Abstract

La présente invention concerne un réservoir (30) de fermentation comprenant au moins une conduite de remplissage (32) pour l'amenée d'un liquide frais et au moins une conduite de prélèvement (34) pour le prélèvement d'un liquide au moins en partie fermenté. Le réservoir (30) présente un tube directeur (36) associé à la conduite de remplissage (32) ou à la conduite de prélèvement (34), qui sert à diriger et/ou à calmer les liquides se trouvant dans le réservoir (30). Le tube directeur (36) présente un côté inférieur ouvert (38). L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de fermentation constitué d'un agencement (54) sur plusieurs étages d'au moins deux réservoirs (301, 302, 303, 304, 305) accouplés les uns aux autres en cascade, pour la fermentation. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé de fermentation continue ou semi-continue d'un substrat et/ou de liquides à l'intérieur d'au moins un réservoir (301, 302, 303, 304, 305), pour la fermentation.
