一种LED发光板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰发光板,尤其是一种LED发光板。
背景技术
现在,使用的发光板一般是铺设在地面、墙壁或天花上,该种发光板均是单面发光,其只提供一个发光的平面,缺乏立体光感,装饰效果不好,且原材料利用率不高。目前,尚未有两面均可发光的发光板出现。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种不但原材料利用率高,而且还具有U字形两面光感的LED发光板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种LED发光板由条形灯座、导光板、线路板和LED灯组成,所述导光板是由透明板和设在透明板表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点组成,在所述灯座上沿纵向开有出光槽,在出光槽两侧设有引光板,所述导光板的一边固定在引光板上,线路板设在灯座内,LED灯固定在线路板上,LED灯与出光槽相对应。
网状凹凸点设置在透明板的两表面上。
导光板的另一边为U字形形状。
在所述导光板上设有多个通孔。
所述导光板在U字形厚度边表面为磨沙面。
所述引光板与灯座一体成型。
所述网状凹凸点由导光油墨点构成。
所述网状凹凸点是磨沙后的凹凸。
本发明采用上述结构后,通过在灯座出光槽上安装导光板,所述导光板是由透明板和设在透明板表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点组成,灯座内的LED灯与出光槽相对应,并在出光槽两侧延伸有引光板,因此通过引光板可使LED灯的光集中向导光板方向投射,再经导光板反射和折射在两侧面射出,形成了两面发光的发光板;通过设置一边为U字形形状的导光板,可形成一种U字形立体光感,由于导光板的一边为U字形形状,一块原材料板可一分为二成为两块导光板,几乎没有损耗,因此原材料利用率高;且导光板通过出光槽两侧的引光板固定,安装牢固;进一步的改进是在导光板U字形厚度边表面为磨沙面,使得导光板边沿的光线更加柔和,给人一种舒适感。本发明广泛适用于道路防护栏、室内墙壁、天花等。

具体实施方式
图1、2和3所示,本发明的LED发光板由条形灯座1、导光板2、线路板3和LED灯4组成,所述导光板2是由透明板21和设在透明板21表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点22组成,所述网状凹凸点22由导光油墨点构成或是是磨沙后的凹凸。在所述灯座1上沿纵向开有出光槽11,在出光槽11两侧设有引光板12,所述导光板2的一边通过螺栓固定在引光板12上,线路板3设在灯座1内,LED灯4固定在线路板3上,LED灯4与出光槽11相对应,导光板2的另一边为U字形形状,当然,导光板的另一连也可以是三角形、梯形、菱形形状等等。在所述导光板2上设有多个通孔23,图4所示,通孔23可使气流从导光板2的一侧通过导光板2的另一侧,使得气流作用在导光板2的作用力大大降低,最终达到减少风阻。同时通孔23可形成一种特殊的光效果。装配时,使LED灯4的灯珠正对着导光板2凸起的U字形,这样可使导光板2的出光面出光均匀,形成一种U字形两面光感,立体光感强,装饰效果好。本发明具体使用时,将灯座1固定在防护栏、墙壁、天花或屋顶上,接通电源用做道路、室内的灯光装饰,使得道路或室内在夜晚更加绚丽多彩,对周围环境起到很好的装饰美化效果。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种LED发光板,它由条形灯座(1)、导光板(2)、线路板(3)和LED灯(4)组成,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)是由透明板(21)和设在透明板(21)表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点(22)组成,在灯座(1)上沿纵向设有出光槽(11),在出光槽(11)两侧设有引光板(12),所述导光板(2)的一边固定在引光板(12)上,线路板(3)设在灯座(1)内,LED灯(4)固定在线路板(3)上,LED灯(4)与出光槽(11)相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:网状凹凸点(22)设置在透明板的两表面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:导光板(2)的另一边为U字形形状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:在所述导光板(2)上设有多个通孔(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)在U字形厚度边表面为磨沙面。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:所述引光板(12)与灯座(1)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)由导光油墨点构成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)是磨沙后的凹凸。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的LED发光板,其特征在于:导光板(2)的另一边为三角形、梯形或菱形形状。
