步骤 308, 执行移动终端电视节目的正常播放。 为实现上述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 本发明还提供一种移动终 端电视的时移处理装置, 应用于移动终端中, 如图 4所示, 该装置包括: 配置模块 10、 移动终端电视模块 20、 回放控制模块 30和存储模块 40。 其 中, 配置模块 10, 用于配置时移策略, 配置模块 10为用户提供时移策略的 配置界面, 并将用户配置的时移策略的信息写入存储模块 40中。 该时移策 略包括: 触发录制操作的并发业务、 录制文件是否永久保存、 保存时间期 限、 录制文件的本地存储路径, 还可以包括: 执行录制的起始条件。 移动 终端电视模块 20, 用于接收网络下发的电视节目流, 进行电视节目的播放。 回放控制模块 30, 用于在播放电视的过程中, 根据时移策略, 在确定并发 业务发生时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录制, 录制的电视节目写入存储 模块 40; 还用于在并发业务结束后, 执行对录制的电视节目的回放, 且回 放过程中支持电视节目的暂停、 快进、 快退等操作。 存储模块 40, 用于存 储配置的时移策略, 以及录制的电视节目。
较佳的, 如果时移策略中包含执行录制的起始条件, 那么回放控制模 块 30进一步用于, 根据预先配置的时移策略, 在确定并发业务发生, 且满 足执行录制的起始条件时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录制。
存储模块 40进一步用于,根据时移策略,如果录制文件不是永久保存, 则在回放控制模块 30执行对录制的电视节目的回放之后,将录制文件删除; 如果录制文件不是永久保存, 且没有执行回放操作, 则在保存时间期限到 期时, 将录制文件删除。
回放控制模块 30还用于, 在执行对录制的电视节目的回放之后, 通知 移动终端电视模块 20恢复电视节目的正常播放。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 移动终端在播放电视过程中, 根据预先配置的时移策略, 在确定并发 业务发生时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录制;
在所述并发业务结束后, 所述移动终端执行对录制的电视节目的回放。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述时移策略包括: 触发录制操作的并发业务、 录制文件是否永久保存、 保存时间期限、 录制文件的本地存储路径。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述时移策略还包括: 执行录制的起始条件。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 所述移动终端根据预先配置的时移策略, 在确定并发 业务发生, 且满足执行录制的起始条件时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录 制。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4任一项所述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其 特征在于, 该方法进一步包括:
根据所述时移策略, 如果录制文件不是永久保存, 则在执行对录制的 电视节目的回放之后, 将所述录制文件删除;
如果录制文件不是永久保存, 且没有执行回放操作, 则在保存时间期 限到期时, 将所述录制文件删除。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述移动终端电视的时移处理方法, 其 特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 在执行对录制的电视节目的回放之后, 恢 复电视节目的正常播放。
7、 一种移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 配置模块, 用于配置时移策略; 移动终端电视模块, 用于接收网络下发的电视节目流, 进行电视节目 的播放;
回放控制模块, 用于在播放电视的过程中, 根据所述时移策略, 在确 定并发业务发生时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录制; 还用于在所述并发 业务结束后, 执行对录制的电视节目的回放;
存储模块, 用于存储配置的时移策略, 以及录制的电视节目。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述时移策略包括: 触发录制操作的并发业务、 录制文件是否永久保存、 保存时间期限、 录制文件的本地存储路径。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述时移策略还包括: 执行录制的起始条件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述回放控制模块进一步用于, 根据预先配置的时移策略, 在确定并发业 务发生, 且满足执行录制的起始条件时, 对正在播放的电视节目进行录制。
11、 根据权利要求 8至 10任一项所述移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块进一步用于, 根据所述时移策略, 如果录制文 件不是永久保存, 则在所述回放控制模块执行对录制的电视节目的回放之 后, 将所述录制文件删除; 如果录制文件不是永久保存, 且没有执行回放 操作, 则在保存时间期限到期时, 将所述录制文件删除。
12、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述移动终端电视的时移处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述回放控制模块进一步用于, 在执行对录制的电视节目的 回放之后, 通知所述移动终端电视模块恢复电视节目的正常播放。
