Description

COSMETIC MACHINE WITH SWITCHING FUNCTION BY OPENING/CLOSING A CASE
The present invention relates to a cosmetic machine with a switching function by opening/closing a case, and more particularly, to a cosmetic machine with a switching function by opening/closing a case that has a main switch on a partition membrane of a brush rod to allow a functional cosmetic machine performing various cosmetic auxiliary functions such as heating or vibrating, etc. by a separation of a receptacle to be automatically operated and has an auxiliary switch on an outer circumferential surface of an electronic housing to control the automatic operation of the cosmetic machine to be turned on/off.
Generally, a cosmetic machine having an electronic function refers to a machine that includes a circuit board with a built-in special function capable of causing heating or vibration, etc. and a battery that supplies power to the circuit board. In case of mascara, the cosmetic machine refers to a machine that heats or vibrates a brush in a short time to enable to perform a cosmetic auxiliary function.
For example, a cosmetic machine (heating mascara) in the related art will be described in brief.
The heating mascara in the related art includes a pipe body in a central portion thereof, a brush rod with connection pins provided on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a receptacle that covers the pipe body of the brush rod to be screw-coupled at the upper portion, a circuit board that is disposed inside the pipe body of the brush rod and has a positive terminal and an negative terminal, a battery housing that is coupled to a lower end portion of the brush rod, a battery pressure member that is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the brush rod, a connector that is disposed on an outer side of the battery housing, a battery cap that is coupled to a lower end portion of the battery housing and has a connection terminal on its bottom surface, and an outer housing that covers an outer circumferential surface of the battery housing.
Herein, the connection terminal of the battery cap is formed in a structure to support a negative electrode of the battery using a spring.
In the heating mascara in the related art, an upper end portion of the connector is connected to a positive terminal of the circuit board, and a lower end portion of the connector is connected to the connection terminal of the battery cap and at the same time a positive electrode of the battery is connected to the negative terminal of the circuit board, thereby applying power of the electrodes to the circuit board.
In this state, if the receptacle is coupled to the brush rod, the battery pressure member pressurize the electrode in the lower end portion, while being pressurized by the receptacle, to release the connection between the positive electrode of the battery and the negative terminal of the circuit board, such that if the supply of power is blocked from the circuit board and the receptacle is separated again from the brush rod, the pressure of the battery pressure member to the battery is released and the connection between the positive electrode of the battery and the negative terminal of the circuit board is made again to operate the circuit board, thereby making it possible to perform a predetermined electronic function,
However, since the heating mascara in the related art is constituted in a structure where if a receptacle pressurizes a battery pressure member, the battery pressure member associated therewith to directly pressurize and put the battery, it has problems in the coupling operation thereof in that the structure thereof is complicated as well as the installation work of the battery pressure member on a brush rod is difficult, and further a lot of force is applied when a user couples the receptacle since a connection between a battery and a circuit board is released only when pressure more than the intensity of a spring of a connection terminal that supports the battery is made.
In addition, if the operation of the circuit board starts by releasing the receptacle from the brush rod, there is no separate releasing unit that stops the operation of the circuit board other than a method to stop the operation of the circuit board only by coupling the receptacle later, such that energy consumption is increased due to an operation system not related to the user's will as well as use convenience is also significantly degraded.
The present invention is proposed to solve the problems in the related art. The object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic machine with a switching function by opening/closing a case that has an elastically pressurized main switch on a partition membrane of a brush rod to allow an upper end portion of the main switch to short a connection between a positive terminal of a circuit board and a connector, while the main switch being pressurized downward by the pressure of the receptacle, and connects again the positive terminal of the circuit board and the connector by the separation of the receptacle to allow a functional cosmetic tool performing various cosmetic auxiliary functions such as heating or vibration, etc. to be automatically operated, thereby simplifying the structure of the main switch for the operation and allowing the user to easily perform the opening/closing operation of the receptacle accordingly.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic machine with a switching function by opening/closing a case that has an auxiliary switch that is provided on an outer circumferential surface of a battery housing and allows a connector and a negative electrode of a battery to be connected and released by a touch operation, making it possible to minimize energy consumption by controlling the automatic operation of the cosmetic tool to be manually turned on/off according to a user's will and to use it conveniently since its electronic function can be operated only when necessary.
To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a cosmetic machine with a switching function by opening/closing a case including: a main switch that is provided on a partition membrane of a brush rod and connects and shorts a connection between a positive terminal of a circuit board and a connector according to an engagement and release of a receptacle.

The circuit board 30 is disposed inside the pipe body 12 of the brush rod 10, and the low end portion thereof is exposed downward the partition membrane 11, wherein a positive terminal 31 and a negative terminal 32 that are connected to a connector 50 and a positive electrode 45a of the battery 45, respectively, to form a closed loop are provided on the lower end portion.
Herein, the positive terminal 31 has a linear elastic structure where they are extended to be long in order to be connected to the connector disposed at an outer circumferential surface of the battery housing 40. Meanwhile, the negative terminal 32 is preferably formed by installing a conductor that is electrified on a lower end portion of the circuit board 30 in order to be directly and closely connected to the positive electrode 45a of the battery 45.
The battery housing 40 is engaged with a lower end portion of the brush 10 to be coupled and has a circular pipe shape where its inside is penetrated so that the battery 45 is disposed and the connector 50 is closely disposed at the inner circumferential surface. An auxiliary switch 70 that maintains and releases the connection between the connector 50 and the battery 45 is provided at an outer circumferential surface of the battery housing 40.
The connector 50 is formed in a thin and long plate that is adhered to an inner surface of the battery housing 40, wherein its upper end portion is connected to the positive terminal 31 of the circuit board 30 and its lower end portion is extended downward the battery housing 40 to be connected to a negative electrode 45b of the battery 45.
The main switch 60 maintains or shorts the connection between the positive terminal 31 of the circuit board 30 and the connector 50 on the partition membrane 11 of the brush rod 10 according to the engagement and release of the receptacle 20. The detailed constitution thereof is as follows.
The main switch 60 includes a rod 61 whose upper end portion is projected upward the partition membrane 11 and lower end portion is downward the partition membrane 11 to be extended to the positive terminal 31 of the circuit board 30, by penetrating through the partition membrane 11, and that is formed in a long rod shape where a stopper 61a in a circular plate that is hooked by a bottom surface of the partition membrane 11 is formed in the center thereof, a spring 62 that elastically supports the bottom surface of the stopper 61a of the rod 61, and a spring supporter 63 whose center is penetrated in order to support a lower end portion of the spring 62 in a state where the rod 61 is penetrated.
Herein, the rod 61 preferably has a length to the extent that the rod 61 is interposed between the positive terminal 31 of the circuit board 30 and the connector 50, while being pushed to the lower end portion by the pressure of the receptacle 20, to enable to block the connection therebetween. Further, it will be obvious that the rod 61 is made of non-conductor so that the rod 61 is interposed therebetween to block the electric conduction.
Meanwhile, the positive terminal 31 having a linear structure of the circuit board 30 by the interposition of the rod 61 may be made of a wire of elastic material that allows the positive terminal 31 elastically pushed to be returned to its original state, if the interposition of the rod 61 is released, thereby being coupled to the connector 50.
In the present invention, an auxiliary switch 70 may further be provided on the lower end portion of the battery housing 40, in addition to the main switch 60.
The auxiliary switch 70, which is installed on the battery housing 40 to maintain or short the connection state between the connector 50 and the negative electrode 45b of the battery 45, includes a switch circuit 71 including a relay (not shown) that is disposed between the connector 50 and the negative electrode 45b of the battery 45 to control the connection therebetween, and a knob 72 that is exposed to the outside of the battery housing 40 and connects and shorts the relay by a touch operation to turn on/off power.
With the cosmetic machine with the switching function by opening/closing the case according to the embodiment of the present invention constituted as above, after the circuit board 30 is built-in the pipe body 12 of the brush rod 10 and the brush member 15 is coupled to the upper end portion of the pipe body 12, the battery 45 is mounted to the inside of the battery housing 40 and then the upper end portion of the battery housing 40 is engaged with the lower end portion of the brush rod 10 to be coupled, thereby completing the assembling.
At this time, the negative terminal 32 of the circuit board 30 is connected to the positive electrode 45a and the positive terminal 31 thereof is connected to the connector 50, and the connector 50 is connected again to the negative electrode 45b of the battery 45 through the switch circuit 71 to be electrified with the battery 45, thereby consequently forming a closed loop between the circuit board 30 and the battery 45 to be a state where a predetermined electronic function such as heating or vibration through the brush member 15 can be operated.
In such a state, a user can make up through a predetermined cosmetic function.
When the make-up is to be terminated, if the receptacle 20 is screw-coupled to the brush rod 10, an inlet of the screw-coupled receptacle 20 pressurizes the upper end portion of the rod 61 of the main switch 60, and the lower end portion of the rod 61 associated therewith is interposed between the positive terminal 31 of the circuit board 30 and the connector 50, while being pushed downward, thereby releasing the connection therebetween.
Then, the function of the brush member 16 is stopped simultaneously with blocking the application of power from the circuit board 30.
The operation of the brush member 16 is turned on/off, while the power of the battery 45 being supplied and blocked to the circuit board 30 by the separation and coupling of the receptacle 20 as described above.
Meanwhile, even when the operation of the brush member 16 is to be stopped according to the user's will while the brush member 16 is operated as the receptacle 20 is separated other than the case when the turn-on/off of the brush member 16 is controlled according to the separation and coupling of the receptacle 20 as described above, the electric conduction between the connector 50 and the negative electrode 45b through the switch circuit 71 can be controlled by touching (pressurizing) the knob 42 of the auxiliary switch 70 exposed on the outer circumferential surface of the battery housing 70.
Herein, the switch circuit 70 is preferably applied with a switch circuit that is a general touch switch that repeats operations that a relay is driven by the change in electrostatic capacity of the switch circuit 71 according to static electricity generated from fingers when a user's fingers touch the knob 72 and the relay is shorted when the user's fingers touch the knob again.
