Abstract

가변 비트율(Variable Bit Rate; VBR) 오디오 부호화 및 복호화 장치가 개시된다. 오디오 신호의 특성에 따라서 타겟 비트율을 결정하며, 결정된 타겟 비트율에 따라서 가중 선형 예측 변환 부호화를 수행한다.
