本实用新型关于一种马桶装置,特别是关于一种具有可升降小便斗的马桶装置。 背景技术
一般家庭所使用的马桶结构通常并未针对大小便而设计不同的排放渠道,此外当 男士在小便时往往容易因为马桶的高度较低而导致尿液洒出马桶外,进而造成后续使用者 的不便与卫生问题。 有鉴于传统马桶结构的前述缺点,如何能提供一种创新的马桶装置以 提升使用上的便利性始成为一重要的课题。
实用新型内容
为了克服传统的问题点,本实用新型的一实施例提供一种马桶装置,包括一本体、 一小便斗、一坐垫以及一排水管。 前述本体具有一书承载面以及一凹陷部。 前述小便斗容置 于凹陷部内,其中小便斗具有一开口,且该开口大致对齐前述承载面。前述坐垫活动地连接 本体,并且覆盖小便斗以及承载面。 前述排水管连接小便斗,当坐垫相对本体掀开时,排水 管相对于本体上升至一使用高度。
在一实施例中,前述凹陷部形成在本体前端。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一水箱,其中水箱与小便斗分别位于本体的 相反侧。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一按钮开关,设置在本体上,用以控制小便斗 的升降。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一排气通道,其中排气通道穿过坐垫,用以将 本体内的气体排出。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一排粪管,其中排粪管连接本体,排气通道顺 着本体表面延伸并且连接至排粪管。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一传感器以及一排气泵,传感器设置在本体 上,当传感器检测到一外界压力时,排气泵启动以强制将本体内的气体排出。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括一水箱,且坐垫具有一水流通道,其中水流通 道连接水箱,用以导引水箱中的水进入小便斗。
在一实施例中,前述坐垫与承载面密合。
在一实施例中,前述小便斗可相对排水管旋转,当小便斗升起至使用高度时,小便 斗相对于排水管转动至一倾斜角度。
在一实施例中,前述马桶装置还包括相通的一排粪管,其中排粪管与本体以及排 水管相通。

首先请参阅图 1,本实用新型一实施例的马桶装置主要包括一本体 10、一小便斗 总成 20、一坐垫 30、一上盖 40、一排气通道 50以及一水箱 60。 如图 1所示,前述坐垫 30与 上盖 40枢接在本体 10上,小便斗总成 20则是由一小便斗 21、一可升降的排水管 22以及一 壳体 23所组成,其中小便斗 21与排水管 22相通,壳体 23则包覆在排水管 22的外侧。 应 了解的是,前述排水管 22例如可通过电动机带动齿轮或滚轮机构以达到升降的目的,壳体 23则是用以保护前述排水管 22,以避免其在升降过程中受外力碰撞而损坏。
接着请一并参阅图 1、图 2,前述本体 10'具有一容纳空间 11、一承载面 12以及一凹 陷部 13,其中坐垫 30覆盖在本体 10和小便斗 21的开口 211上方,且坐垫 30与本体 10的 承载面 12密合。 需特别说明的是,在本实施例中的水箱 60设置在本体 10后端,小便斗 21 则设置在本体 10前端的一凹陷部 13内,其中小便斗 21的开口 211大致对齐承载面 12。
请继续参阅图 2,前述排气通道 50顺着本体 10侧边表面延伸,同时穿过坐垫 30 而与容纳空间 11相通,当使用者乘坐或施压于坐垫 30上时,一连接于排气通道 50的排气 泵(未图示)随即启动,借以强制将容纳空间 11内的秽气经由排气通道 50排送至地下的 说 明 书
排粪管 70,借此可迅速清除使用者在如厕时所产生的异味。 在本实施例中,前述排粪管 70 亦同时经由本体 10底侧而与容纳空间 11相通,此外更同时与排水管 22和小便斗 21相通, 如此一来可将排泄物以及秽气分别通过水流或气流等输送方式而共同地排放到排粪管 70 内,进而可简化管路设计。
再请参阅图 3,当男士要小便时可先将坐垫 30掀起,接着再按压承载面 12上的一 按钮开关 C,此时可通过一电动机(未图标)驱动滚轮 R旋转,借以带动排水管 22和小便斗 21由原先的初始高度上升到一使用高度,另外小便斗 21更可进一步地相对于排水管 22转 动至一倾斜角度(如图 3所示),以利于使用者排放尿液至小便斗 21内。如前所述,由于本 :实用新型可借由升起小便斗 21以提供男士小便之用,因此能有效改善因马桶高度过低而 导致尿液洒出马桶外的问题,进而大幅提升使用上的便利性。
当使用完小便斗 21后,可再次按压按钮开关 C以使排水管 22与小便斗 21下降至 如图 2所示的位置。 需特别说明的是,本实用新型亦可在本体 10的承载面 12上设置一传 感器 S (如图 3所示〉,其中当使用者乘坐或施压于坐垫 30上时会触发传感器 S,此时便可 驱动排气泵将容纳空间 11内的秽气经由排气通道 50而抽送至地下的排粪管 70,借以清除 使用者在如厕时所产生的异味。 然而,前述传感器 S也可设置在坐垫 30上,且该传感器 S 也可用以检测坐垫 30是否被掀起,当传感器 S检测到坐垫 30被掀起时,可自动将排水管 22 与小便斗 21上升至前述使用位置。
请参阅图 4,当使用者结束使用并使小便斗 21下降至原本的初始位置之后,可将 坐垫 30覆盖于本体 10及小便斗 21上方,此时水箱 60中的一储水槽 61内的水便可通过坐 垫 30内的一水流通道 31而输送喷洒在小便斗 21内(如图 4中箭头方向所示),借以冲洗 小便斗 21上的秽物,然后前述水流可继续沿着排水管 22而排放到排粪管 70中。应了解的 是,在经由水流通道 31引水冲洗小便斗 21的过程中仅需要使用少许的水,不同于冲洗本体 10时所需的庞大水量,因此本实用新型同时可达到节水与环保的功能。
综上所述,本实用新型提供一种马桶装置,其中在马桶装置的本体前端设有一可 升降的小便斗,不仅有利于男士通过小便斗排尿,同时可有效改善因传统马桶高度过低而 导致小便时洒出马桶外的问题。 另一方面,本实用新型尚可利用排气泵与排气通道而实时 地将马桶内的秽气排出,同时可经由坐垫内的水流通道引导水流以对小便斗进行冲洗动 作,如此一来不但可兼具节水与环保的功能,更可大幅提升使用上的便利性。
虽然本实用新型已以具体的优选实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本实用新 型,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,仍可作些许的更动与润 饰,因此本实用新型的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims

1.一种马桶装置,其特征在于,包括:
一本体,具有一承载面以及一凹陷部;
一小便斗,容置于该凹陷部内,其中该小便斗具有一开口,且该开口大致对齐该承载 面;
一坐垫,活动地连接该本体,并且覆盖该小便斗以及该承载面;以及
一排水管,连接该小便斗,当该坐垫相对于该本体掀开时,该排水管以及该小便斗相对 于该本体上升至一使用高度。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该凹陷部形成在该本体前端。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一水箱,该水箱与 该小便斗分别位于该本体的相反侧。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一按钮开关,设置 在该本体上,用以控制该小便斗的升降。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一排气通道,该排 气通道穿过该坐垫,用以将该本体内的气体排出。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一排粪管,该排粪 管连接该本体,该排气通道顺着该本体表面延伸并且连接至该排粪管。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一传感器、一排气 通道以及一排气泵,该传感器设置在该本体上,且该排气通道连接该排气泵,当该传感器检 测到一外界压力时,该排气泵启动以强制将该本体内的气体经由该排气通道排出。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一水箱,且该坐垫 具有一水流通道,该水流通道连接该水箱,用以导引该水箱中的水进入该小便斗。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该坐垫与该承载面密合。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该小便斗可相对该排水管旋转,当 该小便斗升起至该使用高度时,该小便斗相对于该排水管转动至一倾斜角度。
11.根据权利要求 1所述的马桶装置,其特征在于,该马桶装置还包括一排粪管,该排 粪管与该本体以及该排水管相通。
