现有技术中的电动车无刷电机, 其结构与普通的无刷电机相同, 而不同点主要是集中在电机控制器、接线器以及无刷电机一体化的设 计等方面。 由于目前的电动车无刷电机难以满足高转速的需要, 故存 在有电阻大、 涡流大、 温度高、 放电电流大以及无法滑行等缺点。
从包括中国专利在内的有关资料检索表明,中国专利中目前已有 五百多项相关报道, 其中就有九项电动车无刷电机的报道, 但尚未见 到有其结构改进的相关内容。 发明内容
为了针对现有技术在工作实践中出现的问题,本发明的目的是要 在现有电动车无刷高速电机的基础上, 提出一种电机转子中间开孔, 且加装磁钢片, 定子用双线圈两组绕法的电机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型的无刷无 磁阻高速电机, 其特征是: 在电机转子的矽钢片上开设槽孔, 并在槽 孔中固定安装上磁钢片; 在电机定子 A、 B、 C三相各用双线圈两组绕 入。
所述的电机转子矽钢片上开设的槽孔有 6〜16孔。 所述的磁钢片为永磁 (钕铁硼)材料制作的长方形平板。
所述的定子共 12槽, 电机 A、 B、 C三相各用双线圈两组绕法; 60 度电机第一霍尔放置 A相进线前两槽, 第二第三霍尔每隔两槽放置。
所述的转子用五对级,十级内磁钢组成,磁钢放置转子磁钢片内。 本发明采用平面直角的磁钢片, 将其安装在电机转子的特定槽 中, 这样磁钢片表面不直接与定子接触, 可以达到无磁阻的目的。
本发明的有益效果是: 由于本发明采用了无磁阻的磁路设计,从 而克服了高速电机在高速运转时产生的电阻大、 涡流大、 温度高、放 电电流大、无法滑行等缺点。 同时本发明采用无磁阻的磁路设计和定 子采用新方法嵌线工艺相结合后槽满率低,嵌线容易,生产流程简单, 易装配, 成品率高。 本发明可以广泛应用到电动汽车、 电动三轮车、 电动摩托车和电动自行车等上的驱动。本发明是一种具有涡流小,加 速快, 放电电流小, 温度低, 扭矩大, 滑行省电等优点。 附图说明
