Description
本发明涉及一种花洒装置,尤其是一种变轨迹按摩水花洒。
目前业内有出现不少能够改变花洒出水效果的花洒产品,如中国专利申请号CN200810070941.7,名称为《一种节水花洒》的发明,其涉及一种节水花洒,当水通过花洒进水口进入到花洒本体内部后通过花洒腔体的斜水口冲击转子,使转子旋转,转子下方设置的与其连动的凸台在高速旋转过程中将堵住若干个喷射口中的一个或多个,从而改变流量,使最终出水呈圆形轨迹。然而,上述花洒只是单纯地通过转子的旋转以及封闭部分出水口来改变出水量,但是并不能使花洒产生的轨迹成非圆形,例如椭圆、心形或其它形的变化轨迹的按摩水。
本发明提供了一种淋浴面积能随水压大小变化的花洒,其克服了背景技术中的节水花洒的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种变轨迹按摩水花洒,:它包括:
一固定单元,包括一进水通道和一非圆形的环形腔,该进水通道和环形腔体之间设置有若干个斜水孔,该环形腔之上开设有多个出水孔;及
一运动封水件,能够滑动连接在环形腔体之内;
其中,通过斜水孔进入的环形腔之内的水作用在转子上,使转子相对环形腔体滑动,滑动过程中转子封闭对应的出水孔。
一较佳实施例中,所述的运动封水件为一转子,转子包括二受力片和一封闭片,该封闭片固接在二受力片之下,而且,该受力片与斜水孔之倾斜方向之间呈一夹角。
一较佳实施例中,所述的封闭片具有伸出二受力片之外的二导向端, 该导向端成末端缘成弧形。
一较佳实施例中,所述的转子的高度等于环形腔的高度。

本发明的又实施例中,所述的运动封水件为滚珠。
本技术方案与背景技术相比:由于环形腔为非圆形,因此出水轨迹也成非圆形,例如椭圆形、心形、花形等,外观美观,能够满足用户的需求。本发明的运动封水件可以是转子或滚珠,运动封水件与斜水孔之倾斜方向之间呈一夹角,因此通过斜水孔的水作用在受力片的受力能够带动转子滑动。由于所述的封闭片具有二导向端,导向端成末端缘成弧形,因此能够保证转子在非圆形的环形腔内平滑滑动,避免转子与环形腔相碰撞阻碍滑动。由于转子的高度等于环形腔的高度,因此能够保证密封,避免因上浮而未密封,而未按预定方向滑动。由于所述的环形腔圆滑过渡,因此能够圆滑滑动,避免在拐弯处发生碰撞,或,无法通过。由于二椭圆环壁、椭圆面盖、出水面盖之间形成为环形腔,因此整个结构简单,装配方便快速。

该出水面盖140之顶面固设有二同心、相似、大小不等、内外设置的椭圆环壁122、123,该椭圆面盖121盖设在二椭圆环壁122、123之上并使得二椭圆环壁、椭圆面盖121、出水面盖140之间形成为圆滑过渡的椭圆环形腔120,又有一装配孔126设于出水面盖140之顶面中心;本实施例之中,该椭圆面盖121之上开设有一能够连通蓄水腔112的第二通孔128;

请参考图4、图5、图6,为本发明的较佳实施例所提供的变轨迹按摩水花洒出水时的示意图。
打开水流后,水流沿着进水通道130进入本体110内的蓄水腔112,再通入椭圆环形腔120,水流经过内椭圆环壁123的斜水孔124对转子200产生推动作用,促使转子200在椭圆环形腔120内快速地滑动,此时转子200的封闭片230依次封闭相应的部分出水孔125(如三个、二个或一个),从而使花洒的出水效果呈椭圆形的变轨迹按摩水。
根据需要,在相应的需要密封的地方还设置有密封环-C、D、E。
同理,所述的环形腔并不限于椭圆环形腔,也可设计为花形环形腔(如图7所示)、心字形环形腔(如图8所示)、三角环形腔(如图9所示)等不规则形状之腔体,其转子的形状随着做相应的调整以与上述不规则形状之环形腔相配合。
实施例2、请参阅图10至图12,本发明变轨迹按摩水花洒与实施例1不同之处在于其运动封水件为滚珠200。
结合图10至图12,本发明变轨迹按摩水花洒,其滚珠500滚动设置在出水面盖140上的椭圆环形腔120内,滚珠500的直径略小于椭圆环形腔120的截面宽度。
使用时,打开水流后,水流沿着进水通道130进入本体110内的蓄水腔112,再通入椭圆环形腔120,水流经过内椭圆环壁123的斜水孔124对滚珠500产生推动作用,促使滚珠500在椭圆环形腔120内快速地滑动,此时依次封闭相应的出水孔125,从而使花洒的出水效果呈椭圆形的变轨迹按摩水。
本发明一种变轨迹按摩,通过其设置在环形腔体内的运动封水件滑动或滚动,使花洒产生随运动封水件在环形腔内的轨迹而变化的非圆形轨迹按摩水。本发明结构简单,使用效果富有变换,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (14)
- 一种变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:它包括:一固定单元,包括一进水通道和一非圆形的环形腔,该进水通道和环形腔体之间设置有若干个斜水孔,该环形腔之上开设有多个出水孔;及一运动封水件,能够滑动连接在环形腔体之内;其中,通过斜水孔进入的环形腔之内的水作用在转子上,使转子相对环形腔体滑动,滑动过程中转子封闭对应的出水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的运动封水件为一转子,包括二受力片和一封闭片,该封闭片固接在二受力片之下,而且,该受力片与斜水孔之倾斜方向之间呈一夹角。
- 根据权利要求2所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的封闭片具有伸出二受力片之外的二导向端, 该导向端成末端缘成弧形。

- 根据权利要求6所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的固定单元包括一本体、一椭圆面盖和一固定装接在本体之下的出水面盖,该出水面盖之顶面固设有二同心、相似、大小不等、内外设置的椭圆环壁,该出水孔开设在出水面盖并位于二椭圆环壁之间,该椭圆面盖盖设在二椭圆环壁之上并使得二椭圆环壁、椭圆面盖、出水面盖之间形成为环形腔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的斜水孔开设在内椭圆环壁上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的通水通道至少包括一开设在椭圆面盖的通孔和一位于内椭圆环壁之内的中间腔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的变轨迹按摩花洒,其特征在于:所述的环形腔为花形环形腔、心字形环形腔或三角环形腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的运动封水件为一滚珠。
- 根据权利要求11所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的滚珠的直径小于或等于环形腔的截面宽度。
- 根据权利要求11所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的环形腔圆滑过渡。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的变轨迹按摩水花洒,其特征在于:所述的环形腔为椭圆环形腔。
