Abstract

L'invention concerne une semelle ou semelle intérieure, une première de propreté ou une semelle orthopédique pour une chaussure pour un humain, destinées à être introduites dans une chaussure pour un humain, possédant une surface supérieure de support de pied comportant une première région pour supporter les première, deuxième, troisième, quatrième et, facultativement, cinquième têtes métatarsiennes du pied, et une deuxième région entourant la première région pour supporter le reste du pied, au moins en partie. La première région offre moins de résistance au mouvement vers le bas que la deuxième région, et comporte une zone creuse ou renfoncée par rapport au reste de la première région ayant une partie de bord médian et une partie de bord latéral, la dépression ayant son point le plus bas incliné par rapport au côté médian du centre, permettant ainsi de favoriser l'éversion de la première tête métatarsienne alors que le porteur change de position passant d'une phase milieu d'appui à une phase propulsive. L'invention concerne également une semelle de chaussure pour un humain possédant une surface de support de pied ayant une surface qui présente des régions de dureté variable qui correspondent approximativement aux régions de dureté variable du dessous du pied du porteur.
