Abstract

Die Anlage dient für die Einharzung von Auskleidungsschläuchen (Liner) mit Epoxidharz und seinen Härtern. Sie schliesst einen Tank (1) für das Epoxidharz mit Abflussrohr (3) mit Pumpe (5) sowie einen Tank (2) für den Härter mit Abflussrohr (4) mit Pumpe (6) ein. Jedes Abflussrohr (3,4) führt durch ein Durchflussmessgerät (9,10). Eine Steuereinheit (25) dient zur Verarbeitung der Signale der Durchflussmessgeräte (9,10), wobei das Durchflussmass des Harzes als Führungsgrösse verwendet wird und mit der Steuereinheit, an der das gewünschte Mischverhältnis als Parameter eingestellt werden kann, die Pumpe des Härters auf die exakt benötigte Härtermenge einstellt, beziehungsweise nachregelt. In die Abflussrohre (3,4) für Harz und Härter ist jenseits der Pumpen (5,6) und Durchflussmessgeräte (9,10) je ein Dreiwegventil (13,14) eingebaut, wobei je eine Leitung (15,16) zurück in den entsprechenden Tank (1,2) führt, und eine Leitung (17,18) zur Mischdüse (19). Weiter führen Betankungsleitungen (21,22) mit je einem Ventil (23,24) in die entsprechenden Abflussrohre (3,4), sodass die Anlage sich selbst betanken kann.
