Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés de détection de l'amyloïde-β soluble en utilisant des sondes d'imagerie dans le proche infrarouge (NIR) dérivées de la curcumine. A la suite de leur interaction avec l'amyloïde-β soluble, ces sondes subissent un certain nombre de changements, leur permettant d'être qualifiées de sondes "intelligentes". De plus, l'invention concerne des procédés de détection de l'amyloïde-β soluble par tomographie par émission de positons (PET), par imagerie par résonnance magnétique (MRI) et par imagerie multimodale en se basant sur les sondes d'imagerie dans le NIR dérivées de la curcumine et des dérivés de celles-ci.
