Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Rotor für einen Elektromotor, wobei der Rotor eine Rotorwelle (1), eine Rotorwicklung (2) und einen Kommutator (3) aufweist, wobei die Rotorwicklung (2) aus Wicklungsdraht mit einer Isolierung, insbesondere mit einer Lackisolierung, besteht, wobei der Kommutator (3) als Hakenkommutator mit Kommutatorlamellen (4) und Kommutatorhaken (5) für die Wicklungsenden (6) der Rotorwicklung (2) ausgestaltet ist und wobei die Wicklungsenden (6) mit den Hakeninnenseiten (7, 8) der jeweiligen Kommutatorhaken (5) im Wege des Heißverstemmens verbunden sind. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass jeweils mindestens eine Hakeninnenseite (7, 8) der Kommutatorhaken (5) eine Oberflächenstruktur aufweist, die beim Eingriff mit dem jeweiligen Wicklungsende (6) Punkt- und/oder Linienbelastungen auf das Wicklungsende (6) und damit eine gezielte Verletzung, insbesondere ein Lösen der Isolierung des Wicklungsendes (6) bewirkt.
