La semelle intérieure est capable de trouver de manière autonome diverses positions de voûte sur la plante du pied de chaque individu, assurant ainsi un soutien optimal pour la voûte et un soutien adapté de la plante du pied, et cette semelle à système de positionnement autoréglable de voûte adaptable à chaque individu assure une adaptation et un confort excellents lorsque la semelle intérieure est portée et assure un soutien efficace de la plante du pied, par conséquent, la semelle intérieure ergonomique selon la présente invention soutient la voûte de la plante du pied de manière à stabiliser la voûte de la plante du pied et à soutenir efficacement les muscles du pied, empêche la tarsalgie des adolescents et corrige l'ambulation, peut réduire la fatigue des pieds même lors d'une période de marche prolongée, comporte des protubérances d'acupression formées sur le support de voûte plantaire qui lui-même se présente sous forme d'une voûte bombée afin d'accroître les effets d'acupression et d'améliorer l'adaptation et le confort, soulage l'absorption des chocs par les pieds, comporte une plaque magnétique insérée servant à stimuler la circulation sanguine dans la plante du pied de sorte que la fatigue de la plante du pied même pendant une période de marche prolongée est réduite et peut augmenter la force musculaire du pied. De plus, la semelle intérieure selon l'invention diffère des méthodes manuelles d'adaptation des pieds aux formes des chaussures qui ont été fabriquées de manière classique et cette semelle intérieure présente une configuration révolutionnaire permettant à un utilisateur de prendre l'initiative de sélectionner des chaussures qui correspondent à ses besoins personnels et peut être utilisée en l'installant sur la semelle intercalaire d'une chaussure ou en l'intégrant dans une sandale, de sorte qu'on s'attend à ce que la demande pour cette semelle intérieure augmente fortement.
