根据本发明提供的方案, 在 eNB发起定位业务的过程中, 判定 UE需 要进行切换时, 能够及时向 E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信 令或通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换;或者, eNB或 MME向 E-SMLC发送定位 业务请求后,如果在未收到定位业务响应时确定 UE发生切换, eNB或 MME 也可以通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换, 以及时终止不必要的定位过程, 避免对 定位资源造成浪费。 附图说明

具体实施方式 图 1为 eNB发起定位业务的流程图, 如图 1所示, LTE网络中, eNB 作为定位业务发起方的定位处理过程包括:
步骤 101: eNB向移动管理实体 ( MME , Mobility Management Entity ) 发送定位业务请求( Location Service Request ), 发起对 UE的定位。
步骤 102: MME 收到来自 eNB的定位业务请求后, 向增强型服务移 动位置中心( E-SMLC, Enhanced Serving Mobile Location Centre )转发该定 位业务请求。
步骤 103a: E-SMLC收到定位业务请求后, 进行与 eNB交互的定位处 理( eNB Procedures ), 如获取定位测量数据或定位辅助数据。
步骤 103b: 作为步骤 103a的补充或替代, E-SMLC可以进行与 UE交 互的定位处理(UE Procedures ), 如获取位置估计或定位测量, 或者传递定 位辅助数据给 UE, UE根据收到的定位辅助数据进行定位估计或定位测量。
步骤 104: 完成对 UE的定位后, E-SMLC向 MME发送定位业务响应 ( Location Service Response ), 该定位业务响应中携带有 UE的定位结果。
步骤 105: MME收到定位业务响应后, 向 eNode B转发携带有 UE的 定位结果的定位业务响应。
以上流程中, eNB 作为定位业务的发起方, 主要是为了了解当前小区 的信号情况, 以便进行网络优化。 如果此时由于 UE的移动需要进行切换, 那么由源 eNB发起定位业务所得到的 UE的定位结果, 对于源 eNB而言没 有任何意义, 应该及时终止后续的定位过程。
本发明中, eNB发起定位业务的过程中, 判定 UE需要进行切换时, 向 E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令; E-SMLC收到包含终 止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 根据当前定位过程使用的定位方法进行对 应处理, 即: 如果使用基于网络的定位方法, 即 UE不参与定位过程的定位
信令交互, 则指示 eNB终止定位过程; 如果使用基于 UE的定位方法, 即 UE参与到定位测量、 上报过程, 则指示 UE终止定位过程; 如果当前定位 方法未选定, 则指示 eNB终止定位过程即可。
图 2为本发明中 eNB发起定位业务过程中, UE发生切换时的具体实 施例一流程图, 如图 2所示, 具体处理过程包括:
步骤 201 ~步骤 202: eNB通过 MME向 E-SMLC发送定位业务请求, 发起对 UE的定位。 eNB收到定位响应前, UE上报测量报告, eNB、 即源 eNB判定 UE需要进行切换。
步骤 203: 由于 eNB之前已经发起了对 UE的定位, 但还未收到定位 响应, 需请求终止此定位过程, 通过定位协议、 如 LPPa ( LTE Positioning Protocol ) 向 E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令。
包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令可以是基于定位协议新增加的一条 定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位请求的消息字段; 也可以利 用定位协议的现有定位控制信令, 在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中 增加一个表示终止定位请求的消息字段。
E-SMLC 收到包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 根据当前定位过 程使用的定位方法进行相应处理, 如果使用基于网络的定位方法, 即 UE 不参与定位过程的定位信令交互, 则执行步骤 204a, E-SMLC指示 eNB终 止定位过程; 如果使用基于 UE的定位方法, 即 UE参与到定位测量、 上报 过程, 则执行步骤 204b, E-SMLC指示 UE终止定位过程; 如果当前定位 方法未选定, 则执行步骤 204a, E-SMLC指示 eNB终止定位过程即可。
步骤 204a: E-SMLC指示 eNB终止定位过程。
指示 eNB 终止定位过程的具体实现: 可以是基于定位协议、 如 LPPa 新增加的一条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字 段; 也可以利用基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令, 在基于定位协议的现
有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息字段。
步骤 204b: 或者, E-SMLC指示 UE终止定位过程。
指示 UE终止定位过程的具体实现: 可以是基于定位协议、 如 LPP新 增加的一条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字段; 也可以利用基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令, 在基于定位协议的现有定 位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息字段。
步骤 205: 源 eNB向目标 eNB发送切换请求, 进行 UE的切换处理。 步骤 206: 源 eNB或 UE收到终止定位过程的指示后, 停止定位相关 的测量、 上4艮过程, UE、 eNB, E-SMLC释放定位相关资源, 定位过程结 束。
以上所述 LPP是 LTE中 UE与 E-SMLC之间交互信息所遵循的定位协 议; LPPa是 LTE中 eNB与 E-SMLC之间交互信息所遵循的定位协议。
图 3为本发明中 eNB发起定位业务过程中 UE发生切换时的具体实施 例二流程图, 如图 3所示, 具体处理过程包括:
步骤 301 ~步骤 302: eNB通过 MME向 E-SMLC发送定位业务请求, 发起对 UE的定位。 eNB收到定位响应前, UE上报测量报告, eNB、 即源 eNB判定 UE需要进行切换。
步骤 303: 源 eNB向目标 eNB发送切换请求, 进行 UE的切换处理。 步骤 304: 由于源 eNB之前已经发起了对 UE的定位, 但还未收到定 位响应, 因此需请求终止此定位过程, 通过定位协议、 如 LPPa向 E-SMLC 发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令。
包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令的具体实现与步骤 203 中相同, 在 此不再赘述。
E-SMLC 收到包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 根据当前定位过 程使用的定位方法进行相应处理, 如果使用基于网络的定位方法, 即 UE
不参与定位过程的定位信令交互, 则执行步骤 305a, E-SMLC指示 eNB终 止定位过程; 如果使用基于 UE的定位方法, 即 UE参与到定位测量、 上报 过程, 则执行步骤 305b, E-SMLC指示 UE终止定位过程; 如果当前定位 方法未选定, 则执行步骤 305a, E-SMLC指示 eNB终止定位过程即可。
步骤 305a: E-SMLC指示 eNB终止定位过程。
步骤 305b: 或者, E-SMLC指示 UE终止定位过程。
指示 eNB或 UE终止定位过程的具体实现与图 2中描述相同, 在此不 再赘述。
步骤 306: 源 eNB或 UE收到终止定位过程的指示后, 停止定位相关 的测量、 上4艮过程, UE、 eNB, E-SMLC释放定位相关资源, 定位过程结 束。
另夕卜, eNB或 MME向 E-SMLC发送定位业务请求后, 如果在未收到 定位业务响应时确定 UE发生切换, eNB或 MME也可以通知 E-SMLC UE 发生切换; E-SMLC收到该通知后, 指示 eNB或者 UE终止定位过程。
本发明中提供的系统包括: eNB和 E-SMLC,或 UE、 eNB和 E-SMLC, 其中, eNB 发起定位业务的过程中, 判定 UE 需要进行切换时, 用于向 E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令; E-SMLC用于收到包含终 止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 指示 eNB或 UE终止定位过程。
eNB 收到终止定位过程的指示后, 还用于停止定位相关的测量、 上报 过程, 释放定位相关资源; E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相关资源。
UE收到终止定位过程的指示后, 还用于停止定位相关的测量、 上报过 程, 释放定位相关资源; E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相关资源。
源 eNB进一步用于向目标 eNB发送切换请求, 进行 UE的切换处理。 另外, 也可以不由 eNB向 E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制 信令, 而是在 eNB或 MME向 E-SMLC发送定位业务请求后, 如果在未收
到定位业务响应时确定 UE发生切换, eNB或 MME用于通知 E-SMLC UE 发生切换; E-SMLC用于收到该通知后, 指示 eNB或者 UE终止定位过程。
eNB通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换可以基于定位协议、 如 LPPa来实现, 其具体实现: 可以是基于定位协议新增加的一条定位控制信令, 该定位控 制信令包含 UE切换通知的消息字段;也可以利用基于定位协议的现有定位 控制信令,在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示 UE切换通 知的消息字段。 MME通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换可以通过在控制信令中增 加切换标志位来实现, 所述控制信令如状态更新 ( Status Update ) 消息等。
E-SMLC 同样根据当前定位过程使用的定位方法是使用基于网络的定 位方法、 还是使用基于 UE的定位方法进行相应处理。
与上述处理方式对应的系统包括: eNB, MME和 E-SMLC, 或 UE、 MME和 E-SMLC, 或 UE、 eNB和 E-SMLC, 或 eNB和 E-SMLC。 其中, eNB或 MME用于未收到定位业务响应时确定 UE发生切换,通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换; E-SMLC用于根据收到的通知, 指示 eNB或者 UE终止定位 过程。
eNB 收到终止定位过程的指示后, 还用于停止定位相关的测量、 上报 过程, 释放定位相关资源; E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相关资源。
UE收到终止定位过程的指示后, 还用于停止定位相关的测量、 上报过 程, 释放定位相关资源; E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相关资源。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。
Claims
1、 一种长期演进(LTE )网络定位中切换时的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
演进基站 (eNB )发起定位业务的过程中, 判定用户设备 ( UE ) 需要 进行切换时, 向增强型服务移动位置中心(E-SMLC )发送包含终止定位请 求的定位控制信令;
E-SMLC收到包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 指示 eNB或 UE 终止定位过程。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述包含终止定位请求 的定位控制信令是:
基于定位协议新增加的一条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止 定位请求的消息字段; 或者,
在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位请求的 消息字段。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述指示 eNB终止定位过程的具体实现为: 基于定位协议新增加的一 条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字段; 或者, 在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息 字段;
所述指示 UE终止定位过程的具体实现为:基于定位协议新增加的一条 定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字段; 或者, 在 基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息字 段。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述判定 UE需要进行切换时, 进一步包括: eNB向目标 eNB发送切
换请求, 进行 UE的切换处理; 和 /或,
所述指示 eNB或 UE终止定位过程之前, 进一步包括: E-SMLC确定 当前定位过程使用的定位方法^ ^于网络的定位方法、还是基于 UE的定位 方法。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述指示 eNB终止定位过程之后, 进一步包括: eNB停止定位相关的 测量、 上4艮过程, eNB, E-SMLC释放定位相关资源;
所述指示 UE终止定位过程之后, 进一步包括: UE停止定位相关的测 量、 上报过程, UE、 E-SMLC释放定位相关资源。
6、 一种 LTE网络定位中切换时的处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括: eNB, 发起定位业务请求的过程中, 判定 UE需要进行切换时, 用于向
E-SMLC发送包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令;
E-SMLC, 用于收到包含终止定位请求的定位控制信令后, 指示 eNB 或 UE终止定位过程。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述 eNB收到终止定位过程的指示后, 进一步用于停止定位相关的测 量、 上报过程, 释放定位相关资源; 所述 E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相 关资源;
所述 UE 收到终止定位过程的指示后, 进一步用于停止定位相关的测 量、 上报过程, 释放定位相关资源; 所述 E-SMLC进一步用于释放定位相 关资源。
8、根据权利要求 6或 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 eNB进一步用 于向目标 eNB发送切换请求, 进行 UE的切换处理。
9、 一种 LTE网络定位中切换时的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括: eNB或移动管理实体 ( MME ) 未收到定位业务响应时确定 UE发生切
换, 通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换;
E-SMLC根据收到的通知, 指示 eNB或者 UE终止定位过程。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 eNB通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换的具体实现为: 基于定位协议新 增加的一条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含 UE切换通知的消息字段; 或者,在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示 UE切换通知的 消息字段;
所述 MME通知 E-SMLC UE发生切换的具体实现为:在控制信令中增 力口切换标志位。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述指示 eNB终止定位过程的具体实现为: 基于定位协议新增加的一 条定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字段; 或者, 在基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息 字段;
所述指示 UE终止定位过程的具体实现为:基于定位协议新增加的一条 定位控制信令, 该定位控制信令包含终止定位过程的消息字段; 或者, 在 基于定位协议的现有定位控制信令中增加一个表示终止定位过程的消息字 段。
12、根据权利要求 9或 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示 eNB或 UE终止定位过程之前, 进一步包括: E-SMLC确定当前定位过程使用的定 位方法是基于网络的定位方法、 还是基于 UE的定位方法。
