技术领域
本发明涉及智能卡技术领域, 特别涉及一种电子业务处理的方法及装置。 背景技术
在目前的智能卡电子业务处理过程中, 从电子业务相关性上分类主要包 括: 独立的电子业务, 与前面一笔或几笔业务, 或者与后面一笔或几笔业务 相关的电子业务。 其中, 电子业务包括: 电子交易, 以及电子业务平台执行 的其他业务。
独立的电子业务, 即一种和之前电子业务或之后电子业务不严格相关的, 比较独立的电子业务。 这种电子业务只需要刷一次智能卡即可完成, 例如: 在超市购物去结账时, 刷银行卡付费只需进行一次电子业务处理即可完成。
独立的电子业务的处理过程单一, 容易实现。 一般只需要考虑交易双方 是否合法, 余额是否可以支付交易金额、 以及防意外断电等重要信息即可。 并且, 独立的电子业务的处理过程一般会有一个时间期限。 比如在 ATM上做 存钱、 取钱、 转账、 查询余额等相关电子业务时, 必须保证银行卡在 ATM里 面, 即处理这些电子业务时, ATM中的银行卡不能做别的事情。 又比如在加油 站用加油卡加油的时候, 加油卡也必须放在加油机里面。
相关的电子业务, 即与前面电子业务或者后面电子业务相关的一种电子 业务。 例如: 当乘坐按段计费的公交车的时候, 按照一般的规则, 上车刷公 交卡, 下车也需要刷公交卡。 如果下车不刷公交卡, 则扣全程车费。 可见, 上车刷公交卡和下车刷公交卡的有必然的联系, 而下车刷公交卡的电子业务 处理过程也必然和上车刷公交卡的电子业务处理过程有联系。
相关的电子业务的处理过程有多种形式。 例如: 一次上下车的相关的电 子业务, 全程款为 2元, 本次坐车应该为 0. 5元。 则第一形式: 对于类似于 中国人民银行中国金融 IC卡规范 (PBOC, People Bank of China ) 的电子业 务, 上车的时候智能卡会记录全程款为 2 元、 上车站号、 上车标志、 曰期、 时间、以及所上车的相关信息,其中,相关信息包括:消费安全存取模块( PSAM, Purchase Secure Acces s Module )号、 本车车号、 终端机编号等等多种信息; 下车的时候智能卡则会根据上车记录的信息进行扣款操作, 扣除 0. 5元。 即 只发生了一次电子业务处理过程一一扣款, 而且是在下车的时候进行的。 如 果下车忘记刷公交卡或者没有刷公交卡, 在下次处理电子业务的时候就扣除 上车时候记录的 2 元。 第二种形式: 对于其他类型的电子业务, 例如新加坡 的非接触电子钱包应用系统 (CEPAS , Contac t les s E-Purse Appl ica t ion Sys tem )等公开的国家或国际标准, 智能卡上车时先扣掉 2元, 其他信息记 录与第一形式类似; 下车的时候智能卡则会根据上车的信息计算出需要补回 1. 5元, 相当于本次坐车扣款 2-1. 5=0. 5元。 同时智能卡更新业务记录。 可见 在上下车过程中, 进行了两次电子业务处理: 扣款, 补款。
由此可见, 无论是第一形式还是第二形式, 上下车的电子业务处理过程 都是密切相关的, 而且一般都要求是连续的处理记录, 即进行下车电子业务 处理之前, 必须有上车电子业务处理记录, 从而, 根据上次处理记录继续本 次的电子业务处理。
当上下车的电子业务中间出现其他的电子业务, 例如用公交卡乘坐按段 计费公交车后, 还用公交卡购买报纸, 利用手机上网对公交卡进行网上充值 或用公交卡进行网上购物。 目前, 执行这些在上下车之间的电子业务时, 产 生的业务信息会影响, 或破坏上下车之间连续的处理记录, 从而这会导致下 车刷公交卡时, 机具的误判而形成错误的交易, 对持公交卡人或者营运商造 成一定的经济损失。 因此, 由于在相关的电子业务中间出现其他的电子业务, 会造成电子业务之间冲突, 目前, 如何解决在相关的电子业务中间还进行其 他的电子业务造成的冲突, 还没有适当的办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种电子业务的方法及装置, 用以解决现有智能卡技 术中相关的电子业务之间夹杂着其他的电子业务时, 造成电子业务之间冲突 的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种电子业务处理的方法, 包括:
当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收 的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩存文件中保 存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件; 否则,
执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业 务信息存储到所述緩存文件中。
本发明实施例提供一种电子业务处理的装置, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收第一电子业务的相关信息;
匹配单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只 有一条时, 将接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息进行相关 匹配;
更新单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只 有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 根 据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件;
緩存单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息的 条数不等于一条时, 或, 当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信 息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息不相关 时, 执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业 务信息存储到緩存文件中。
本发明实施例提供的电子业务处理方法, 只有当保存的未完成的相关电 子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与 该第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记 录文件, 其他情况下, 都是直接执行接收到的电子业务, 并只是在緩存文件 中保存该电子业务对应的业务信息, 并不改变记录文件中的业务信息, 从而 不会造成业务间的冲突, 不会影响机具对智能卡的读写, 也不会造成持卡人 或营运商造的经济损失。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种电子业务处理的方法, 利用滞后提交技术来解决 现有技术中智能卡相关的电子业务之间夹杂着其他的电子业务, 造成电子业 务之间冲突的问题。 其中, 电子业务包括: 电子交易, 以及电子业务平台执 行的其他业务。
本发明实施例中, 智能卡中包括记录文件和緩存文件, 都用来存储电子 业务的业务信息。 其中, 记录文件保存中的业务信息可以通过与智能卡配套 使用的机具读出, 而緩存文件中保存的业务信息不能被外部机具读出, 也就 是緩存文件为智能卡的内部文件, 智能卡内的处理单元可以读取緩存文件中 的业务信息, 但是智能卡外的任何单元都不能获取到緩存文件中的业务信息。
业务信息一般包括: 业务指令、 指令标识、 智能卡的余额、 本次业务金 额、 业务计数, 或业务记录。 其中, 智能卡可以根据业务指令或指令标识来 判断电子业务之间是相关业务还是非相关业务。
智能卡中保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的业务信息, 也就是第二业 务信息, 第二业务信息可以保存在记录文件中, 也可以保存在緩存文件中, 还可以在上述两者中都保存。 当然智能卡中也可能没有未完成的相关电子业 务对应的业务信息, 此时, 智能卡中就没有第二业务信息。
例如: 利用一种新的智能卡乘坐按段计费的公交车, 上车之前, 智能卡 中没有第二业务信息, 当上车刷智能卡时, 执行该上车业务, 这样, 上车业 务为未完成的相关电子业务, 因此, 对应的业务信息也是智能卡保存的第二 业务信息, 具体包括: 上车指令或者上车指令标识, 智能卡的余额为 1 0元, 本站的标识为第 1 3站, 时间为早上 8点、 PSAM号, 以及读卡机具编号等等。
参见图 1 , 相关的电子业务之间夹杂着其他的电子业务的处理过程包括: 步骤 101 : 接收第一电子业务的相关信息。 智能卡可以通过通信接口与机具进行通信, 收到第一电子业务的相关信 息, 也可以通过通信接口, 从无线网络中接收第一电子业务的相关信息。 这 里, 相关信息一般包括: 业务指令, 指令标识, 业务金额, 或业务时间等等。
例如, 通过 Wi-F i 无线的方式, 接收到充值业务, 其相关信息包括: 充 值指令, 业务金额 1 00 , 时间为早上 8点 20等等。 或, 下车时, 刷公交卡, 接收到下车业务, 其相关信息包括: 下车指令, 本站的标识为第 20站, 时间 早上 9点等等。
步骤 102 :判断保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息是否只 有一条? 当只有一条时, 执行步骤 103 , 否则执行步骤 105。
智能卡中保存了执行每条电子业务后对应的业务信息, 也就是既保存了 独立电子业务对应的业务信息, 也保存了相关电子业务对应的业务信息, 当 相关电子业务未完成时, 其对应的业务信息即为第二业务信息, 例如: 利用 智能卡乘坐按段计费的公交车, 上车刷卡后, 上车业务与后续的下车业务密 切相关, 则该上车业务为相关电子业务, 且相关电子业务并未完成, 此时, 智能卡中保存的执行上车业务后对应的业务信息为第二业务信息。
这里, 需要在智能卡中的緩存文件和记录文件都进行查找, 判断智能卡 中保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息是否只有一条, 若只有 一条, 执行步骤 103 , 否则, 执行步骤 105。
例如, 利用一种新的智能卡乘坐按段计费的公交车, 上车刷卡后, 智能 卡中只保存了一条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息, 执行步骤 103。 若上车刷卡后, 又在公交车上利用该该智能卡进行按时间计费的上网, 则此时, 该智能卡保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息有两条, 执行步骤 105。
步骤 103:将接收到的电子业务的相关信息与步骤 102中查找到的第二业 务信息进行相关匹配, 当两者不匹配时, 执行步骤 105 , 当两者匹配时, 执行 步骤 104。
这里, 可以将接收的第一业务信息的业务指令与步骤 102 中确定的唯一 一条第二业务信息的业务指令进行相关匹配, 或者将接收的第一业务信息的 指令标识与步骤 102 中确定的唯——条第二业务信息的指令标识进行相关匹 配。
例如: 保存的唯——条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息包括: 上车指令, 时间为 8点, 则当接收的第一电子业务的业务指令为充值指令时, 两者不相关,执行步骤 105。当接收的第一电子业务的业务指令为下车指令时, 保存的第二业务信息的业务指令为上车指令, 因此, 两者严格相关, 执行步 骤 104 。
当接收的第一电子业务的业务指令为按时间计费的上网业务时, 智能卡 中保存的唯一一条相关电子业务的业务指令为上车指令, 因此, 两者不相关, 执行步骤 105。但此时, 智能卡中保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业 务信息有两条了。
步骤 104 : 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件。 这里, 因保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 并且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与该条第二业务信息相关, 则可以按照 先进先出的规则, 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 逐一更新记录 文件。
当緩存文件中已经为保存的每条第一业务信息根据存入的时间, 建立了 业务标识, 可以按照存入时间顺序查找每条业务标识, 确定查找到的业务标 识对应的第一业务信息, 将确定的第一业务信息作为所述记录文件中的最后 一条业务信息。
当然, 本发明实施例中, 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更 新记录文件之前, 可以先执行获得第一电子业务, 并将执行第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存储到緩存文件中, 然后根据緩存文件中保存的每条第 一业务信息, 更新记录文件; 还可以先执行第一电子业务, 并将执行第一电 子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存储到记录文件中, 然后根据緩存文件中保 存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件, 最后对记录文件中保存的业务信息 按照时间进行调整。
更新完后, 还需使緩存文件中保存的第一业务信息失效, 也就是对緩存 文件中保存的每条第一业务信息进行失效处理, 这样, 在下一次更新时, 这 些第一业务信息将不参与更新过程, 这里, 可以删除所述緩存文件中保存的 每条第一业务信息; 或, 将所述緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息标识对 应的失效标记, 或, 将緩存文件中已经建立的每条第一业务信息对应的业务 标识删除。
步骤 105 : 执行第一电子业务, 并将执行第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业 务信息存储到緩存文件中, 并返回步骤 1 01 ,接收下一条第一电子业务的相关 信息。
这里, 执行接收的第一电子业务包括: 根据接收的第一电子业务的相关 信息, 以及所述緩存文件中保存的最后一条第一业务信息, 获得接收的第一 电子业务对应的第一业务信息。 其中, 可以根据接收的第一电子业务的相关 信息, 緩存文件中保存的最后一条第一业务信息的业务余额, 对业务余额进 行计算, 得到新的业务余额, 将得到的新的业务余额加入到接收的第一电子 业务的相关信息中, 得到执行第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息。
将该第一业务信息存储到緩存文件中, 这里, 还可以在緩存文件中按照 存入时间的先后顺序, 为保存的第一业务信息建立业务标识。
本步骤之前, 緩存文件中保存的最后一条第一业务信息包括: 上车指令 或者上车指令标识, 智能卡的余额为 10元, 本站的标识为第 1 3站, 曰期、 时间、 PSAM号, 以及读卡机具编号等等。
若步骤 101 接收到的第一电子业务为充值业务, 与智能卡中保存的所有 第二业务信息不相关, 则执行充值业务, 对智能卡进行充值, 这里, 当对智 能卡充值 1 00后, 其智能卡的余额为 1 00+10=110 , 因此, 对应的第一业务信 息包括: 充值指令, 智能卡的余额 110 , 业务金额 100 , 时间为早上 8点 20。 将该第一业务信息存入緩存文件中。 此时, 緩存文件中保存的最后一条第一 业务信息包括: 充值指令, 智能卡的余额 1 10 , 业务金额 100 , 时间为早上 8 点 20。
按照存入时间先后顺序, 建立该充值业务的业务标识。 当緩存文件中保 存了充值业务, 并建立的该充值业务的业务标识后, 緩存文件又保存了最新 第一业务信息包括: 消费指令, 智能卡的余额 110-60=50, 业务金额 60 , 时 间为早上 8点 30点。则消费业务是在充值业务之后存入緩存文件中的, 因此, 建立的消费业务的标识也在充值业务标识之后。
緩存文件中的存储的第一业务与业务标识的对应关系参见表 1:

在上述步骤 105 中, 执行获得的第一电子业务时, 还需检查该第一电子 业务相关信息中的业务指令或指令标识的安全权限, 当接收的业务指令或指 令标识满足安全权限后, 才能执行相应的第一电子业务。
当然, 本发明实施例中, 记录文件可以由一个, 两个, 或多个文件组成。 緩存文件也可以由一个, 两个, 或多个文件组成。 其中, 可以将接收到电子 业务的相关信息存入一个记录文件中, 而将执行该电子业务后, 对应的业务 信息存入另一个记录文件中。
在本发明实施例中, 只有当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业 务信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与该条第二业务信息相 关时, 才对记录文件进行更新, 其他情况都是直接执行接收到的第一电子业 务, 并将执行该第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存储到所述緩存文件 中。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明实施例作进一步详细描述。
实施例一, 利用智能卡乘坐按段计费的公交车, 智能卡中有余额 3元, 上车时只标记全程公交费用为 2 元, 在下车时, 进行扣费, 本次乘车费用为 0. 5元, 并在乘车过程中, 对智能卡通过无线网络进行空中充值 100, 并网上 购物花费了 60。
上车后, 智能卡只保存了一条未完成的相关业务对应的业务信息, 即为 上车业务对应的业务信息。 其中, 业务信息包括: 上车指令、 余额 3元, 标 记全程公交费用为 2元, 本站的标识为第 1站, 时间为早上 7点, 乘车交易 认证码 ( TAC, Trade Authent icat ion Code ), 以及读卡机具编号等等。
参见图 2 , 电子业务处理的过程如下:
步骤 201 : 接收充值业务的相关信息。
这里, 通过 Wi-Fi 无线的方式, 接收到智能卡的空中充值指令, 充值额 度为 100, 时间为早上 7点 10分。
步骤 202:确定智能卡中只保存了一条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二 业务信息, 即为上车业务对应的业务信息, 执行步骤 203。
步骤 203: 确定充值指令与上车指令两者不相关匹配, 执行步骤 204。 步骤 204: 检查充值指令的安全权限, 当充值指令满足安全权限时, 执行 步骤 205 , 否则, 通过 Wi-F i无线的方式向服务器返回错误信息, 则表明该智 能卡不能执行充值业务, 本次业务处理结束, 转入执行下一次业务处理流程, 本实施例中, 可以转入步骤 207。
步骤 205: 对智能卡进行充值, 并将执行后, 对应的业务信息存储到緩存 文件中。
智能卡充值 100后,业务信息包括:充值指令,智能卡的余额 3+100=103 , 业务金额 100, 时间为早上 7点 10 , 以及充值 TAC号等等, 将该条业务信息 存入緩存文件中。
步骤 206: 根据存入的时间顺序, 为緩存文件中的执行充值业务后对应的 业务信息设置业务标识, 并通过 Wi-Fi 无线的方式向服务器返回充值正确的 结果和状态字。
这里, 可以将执行充值业务后, 对应的业务信息的业务标识设为 1。
步骤 207: 接收消费业务的相关信息。
在网上购物, 消费了 60元, 因此, 接收到了消费指令, 消费金额 60, 时 间为早上 7点 20, 以及消费 TAC等等。
步骤 208:确定智能卡中只保存了一条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二 业务信息, 即为上车业务对应的业务信息, 执行步骤 209。
步骤 209: 确定消费指令与上车指令不相关匹配, 执行步骤 210。 步骤 210: 检查消费指令的安全权限, 当消费指令满足安全权限时, 执行 步骤 211 , 否则, 向网上消费服务器返回错误信息, 则表明该智能卡不能执行 消费业务, 本次业务处理结束, 转入执行下一次业务处理流程, 本实施例中, 可以转入执行步骤 213。
步骤 211 : 智能卡执行消费指令, 并将执行后, 对应的业务信息存储到緩 存文件中。
购物消费 60元后, 緩存文件中的业务信息包括: 消费指令, 智能卡的余 额 103-60=43 , 业务金额 60, 时间为早上 7点 20, 以及消费 TAC等等。
步骤 212: 根据存入的时间顺序, 为緩存文件中的执行购物消费业务后对 应的业务信息设置业务标识, 并向网上消费服务器返回充值正确的结果和状 态字。

步骤 220: 将緩存文件中的业务标识删除, 即将 1、 2和 3都删除。

实施例二: 利用智能卡乘坐按段计费的公交车, 智能卡中有余额 3元, 上车时扣除全程公交费用为 2元, 在下车时, 由于本次乘车费用为 0. 5元, 则补回 1. 5元, 并在乘车过程中, 对智能卡通过无线网络进行空中充值 100, 并利用该智能卡进行分时段计费的上网业务。
上车刷智能卡后, 在智能卡只保存了一条未完成的相关业务对应的业务 信息, 即为上车业务对应的业务信息。 其中, 业务信息包括: 上车指令、 余 额 3-2=1元, 业务金额 2元, 本站的标识为第 1站, 时间为早上 7点, 乘车 交易认证码 TAC, 以及读卡机具编号等等。
参见图 3 , 电子业务处理的过程如下:
步骤 301 : 接收充值业务的相关信息。
这里, 通过 Wi-Fi 无线的方式, 接收到智能卡的空中充值指令, 充值额 度为 100, 时间为早上 7点 10分。
步骤 302:确定智能卡中只保存了一条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二 业务信息, 即为上车业务对应的业务信息, 执行步骤 303。

步骤 305: 对智能卡进行充值, 并将执行后, 对应的业务信息存储到緩存 文件中。
智能卡充值 100后,业务信息包括:充值指令,智能卡的余额 1+100=101 , 业务金额 100, 时间为早上 7点 10 , 以及充值 TAC号等等, 将该条业务信息 存入緩存文件中。
步骤 306: 根据存入的时间顺序, 为緩存文件中的执行充值业务后对应的 业务信息设置业务标识, 并通过 Wi-Fi 无线的方式返回充值正确的结果和状 态字。
这里, 可以将执行充值业务后, 对应的业务信息的业务标识设为 1。
步骤 307: 接收按时间计费的上网业务的相关信息。
进行按时间计费的上网业务, 因此, 接收到了上网指令, 时间为早上 7 点 20, 以及上网 TAC等等。

步骤 311 : 智能卡执行上网指令, 并将执行后, 对应的业务信息存储到緩 存文件中。
执行上网业务后, 緩存文件中的业务信息包括: 上网指令, 智能卡的余 额 101 , 标记上网时间为早上 7点 20, 以及上网 TAC等等。
此时, 智能卡中保存了两条未完成的相关业务对应的业务信息, 包括: 上车业务信息, 上网业务信息。
步骤 312: 根据存入的时间顺序, 为緩存文件中的执行上网业务后对应的 业务信息设置业务标识, 并返回充值正确的结果和状态字。
这里, 可以将执行上网业务后, 对应的业务信息的业务标识设为 2。
步骤 313: 接收按时间计费的下网业务的相关信息。
进行按时间计费的下网业务, 因此, 接收到了下网指令, 时间为早上 7 点 30, 以及下网 TAC等等。 步骤 314:确定智能卡中保存了两条未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业 务信息, 即为上车业务信息和上网业务信息, 则执行步骤 315。
步骤 315: 检查下网指令的安全权限, 当下网指令满足安全权限时, 执行 步骤 316, 否则, 向网络服务器返回错误信息, 表明该智能卡不能执行下网业 务, 本次业务处理结束, 转入执行下一次业务处理流程, 本实施例中, 可以 转入执行步骤 318。
步骤 316: 智能卡执行下网指令, 并将执行后, 对应的业务信息存储到緩 存文件中。
本次上网的费用为 10元, 则执行下网业务后, 緩存文件中的业务信息包 括: 下网指令, 智能卡的余额 101-10=91, 业务金额 10, 标记上网时间为早 上 7点 30, 以及下网 TAC等等。
执行完下网业务后, 智能卡中又只保存了一条未完成的相关业务对应的 业务信息, 即: 上车业务信息。
步骤 317: 根据存入的时间顺序, 为緩存文件中的执行下网业务后对应的 业务信息设置业务标识, 并返回充值正确的结果和状态字。
这里, 可以将执行下网业务后, 对应的业务信息的业务标识设为 3。
步骤 318: 接收下车指令的相关信息。
当 7点 40的时候, 在第 10站下车, 则通过刷智能卡可以获得下车指令, 本站的标识为第 10站, 时间为早上 7点 40, TAC, 以及读卡机具编号等等。

步骤 324: 将緩存文件中的业务标识删除, 即将 1 、 2和 3都删除。
步骤 325: 根据记录的时间, 调整记录文件中业务信息的顺序。
在更新后, 将步骤 322 中记录的下车业务信息, 调整到记录文件中保存 的最后一条业务信息。
其中, 本实施例中的电子业务的执行、 记录文件的更新和业务标识的删 除等操作都按照断电保护的机制来实现。

在上述第二实施例中, 下车之前, 该智能卡就停止了上网了, 当然, 还 可以在下车后再停止下网, 则业务处理的过程可以包括:

上车之后, 接收到充值业务的相关信息, 则执行充值业务, 将对应的充 值业务信息放入緩存文件中。
接收到按时间计费的上网业务的相关信息, 执行上网业务, 将对应的上 网业务信息放入緩存文件中, 此时, 智能卡中就有两条未完成的相关电子业 务对应的业务信息, 即上车业务信息和上网业务信息。
接收到下车业务的相关信息, 直接执行下车业务, 将对应的下车业务信 息放入緩存文件中, 此时, 智能卡中就只有一条未完成的相关电子业务对应 的业务信息, 即上网业务信息。
接收到下网业务的相关信息, 则可以先执行下网业务, 将对应的下网业 务信息放入緩存文件中, 然后按照先入先出的原则, 根据緩存文件中的每条 业务信息更新记录文件; 或者以先执行下网业务, 将对应的下网业务信息放 入记录文件中, 然后按照先入先出的原则, 根据緩存文件中的每条业务信息 更新记录文件, 最后按照记录的时间, 调整记录文件中的业务信息, 并使这 一过程中, 緩存文件中保存的每条业务信息失效, 也就是不能在用于下一次 更新过程中。
根据上述的方法, 可以构造一种电子业务处理的装置, 参见图 4 , 包括: 接收单元 100、 匹配单元 200、 緩存单元 300和更新单元 400。
接收单元 100 , 用于接收第一电子业务的相关信息。
匹配单元 200,用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息 只有一条时, 将接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息进行相 关匹配。
更新单元 300,用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息 只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件。
緩存单元 400,用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息 的条数不等于一条时, 或, 当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务 信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息不相 关时, 执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一 业务信息存储到緩存文件中。
该装置还包括: 验证单元, 用于检查接收的相关信息的业务指令或指令 标识的安全权限。
其中, 匹配单元 100 可以包括: 第一匹配子单元, 用于将接收的相关信 息的业务指令与保存的所述第二业务信息的业务指令进行相关匹配。
匹配单元 100也可以包括: 第二匹配子单元, 用于将接收的指令标识与 保存的所述第二业务信息的指令标识进行相关匹配。
本发明实施例中, 该装置还包括: 第一执行单元, 这样, 当保存的未完 成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的 相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 第一执行单元用于执行所述第一电子 业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存储到所述緩存 文件中; 然后, 更新单元 300根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更 新记录文件。
当然, 该装置还可以包括: 第二执行单元, 这样, 当保存的未完成的相 关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信 息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 第二执行单元用于执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存储到所述记录文件中; 然后, 更新单元 300根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文 件。
本实施例所述装置中还包括失效单元, 用于在根据緩存文件中保存的每 条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件之后, 对緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信 息进行失效处理。 这样, 确保在下一次更新时, 这些第一业务信息将不参与 更新过程。
其中, 失效单元包括: 第一删除子单元, 用于删除所述緩存文件中保存 的每条第一业务信息。
失效单元也可以包括: 标识子单元, 用于将所述緩存文件中保存的每条 第一业务信息标识对应的失效标记。
失效单元还可以包括: 第二删除子单元, 用于删除所述緩存文件中保存 的每条第一业务信息对应的有效标记。
緩存单元 400还用于根据接收的第一电子业务的相关信息, 以及所述緩 存文件中保存的最后一条第一业务信息, 获得接收的第一电子业务对应的第 一业务信息。 緩存单元 400还可以根据存储时间的先后顺序, 建立每条第一 业务信息对应的业务标识。
这样, 更新单元 300包括: 查找子单元, 更新子单元, 和清除子单元。 其中, 查找子单元, 用于按照存储时间的先后顺序, 在所述緩存文件中 逐一查找每条第一业务信息的业务标识。
更新子单元, 用于确定查找到的业务标识对应的第一业务信息, 将确定 的第一业务信息作为所述记录文件中的最后一条业务信息。
清除子单元, 用于删除所述緩存文件中每条第一业务信息对应的业务标 识。
本发明实施例所述的电子业务处理的装置在实际应用时, 可以为智能卡, 也可以为电子密钥, 还可以为其他类似的具有安全处理功能芯片的装置。 综上所述, 本发明实施例智能卡电子业务处理过程中, 只有当保存的未 完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务 的相关信息与该第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务 信息, 更新记录文件, 其他情况下, 都是直接执行接收到的电子业务, 并只 是在緩存文件中保存该电子业务对应的业务信息, 并不改变记录文件中的业 务信息, 从而不会造成业务间的冲突, 不会影响机具对智能卡的读写, 也不 会造成持卡人或营运商造的经济损失。 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若对本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利 要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1、 一种电子业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有一条, 且接收的 第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩存文件中保存的 每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件; 否则,
执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务 信息存储到所述緩存文件中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述未完成的相关电子业务对 应的第二业务信息保存在所述记录文件, 和 /或, 緩存文件中。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据緩存文件中保存的每 条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件之前, 该方法包括:
执行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务 信息存储到所述緩存文件中。

根据接收的第一电子业务的相关信息, 以及所述緩存文件中保存的最后一 条第一业务信息, 获得接收的第一电子业务对应的第一业务信息。

根据存储时间的先后顺序, 建立每条第一业务信息对应的业务标识。
10、 如权利要求 9 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述緩存文件中保 存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件包括:
按照存储时间的先后顺序 , 在所述緩存文件中逐一查找每条第一业务信息 的业务标识;
确定查找到的业务标识对应的第一业务信息, 将确定的第一业务信息作为 所述记录文件中的最后一条业务信息;
删除所述緩存文件中每条第一业务信息对应的业务标识。
11、 一种电子业务处理的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收第一电子业务的相关信息;
匹配单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有 一条时, 将接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息进行相关匹配; 更新单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只有 一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 根据緩 存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文件;
緩存单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息的条 数不等于一条时, 或, 当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息只 有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息不相关时, 执 行所述第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信息存 储到緩存文件中。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
验证单元, 用于检查接收的相关信息的业务指令或指令标识的安全权限。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述匹配单元包括: 第一匹配子单元, 用于将接收的相关信息的业务指令与保存的所述第二业 务信息的业务指令进行相关匹配; 或,
第二匹配子单元, 用于将接收的相关信息的指令标识与保存的所述第二业 务信息的指令标识进行相关匹配。

第一执行单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息 只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 执 行接收到的第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信 息存储到所述緩存文件中; 或,
第二执行单元, 用于当保存的未完成的相关电子业务对应的第二业务信息 只有一条, 且接收的第一电子业务的相关信息与所述第二业务信息相关时, 执 行接收到的第一电子业务, 并将执行所述第一电子业务后, 对应的第一业务信 息存储到所述记录文件。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
失效单元, 用于在根据緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息, 更新记录文 件之后, 对所述緩存文件中保存的每条第一业务信息进行失效处理。

所述緩存单元, 还用于根据接收的第一电子业务的相关信息, 以及所述緩 存文件中保存的最后一条第一业务信息, 获得接收的第一电子业务对应的第一 业务信息。
