Abstract
본 발명은 공기총등의 공기탱크에 고압공기를 충전하기 위한 기기에 관한 것으로 레버(3)를 눌렀다 놓는 동작만으로 충전과 잔압제거가 이루어지는 구조다. 레버(3)를 누르면 밸브핀(6)이 아래로 내려가고, 공기가 호스피팅(8)에서 니들(2) 방향으로 밸브핀(6)과 우레탄 와셔(5)의 틈을 지나 충전이 되고, 레버(3)를 놓으면 압축스프링(7)과 공기압력에 의해서 밸브핀(6)이 위로 올라와, 밸브핀(6)과 우레탄 와셔(5)의 틈에서 공기 흐름을 차단하고, 니들(2) 부위에 남아있는 잔압을 밸브핀(6)과 O링(11)의 틈을 지나 밸브핀(6)과 중공볼트(4)의 틈 사이로 배출한다. 기존방식보다 충전과 잔압제거에 걸리는 시간이 절약되고 충전밸브와 잔압제거밸브 사이의 공간만큼 공기손실이 절약된다.
Description
본 발명은 공기총등의 공기탱크에 고압공기를 충전하기 위한 기기에 관한 것이다.
기존 방식은 상용고압밸브와 니들(잔압제거밸브 포함)을 결합한 것으로
공기 충전시 니들부위를 공기탱크에 결합 후 충전밸브를 열고 충전완료 후 충전밸브를 잠그고 잔압제거밸브를 열어서 잔압을 제거 후 니들부위를 공기탱크에서 분리하고 다음 충전을 위해서 잔압제거밸브를 잠그는 일을 반복한다.
상기와 같이 기존방식은 공기충전시 복잡한 작동방법 때문에 시간이 많이 걸리고 충전밸브와 니들 사이의 공간만큼 공기손실이 발생하므로 본 발명은 간단한 작동방법과 공기손실을 최소화하는데 목적이 있다.
위와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 레버를 눌렀다 놓는 동작만으로 충전과 잔압제거가 이루어지는 구조로 레버를 누르면 밸브핀이 아래로 내려가고,
호스에서 니들 방향으로 공기가 흘러 공기탱크에 충전이 되고, 레버를 놓으면 압축스프링과 공기압력에 의해서 밸브핀이 위로 올라와, 호스에서 니들 방향의 공기 흐름을 차단하고 니들부위에 남아있는 잔압을 밸브핀과 O링의 틈으로 배출하여 고압공기 충전기를 공기탱크에서 제거하기 용이하게 한다.
기존방식보다 충전과 잔압제거에 걸리는 시간이 절약되고 충전밸브와 잔압제거밸브 사이의 공간만큼 공기손실이 절약된다.

니들(2) 부위에 남아있는 잔압을 밸브핀(6)과 O링(11)의 틈을 지나 밸브핀(6)과 중공볼트(4)의 틈으로 배출하여 고압공기 충전기를 공기탱크(21)에서 제거하기 용이하다.
도 2는 공기탱크에 공기를 충전하는 모습으로 호스(22)에서 고압공기 충전기와 Check valve(20)를 지나 공기통(21)에 고압공기를 충전한다.
도 3과 도 4는 도 2의 "A"부분을 확대한 것으로, 화살표는 공기의 흐름 방향을 나타낸다.
도 3은 레버(3)를 눌러서 공기를 충전중이고, 도 4는 레버(3)를 놓아서 잔압을 제거중인 밸브부분의 확대도 이다.

- 레버(3)를 눌렀다 놓는 동작만으로 충전과 잔압제거가 이루어지는 구조로, 레버(3)를 누르면 밸브핀(6)이 아래로 내려가서 밸브핀(6)과 O링(11)의 틈을 차단하고,공기가 호스피팅(8)에서 니들(2) 방향으로 밸브핀(6)과 우레탄 와셔(5)의 틈을 지나 충전이 되고,레버(3)를 놓으면 압축스프링(7)과 공기압력에 의해서 밸브핀(6)이 위로 올라와, 밸브핀(6)과 우레탄 와셔(5)의 틈에서 공기 흐름을 차단하고,니들(2) 부위에 남아있는 잔압을 밸브핀(6)과 O링(11)의 틈을 지나 밸브핀(6)과 중공볼트(4)의 틈 사이로 배출하는 구조를 가진 고압공기 충전기
