Abstract
Es wird ein Magnetventil vorgeschlagen, das ein umlaufendes Außengehäuse (322) und ein umlaufendes Innengehäuse (324) aufweist, die so aneinandergrenzen, dass eine erste Ventilöffnung und eine zweite Ventilöffnung ausgebildet werden. Das Außengehäuse weist mindestens eine äußere Durchgangsöffnung (340) auf, die über einen ersten Fluidkanal mit der ersten Ventilöffnung verbunden ist. Das Innengehäuse weist mindestens eine innere Durchgangsöffnung (342) auf, die über einen zweiten Fluidkanal mit der zweiten Ventilöffnung verbunden ist. Das Magnetventil weist ferner ein erstes und ein zweites Verschlusselement (344) auf, die beweglich angeordnet sind, um ein Verschließen und Öffnen der ersten und zweiten Ventilöffnung zu ermöglichen. Ferner weist das Magnetventil eine elektrische Spule (320) auf, die so zwischen dem Außengehäuse und dem Innengehäuse angeordnet ist, das das Außengehäuse, das Innengehäuse, das erste bewegliche Verschlusselement und das zweite bewegliche Verschlusselement jeweils Teilabschnitte eines Magnetkreises ausbilden, wenn durch die Spule ein elektrischer Strom fließt. Trotz eines großen möglichen Öffnungsquerschnitts kann damit eine für elektrische Schaltventile außergewöhnlich kurze Öffnungszeit erreicht werden, da zum einen die bewegte Masse der Ringscheibe (344) vergleichsweise gering ist, während gleichzeitig der Überdruck im Ringspalt das Ventil beschleunigt öffnet, noch bevor das magnetische Feld aus der Spule (320) abgeführt ist.
