背景技术
拖把是日常生活中常用的清洁工具, 通常人们所使用的拖把主要由拖把杆和带有拖布 条的拖把头组成, 由于使用后需要将拖布条进行清洗,然后将湿的拖布条出水后再次使用, 这时候就需要将清洗后湿的拖布条挤干, 传统的挤干方式是人工用手拧; 现在市场上出现 有一种机械式压干机, 它能够将湿的拖布条通过挤压方式压出水。 但上述两种出水方式均 存在着缺陷, 如用手拧干湿的拖布条, 一是弄脏手, 二是工作效率低, 三是劳动强度大; 而采用机械式压干机对湿的拖布条进行压挤出水, 一是挤干的效果差, 出水不均匀, 二是 使用不方便, 机构复杂笨重, 使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足, 而提供一种结构简单、合理, 使用方便、 可靠, 能显著降低劳动强度, 提高工作效率的按压式旋转脱水桶。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的, 它包括有一可将含水物件加以脱水的桶 体, 所述的桶体内通过一根垂直布置的传动轴安置有一可旋转的旋转篮, 传动轴穿过桶体 的内凹底面, 其轴下端部通过一钢珠抵压在一活动块上, 所述的活动块通过下方的复位弹 簧被置于一支架上并可上下移动; 所述的活动块通过一根连杆与一可联动的齿轮相连, 该 齿轮通过一组由多个传动齿轮啮合并构成的增速齿轮组与套置在传动轴上带有单向轴承 的单向传动齿轮啮合。
所述的支架被固定在桶体的内凹底面下的空间中; 所述的增速齿轮组均被安置在所述 的支架上; 所述连杆的一端固定在活动块上, 连杆的另一端固定在齿轮的齿边上, 且所述 齿轮被置于活动块的一侧边上。
所述的齿轮与一连体传动齿轮的小齿轮啮合, 而连体的大齿轮与一传动齿轮啮合, 与 传动齿轮同轴固连有一中间传动齿轮, 中间传动齿轮与一连体齿轮的直齿啮合, 而连体齿 轮的锥齿与一柱状齿轮啮合, 该柱状齿轮又与固连在传动轴上的单向传动齿轮啮合。 所述的柱状齿轮的上下两端各垫置有一齿轮耐磨圈, 与该柱状齿轮相啮合的单向传动 齿轮通过开口档圈固定在传动轴上; 所述的活动块被置于支架的一侧边垂直槽中并在槽中 可作上下移动。
所述的桶体上面两侧设置有提手,在位于旋转篮的边上、桶体内侧边上设置有防护盖; 另在相对旋转篮对面的桶体上部边沿设置有倒水沟槽。
本发明与现有技术相比, 具有结构简单、 合理, 使用方便、 可靠, 能显著降低劳动强 度, 提高工作效率等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明做详细介绍: 图 1、 2所示, 本发明包括有一可将含水物件 14 加以脱水的桶体 2,所述的桶体 2内通过一根垂直布置的传动轴 31安置有一可旋转的旋转 篮 3, 传动轴 31穿过桶体 2的内凹底面, 其轴下端部通过一钢珠 32抵压在一活动块 5上, 所述的活动块 5通过下方的复位弹簧 57被置于一支架 13上并可上下移动; 所述的活动块 5通过一根连杆 52与一可联动的齿轮 6相连,该齿轮 6与一组由多个传动齿轮啮合并构成 的增速齿轮组相连, 并通过该增速齿轮组与套置在传动轴上、 带有单向轴承 121的单向传 动齿轮 12相连。 所述的桶体 2上面两侧设置有提手 1, 在位于旋转篮 3的边上、 桶体内侧 边上设置有防护盖 4; 另在相对旋转篮 3对面的桶体 2上部边沿设置有倒水沟槽 15。
本发明所述的支架 13被固定在桶体 2的内凹底面下的空间中; 所述的增速齿轮组被 安置在所述的支架 13上; 所述连杆 52的一端通过定位销 51固定在活动块 5上, 连杆 52 的另一端用自攻螺丝 53固定在齿轮 6的齿边上, 且所述齿轮 6被置于活动块 5的一侧边 上, 可以通过活动块 5的上下移动带动齿轮 6进行一定角度范围的摆动。
图 3所示的齿轮 6与一连体传动齿轮 7的小齿轮啮合, 而连体的大齿轮与一传动齿轮 8啮合, 与该传动齿轮 8同轴固连有一中间传动齿轮 9, 该中间传动齿轮 9与一连体齿轮 10的直齿啮合, 而该连体齿轮 10的锥齿 — 11啮合, 该柱状齿轮 11又与固连 在传动轴 31上的单向传动齿轮 12啮合。
所述的柱状齿轮 11的上下两端各垫置有一齿轮耐磨圈 111, 与该柱状齿轮 11相啮合 的单向传动齿轮 12通过开口档圈 122固定在传动轴 31上;所述的活动块 5被置于支架 13 的一侧边垂直槽中并在槽中可作上下移动。 图中所示的齿轮 6为一伞齿轮。
本发明主要功能在于把含水物件, 如图 4所示桶体 2上方的旋转拖把 14通过高速旋 转所产生的离心力使水分脱离含水物件, 从而达到脱水目的。 当旋转篮 3受到下压力 Ml 时, 见附图 4所示, 下压力依次传到传动轴 31、 钢珠 32、 活动块 5, 使活动块 5向下运 动, 一连杆 52依靠自攻螺钉 53和定位销 51分别安装在活动块 5和齿轮 6, 进而由活动块 5带动连杆 52, 再带动齿轮 6使该齿轮 6转动; 所述的齿轮 6与一连体传动齿轮 7的小齿 轮啮合, 而连体的大齿轮与一传动齿轮 8啮合, 与该传动齿轮 8同轴固连有一中间传动齿 轮 9, 该中间传动齿轮 9与一连体齿轮 10的直齿啮合, 而该连体齿轮 10的锥齿与一柱状 齿轮 11啮合, 该柱状齿轮 11又与固连在传动轴 31上的单向传动齿轮 12啮合。 所述的单 向传动齿轮 12通过单向轴承 121使传动轴 31转动, 最后带动旋转篮产生旋转达到脱水功 能。
结合附图 5所示, 当旋转篮 3处于下压得极限状态后, 复位弹簧 57正处于压縮状态。 撤销施加于旋转篮 3的下压力时, 由于复位弹簧 57的反作用力使活动块 5、 传动轴 31及 旋转篮 3—起向上运动, 活动块 5的向上运动带动连杆 52使齿轮 6反向转动 (相当于旋 转篮 3下压状态时的转动方向, 下同), 反向转动依次传递到连体传动齿轮 7、传动齿轮 8、 中间传动齿轮 9、 连体齿轮 10、 柱状齿轮 11、 单向传动齿轮 12, 使该单向传动齿轮 12反 向转动,但由于在单向传动齿轮 12和传动轴 31之间装有一单向轴承 121,该单向轴承 121 为一只只传递单方向转动的轴承, 所以单向传动齿轮 12 的反方向转动并不能传递给传动 轴 31。 因传动轴 31及旋转篮 3的惯性作用使传动轴 31和旋转篮 3继续往正方向转动, 直 到回复到初始状态后再进行下一次的下压动作前完成一次循环过程。

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的按压式旋转脱水桶, 其特征在于所述的齿轮 (6) 与一连体 传动齿轮(7)的小齿轮啮合, 而连体的大齿轮与一传动齿轮(8)啮合, 与该传动齿轮(8) 同轴固连有一中间传动齿轮 (9), 该中间传动齿轮 (9) 与一连体齿轮 (10) 的直齿啮合, 而该连体齿轮 (10) 的锥齿与一柱状齿轮 (11 ) 啮合, 该柱状齿轮 (11 ) 又与固连在传动 轴 (31 ) 上的单向传动齿轮 (12) 啮合。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的压式旋转脱水桶, 其特征在于所述的柱状齿轮(11 )的上下 两端各垫置有一齿轮耐磨圈 (111 ), 与该柱状齿轮 (11 ) 相啮合的单向传动齿轮 (12) 通 过开口档圈 (122) 固定在传动轴 (31 ) 上; 所述的活动块 (5) 被置于支架 (13) 的一侧 边垂直槽中并在槽中可作上下移动。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的压式旋转脱水桶, 其特征在于所述的桶体 (2) 上面两 侧设置有提手 (1 ), 在位于旋转篮 (3) 的边上、 桶体 (2) 内侧边上设置有防护盖 (4); 另在相对旋转篮 (3) 对面的桶体 (2) 上部边沿设置有倒水沟槽 (15)。
