도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 사용상태를 보인 상태도이다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 각 도면에 제시된 부호는 동일한 부재를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 구성도이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 상부케이스 및 하부케이스의 구성을 보인 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 상부케이스 및 하부케이스의 구성을 보인 배면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 상부케이스 및 하부케이스의 결합상태를 보인 분해사시도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 상부케이스의 또다른 구성을 보인 사시도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 커넥터의 구성도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 충전거치대의 구성을 보인 사시도이고, 도 8 및 9는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 거즈고정구의 결합상태를 보인 사시도이며, 도 10은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기의 사용상태를 보인 상태도이다.
도 1 내지 10을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기는 하부케이스(100), 상부케이스(200), 커넥터(300)가 포함된다.
상기 하부케이스(100)는 사용자가 파지하기 용이하도록 유선형으로 형성되는 것으로서, 내부에 화장품이 수용되는 화장품보관용기(110)가 구비된다.
상기 화장품보관용기(110)는 내부에 화장품이 수용된 상태로 상기 하부케이스(100)의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 하부케이스(100)의 전면부 중앙에 구비되는 화장품 토출버튼(120)이 상부로 이동시에 화장품을 외부로 토출하도록 구성된다.
상기 화장품보관용기(110)는 상기 하부케이스(100)로 삽입 및 인출이 가능하도록 구성되어 화장품이 모두 소진되었을 경우 교체하여 리필이 가능한 것이 특징이다. 상기 화장품보관용기(110)는 하우징, 고정구, 피스톤로드, 복원스프링, 디스펜서가 포함되는대, 상기의 구성들은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자에게 공지기술이므로 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
한편, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 전면부 상부에는 후술할 이온도입부(210)를 on/off시키는 전원버튼(140)의 가압에 따라 색상이 전환되는 LED표시부(150)가 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 LED표시부(150)는 클렌징, 미백, 주름개선의 미용용도에 따라 각각 blue, green, red의 색상이 표시되어 사용자가 각 미용용도의 확인이 가능하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 전원버튼(140)은 사용자가 1회 가압시마다 대기모드 또는 미용모드로 전환되도록 구성되는대, 대기모드에서 진행할 미용용도에 따라 후술할 상부케이스(200)의 교체가 이루어지게 되며, 상부케이스(200)의 교체가 완료되면 다시 한번 가압을 하여 미용모드로 전환하여 피부관리가 진행된다.
이때, 상기 모드의 전환은 전원 on - 클렌징 - 대기모드 - 미백 - 대기모드 - 주름개선 - 대기모드 - 전원 off의 순서로 진행되어 클렌징, 미백, 주름개선의 피부미용이 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
한편, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 전면부 하부에는 상기 화장품보관용기(110)에 수용된 화장품의 잔여량을 외부에서 확인하는 것이 가능하도록 투명창(170)이 형성되며, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 후면부에는 사용자가 상기 하부케이스(100)를 파지하였을 때, 사용자의 손으로부터 상기 하부케이스(100)가 이탈되지 않도록 보조하는 다수의 돌기(190)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 측면에는 케이블 연결부(180)가 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 케이블 연결부(180)에는 후술할 커넥터(300)가 연결되어 제3자가 사용자에게 피부관리를 위한 미용을 보조할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 측면 상부에는 거즈고정구(500)가 결합시에 거즈고정구(500)가 안착되도록 양측면에 안착홈(160)이 형성된다. 일반적으로 클렌징을 할 경우에는 토너가 묻은 거즈를 사용하여 피부에 잔류하는 노폐물을 제거하게 되는대, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 하부케이스(100)에는 거즈(20)를 고정시킬 수 있는 거즈고정구(500)가 결합되어 사용자 편의를 제공하는 것이 가능하게 된다. 상기 거즈고정구(500)는 상부케이스(200)의 상부에서 하방향으로 끼워져 상기 하부케이스(100)의 안착홈(160)에 안착됨으로써, 상부케이스(200)의 상단을 덮는 거즈(20)를 상부케이스(200)에 고정시키게 된다. 이때, 상기 거즈고정구(500)에는 상기 안착홈(160)과 맞닿는 부분에 안착홈(160)에 안착되는 돌출편(510)이 형성되어 상기 하부케이스(100)와 고정이 이루어지게 된다.
또한, 상기 하부케이스(100)의 상단에는 후술할 상부케이스(200)가 결합시에 상부케이스(200)에 형성된 다수의 돌기(230)와 맞닿는 부분에 돌기(230)에 대응되는 다수의 결합홈(130)이 형성되어 사용자가 이온도입부(210)를 통하여 피부관리를 할 때, 상부케이스(200)가 하부케이스(100)로부터 이탈되는 뒤틀림을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 상부케이스(200)는 상기 하부케이스(100)의 상단에 결합되며, 미세한 전류를 외부로 방사하여 사용자의 피부로 화장품을 침투시키는 이온도입부(210)가 구비되는 것으로서, 상기 이온도입부(210)는 상기 상부케이스(200)의 상부에 설치되어, 미세한 전류를 외부로 방사함으로써 이온도입기의 기능을 하게 된다.
상기 이온도입부(210)는 상기 하부케이스(100)에 구비된 전원버튼(140)으로부터 전원을 인가받아 작동되는대, 미세한 전류가 방사되기 때문에, 화장품과 같은 피부보조제품의 전하로부터 전기적인 반발력이 발생되어 사용자의 피부에 피부보조제품이 깊숙이 침투되는 것을 가능하게 한다. 상기 이온도입부(210)는 사용자가 상기 화장품 토출버튼(120)을 상부로 이동시켜 배출홀(220)을 통하여 배출되는 화장품을 피부에 바른 후 곧바로 사용이 가능하도록 구성되어 사용이 간편할 뿐만 아니라, 사용자의 피부 깊숙히 화장품이 침투되도록 함으로써, 효율적인 피부미용 효과를 얻을 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 이온도입부(210)로 전원을 공급하기 위하여 상기 하부케이스(100) 및 커넥터(300)가 거치되는 충전거치대(400)가 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 충전거치대(400)에는 상기 하부케이스(100) 및 커넥터(300)가 거치되도록 하부케이스 삽입홈(410) 및 커넥터 삽입홈(420)이 형성되는대, 상기 하부케이스 삽입홈(410)의 하부에는 상기 하부케이스(100)의 내부에 구비되는 배터리로 전원을 공급하는 충전부(미도시)가 형성되어 상기 이온도입부(210)의 사용을 위한 충전을 가능하게 한다.
또한, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 상부케이스(200)는 상기 하부케이스(100)와 맞닿는 면에 자석이 구비되어 상기 하부케이스(100)에 탈착식으로 결합이 가능한 것이 특징으로서, 이를 위하여 상기 하부케이스(100)의 상단에는 상기 상부케이스(200)와 극성이 다른 전극이 형성되어 상기 상부케이스(200)와의 탈착식 결합이 이루어지게 된다.
상기 상부케이스(200)는 상기 하부케이스(100)에 탈착식으로 결합이 가능하도록 구성됨으로써, 상기 화장품보관용기(110)에 수용된 화장품이 모두 소진될 경우, 간단하게 상부케이스(200)를 해체하여 상기 화장품보관용기(110)를 교체할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 상부케이스(200)는 자석을 통하여 상기 하부케이스(100)와의 결합이 이루어지므로, 사용자가 클렌징, 미백, 주름개선 등의 피부관리를 진행할때, 상부케이스(200)의 움직임이 발생하지 않도록 상기 결합홈(130)에 결합되는 다수의 돌기(230)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 상부케이스(200)는 클렌징, 미백, 주름개선 등의 미용용도에 따라 각각 용도에 맞는 케이스로 변경하여 상기 하부케이스(100)에 결합이 가능하도록 구성되는 것이 특징이다.
사용자가 클렌징을 위한 미용시 즉, 이온도출시에는 상부케이스(200)의 전면이 모두 이온도입부(210)로 구성된 상부케이스(200)를 사용하게 되며, 미백 또는 주름개선을 위한 미용시 즉, 이온도입시에는 마이너스 전자를 띤 화장품이 상기 화장품보관용기(110)로부터 배출되어 사용자의 피부로 침투되도록 배출홀(220)이 형성된 상부케이스(200)를 사용하게 된다.
상기 커넥터(300)는 상기 하부케이스(100)에 형성된 케이블 연결부(180)에 케이블(10)을 통하여 연결설치되어 사용자에게 상기 이온도입부(210)로부터 제공되는 이온을 전달하는 것으로서, 제3자가 사용자에게 피부관리를 위한 미용보조를 가능하게 하는 것이 특징이다.
일반적으로 이온도입기는 사용자 본인이 직접 사용해야만 원활한 전류의 흐름을 통하여 그 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 구성되는대, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 커넥터(300)는 상기 케이블 연결부(180)에 연결되어 피부미용을 받는 사용자가 파지하도록 구성되어 제3자가 사용자에게 피부미용을 해주더라도 이온도입부(210)와 커넥터(300)간의 통전 기능을 제공하여 원활한 전류의 흐름을 가능하게 함으로써, 피부미용을 보조할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이, 본 발명은 통전 기능을 제공하는 커넥터(300)를 통하여 제3자로부터 피부미용을 보조받을 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 사용자 본인이 직접 피부미용을 해야만 했던 번거로움을 해소하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적의 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미 한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내부에 화장품이 수용되는 화장품보관용기가 구비된 하부케이스와, 상기 하부케이스의 상단에 결합되며, 미세한 전류를 외부로 방사하여 사용자의 피부로 화장품을 침투시키는 이온도입부가 구비된 상부케이스를 포함하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스에는 케이블 연결부가 형성되며, 상기 케이블 연결부에는 통전 기능을 제공하는 커넥터가 케이블을 통하여 연결설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스와 하부케이스에는 서로 맞닿는 면에 각각 다른 극의 전극이 형성된 자석이 구비되어 탈착식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스의 후면에는 일정간격 이격된 다수의 돌기가 형성되며, 상기 하부케이스에는 상기 상부케이스의 돌기와 맞닿는 부분에 돌기에 대응되는 결합홈이 형성되어 상부케이스와 하부케이스의 결합시 뒤틀림을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스 및 커넥터가 거치되도록 하부케이스 삽입홈 및 커넥터 삽입홈이 형성되며, 상기 하부케이스에 구비되는 배터리로 전원을 공급하는 충전거치대를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스의 상부에는 상기 상부케이스의 상단을 감싸는 거즈를 고정시키는 거즈고정구가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스에는 상기 이온도입부를 온/오프시키는 전원버튼이 구비되며, 상기 전원버튼을 1회 가압시마다 대기모드 또는 미용모드로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 상부케이스에는 상기 화장품보관용기에 수용된 화장품이 외부로 배출되도록 배출홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 하부케이스는 상기 이온도입부가 미용모드로 전환시 클렌징, 미백, 주름개선의 미용용도에 따라 이를 각각 다른 색상으로 표시하는 엘이디표시부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온도입기가 구비된 화장품용기.
