도록 설치한 가압부재(36)에 의해 우산(1)이 접힌 상태에서 조작버튼(25)을 가압할 때는 가압력이 차단되고, 상부관(4)이 상승한 상태에서 우산(1)을 접기 위해 조작버튼(25)을 가압할 때는 가압되게 하며;상기 상부관(4)의 중간 내부에 형성된 받침턱(21)과, 상기 도르래(18)가 설치되어 있는 승강부재(19) 사이에는 접는 코일스프링(37)을 설치하고, 상기 받침턱(21)과 하부관(3)의 하단부분 내부에 위치하는 버튼하우징(33) 사이에는 펴는 코일스프링(38)을 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 우산.
