Abstract

Un procédé de traitement de l'alliage de tout ou partie de la zone « morte » du bain de soudure d'une machine de brasage à la vague, visant à éliminer tout ou partie des scories d'oxyde formées dans le bain de la machine, selon lequel :on dispose d'un ou plusieurs injecteurs de type poreux immergés dans le bain d'alliage au niveau de cette zone « morte », on alimente en un gaz de traitement, notamment inerte ou réducteur, le ou les injecteurs poreux, de façon à générer des bulles de gaz dans le bain dans des conditions permettant aux bulles de remonter à la surface du bain d'alliage en entraînant des scories en surface, et en venant éclater à la surface du bain en générant ainsi une action mécanique dans la couche faite de scories et d'alliage présente en surface.
