Abstract

本发明公开了一种电机转子加装磁钢片,定子用双线圈两组绕法的电机,属于电机的结构。其结构是:在电机转子的矽钢片上开设槽孔,并在槽孔中固定安装上磁钢片;在电机定子A、B、C三相各用双线圈两组绕入。本发明采用无磁阻的磁路设计和定子采用新方法嵌线工艺相结合后槽满率低,嵌线容易,生产流程简单,易装配,成品率高。本发明可以广泛应用到电动汽车、电动三轮车、电动摩托车和电动自行车等上的驱动。本发明是一种具有涡流小,加速快,放电电流小,温度低,扭矩大,滑行省电等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电机的结构,具体的说是一种电机转子加装磁钢片,定子用双线圈两组绕法的电机。
背景技术
现有技术中的电动车无刷电机,其结构与普通的无刷电机相同,而不同点主要是集中在电机控制器、接线器以及无刷电机一体化的设计等方面。由于目前的电动车无刷电机难以满足高转速的需要,故存在有电阻大、涡流大、温度高、放电电流大以及无法滑行等缺点。
从包括中国专利在内的有关资料检索表明,中国专利中目前已有五百多项相关报道,其中就有九项电动车无刷电机的报道,但尚未见到有其结构改进的相关内容。
发明内容
为了针对现有技术在工作实践中出现的问题,本发明的目的是要在现有电动车无刷高速电机的基础上,提出一种电机转子中间开孔,且加装磁钢片,定子用双线圈两组绕法的电机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型的无刷无磁阻高速电机,其特征是:在电机转子的矽钢片上开设槽孔,并在槽孔中固定安装上磁钢片;在电机定子A、B、C三相各用双线圈两组绕入。
所述的电机转子矽钢片上开设的槽孔有6~16孔。
所述的磁钢片为永磁(钕铁硼)材料制作的长方形平板。
所述的定子共12槽,电机A、B、C三相各用双线圈两组绕法;60度电机第一霍尔放置A相进线前两槽,第二第三霍尔每隔两槽放置。
所述的转子用五对级,十级内磁钢组成,磁钢放置转子磁钢片内。
本发明采用平面直角的磁钢片,将其安装在电机转子的特定槽中,这样磁钢片表面不直接与定子接触,可以达到无磁阻的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明采用了无磁阻的磁路设计,从而克服了高速电机在高速运转时产生的电阻大、涡流大、温度高、放电电流大、无法滑行等缺点。同时本发明采用无磁阻的磁路设计和定子采用新方法嵌线工艺相结合后槽满率低,嵌线容易,生产流程简单,易装配,成品率高。本发明可以广泛应用到电动汽车、电动三轮车、电动摩托车和电动自行车等上的驱动。本发明是一种具有涡流小,加速快,放电电流小,温度低,扭矩大,滑行省电等优点。

1、一种新型的无刷无磁阻高速电机,其特征是:在电机转子的矽钢片上开设槽孔,并在槽孔中固定安装上磁钢片;在电机定子A、B、C三相各用双线圈两组绕入。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的无刷无磁阻高速电机,其特征是:所述的电机转子矽钢片上开设的槽孔有6~16孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的无刷无磁阻高速电机,其特征是:所述的磁钢片为永磁材料制作的长方形平板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的无刷无磁阻高速电机,其特征是:所述的定子共12槽,电机A、B、C三相各用双线圈两组绕法;60度电机第一霍尔放置A相进线前两槽,第二第三霍尔每隔两槽放置。
