Abstract

Multi-sheet correspondence form (1) comprising a first sheet (2) with a rear face (4) designed to contain the first page of a correspondence text, with sections (8) that may be glued. The features of the first sheet (2) include a first fold line (20) and a second fold line (22). The form (1) also comprises at least one second sheet (3) designed to contain at least the second page of a correspondence text, which is narrower than the first sheet (2). The form (1) may be folded along the first and second fold lines (20, 22) and sealed to ensure that the contents thereof cannot be separated and remain confidential. The invention also relates to a machine (32) for processing multi-sheet correspondence forms (1) according to the invention.
