Abstract

The invention relates to a component made of a multiphase material with a thermal conductivity λ < 2000 W/(m*K)5, preferably λ < 100 W/(m*K) or λ ≤ 50 W/(m*K). According to the invention, the material contains fibers, fiber bundles and/or fiber aggregates which allow the component to have a higher vapor permeability than an analogous component made of the same material but without fibers. Additionally, the invention relates to a part comprising such a component, and a composite heat insulation system comprising at least one such component.
