Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de contrôle et de commande (220) adapté à contrôler la combustion de chaque brûleur individuel (224) dans un four (1). Il comprend au moins un laser (221) permettant de fournir un faisceau (223) à travers une flamme d'un brûleur (224) dans un four (1), et au moins un détecteur (222) permettant de détecter les faisceaux (223) après le passage de ceux-ci à travers la flamme/près de la flamme. Le signal contrôlé est transféré à une unité électronique (215) qui calcule les conditions optimales pour ce brûleur (224). L'unité électronique (215) amène ensuite l'unité de commande (214) à ajuster les alimentations en combustible, en air primaire et en air secondaire de chaque brûleur individuel (224) afin d'obtenir un système plus efficace permettant de réduire la quantité d'émissions libérées.
