Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Betreiben von Blockheizkraftwerken, durch welche Stromgewinnung aus der Wärme der Motorkühlung ermöglicht und die Stromerzeugung bei fehlender Wärmeabnahme ohne Notkühlung fortgesetzt werden kann. Bei einem Rotationskolbenmotor, der einen Generator zu Stromerzeugung antreibt, ist der Kolbenraum (40) von einem Gehäuse (41) umschlossen, in welchem Heißwasser aus einem Heißwasserbehälter (26) unter hohem Druck zirkuliert. Im Heißwasserbehälter wird Dampf erzeugt, der eine mit einem zweiten Generator verbundene Dampfturbine (29) beaufschlagt. Der Abdampf der Dampfturbine kondensiert in einem Warmwasserbehälter (50), welcher einen Wärmetauscher (4) zur Wärmeversorgung der Wohnanlage enthält. Der Heißwasserbehälter und der Warmwasserbehälter haben einen Wasseranschluss und eine Niveauregelung zum Ersetzen des verdampften Wassers. Bei fehlender Wärmeabnahme wird der Abdampf ins Freie geleitet und die Stromerzeugung in beiden Generatoren kann fortgesetzt werden. Die Erfindung ist besonders geeignet für in großer Anzahl in Häusern installierte Kleinkraftwerke, die gefährliche und umweltschädliche Großkraftwerke ersetzen.
