在现有技术中, 科技电子业飞快的发展, 微小化势必成为新产品的开发 趋势, 越是精密微小的组件, 越是不允许受到污染, 因此一些诸如芯片等微 小电子组件, 在制作过程中更需特别严格的环境质量; 以至于许多电子厂都 会在厂内设置无尘室专供精密电子产品的生产。 为能维持无尘室内空气的流 通, 以及进入无尘室的空气须有过滤洁净的要求, 一般的做法是在无尘室的 天花板处设有与铝合金龙骨相接合的风机过滤网组, 如图 1(A)所示, 该风机 过滤网组当中的风扇 11及滤网 12容纳在一壳体 20当中, 再通过该壳体 20与接 头 30及龙骨 31接合。 因此该壳体 20必需配合各家厂商的铝合金龙骨装置, 但 因各龙骨厂商所生产的龙骨皆有些微尺寸的差异, 以至于一般生产风机过滤 网组壳体 20的厂商, 只能在接单之后依据现场所订铝合金龙骨尺寸做生产, 并无法做预制的库存。 再者, 现有风机过滤网组壳体 20生产和组装方式, 亦 较无法配合科技电子业或是其它需建无尘室的企业建厂速度的要求; 再者, 现有风机过滤网组壳体 20吊挂安装于铝合金龙骨时, 由于该壳体 20为四方体, 且体积较大, 无法直 从地面吊拉至上层安装, 故惯用做法为减缩该壳体 20 的宽度, 吊拉至上层之后, 再于龙骨 31上加装延伸板 311 , 如图 1(B)所示, 用以放置壳体 20, 如此吊装不便, 而且需要增加龙骨组装配件, 是其另一缺 点。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处, 提供一种特别适合与铝合 金龙骨接合, 以供容纳风机过滤网组外壳结构。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案于以实现: 一种风机过滤网组外壳结构, 它包括上壳体、 下框体; 所述上壳体呈上圆下方的台锥形, 其上圆中心部位 设有进风口, 下方部位周边设有凸唇, 凸唇上预设有若干装配孔, 所述下框 体由四块倒置的 L型侧板及四个角接片组成, 倒置的 L型侧板顶部预设有与上 壳体凸唇相对应的装配孔, 其侧壁上设有与角接片连接的装配孔, 角接片与 倒置的 L型侧板搭接部设有与之相应的长槽形装配孔,其外伸端向外缘延展形 成一突肩。
所述上壳体进风口处设有向内部延伸的导风圈。
所迷上壳体进风口处周围设有供装设安全网的装配孔。
所述上壳体进风口处周围设有内部锁接复数个固定螺丝, 所述固定螺丝 连接供承载离心风扇的固定座。
本实用新型的积极效果是: 本实用新型提出的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 具有以下优点: 1 )该上壳体为由四面斜角所建构而成, 相较于惯用形式的壳 体, 大幅度的降低了壳体四边的高度, 在拉吊到龙骨上层的过程当中, 可以 从对角线方向轻易地穿过已组装好的龙骨组, 安装的便利性大为提升, 安装 时, 也可直接放置于龙骨之上, 不需要加装龙骨延伸板, 可以节省材料。 2 ) 本实用新型上壳体部份预先生产一适当的库存量, 再配合下框体组合成符合 不同客户所要求的外壳尺寸, 藉以提升产品的竟争力。 3 )上壳体内部并不需 加任何的挠流构造, 即可让所容纳的离心风扇将风量平均吹送到下方出风口 的滤网处。 附图说明

―以下实施例用于说明本实用新型, 但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。 图 2 ~图4为本实用新型结构示意图。 一种风机过滤网组外壳结构, 它包 括: 上壳体 40、 下框体 50; 所述上壳体呈上圆下方的台锥形, 其内容纳离心 风扇 60, 其上圆中心部位设有进风口 41 , 该处设有向内部延伸的导风圈 411 , 上壳体 40下方部位周边设有凸唇 42, 凸唇 42上预设有若干装配孔 421。 所述下 框体 50由四块倒置的 L型侧板 51及四个角接片 52组成,倒置的 L型恻板顶部 511 预设有与上壳体 40凸唇 42相对应的装配孔 513 ,其侧壁上设有与角接片连接的 装配孔 513 ,角接片 52与倒置的 L型侧板搭接部 521设有与之相应的长槽形装配 孔 522, 其外伸端向外缘延展形成一突肩。
图 5〜图 6为本实施例容纳离心风扇后结构俯视图及剖视图。上壳体 40为下 方上圆台锥状结构, 其由四面斜角 43建构成具特定高度和空间的结构型体, 其并且在该入风口 41周围设有若干装配孔 412供装设安全网 46, 以及供于上壳 体 40内部锁接复数个固定螺丝 44, 并由该复数个固定螺丝 44连接一风扇固定 座 45供承载离心风扇 60, 因此整个上壳体 40内部并不需额外的挠流构造, 即 可让所容纳的离心风扇 60将风量平均吹送到下方出风口的滤网 70处。
图 7为本实施例安装在吊顶框架上的组装示意图。 使用时, 即利用四个适 当长度的倒置的 L型侧板 51与四个角接片 52组合成需要的下框体 50尺寸,供与 各厂商的接头 30及龙骨 31做安装, 以及与该上壳体 40相组装结合, 进而让所 使用的风机过滤网组当中的离心风扇 60与滤网 70能够确实与各厂商的接头 30 及龙骨 31相接合, 并让所容纳的离心风扇 60能将风量平均吹送到下方出风口 的滤网 70处, 前述角接片向外缘延展的突肩利于容纳滤网 70。
综上所述, 本创作提供一较佳可行的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 依法提呈 实用新型专利申请; 本创作的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上, 然而熟悉本 项技术的人士仍可能基于本创作揭示而作各种不背离本案创作精神的替换及 修饰。 因此, 本创作的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示者, 而应包括各种不 背离本创作的替换及修饰, 并为以下申请专利范围所涵盖。 工业实用性

1、 一种风机过滤网组外壳结构, 其特征在于, 它包括上壳体、 下框体; 所述上壳体呈上圆下方的台锥形, 其上圆中心部位设有进风口, 下方部位周 边设有凸唇, 凸唇上预设有若干装配孔, 所述下框体由四块倒置的 L型侧板及 四个角接片组成, 倒置的 L型侧板顶部预设有与上壳体凸唇相对应的装配孔, 其侧壁上设有与角接片连接的装配孔,角接片与倒置的 L型侧板搭接部设有与 之相应的长槽形装配孔, 其外伸端向外缘延展形成一突肩。
2、 根据杈利要求 1所述的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 其特征在于, 所述上 壳体进风口处设有向内部延伸的导风圈。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 其特征在于, 所述 上壳体进风口处周围设有供装设安全网的装配孔。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 其特征在于, 所述 上壳体进风口处周围设有内部锁接复数个固定螺丝, 所述固定螺丝连接供承 载离心风扇的固定座。
5、 根据权利要求 3 所述的风机过滤网组外壳结构, 其特征在于, 所述上 壳体进风口处周围设有内部锁接复数个固定螺丝, 所述固定螺丝连接供承载 离心风扇的固定座。
