Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Roll- bzw. Segelmodus eines Fahrzeuges, mit einem Antriebsstrang mit einem Antriebsmotor, einem automatischen oder automatisierten Getriebe und ansteuerbaren Schaltmitteln zur Unterbrechung des Kraftschlusses im Antriebsstrang. Um einen möglichst effektiven und dennoch komfortablen, sicheren sowie zuverlässigen Fahrbetrieb mit der Roll- bzw. Segelfunktion zu ermöglichen, wird eine Kraftschlussunterbrechung im Antriebsstrang freigegeben, wenn der Zählerstand (n) eines Roll- bzw. Segelmodus-Zählers einen vorgegebenen ersten Schwellwert (nneutral) unterschreitet oder den Wert Null annimmt, wobei der Roll- bzw. Segelmodus-Zähler beim Vorliegen zumindest eines in einer Ereignistabelle abgelegten Ereignisses inkrementiert und ansonsten dekrementiert oder angehalten wird.
