종래 인터넷 경매 방식의 또 다른 문제점으로는 모든 경매 낙찰 조건이 경매 금액에 의해서 결정된다는 것이다. 이러한 문제는 옥션과 같은 전자 상거래 사이트를 이용해서 경매를 진행할 경우 더욱 문제가 된다. 예를 들어 상기 카메라 렌즈의 경우 판매자는 직접 방문을 조건으로 판매하고자 물품의 설명 하단에 직접 방문을 조건으로만 판매하겠다는 의사를 기재하였음에도 불구하고 직접 방문을 할 수 없는 구매자가 최고의 금액을 제시할 경우 해당 최고가를 제시한 구매자에게 낙찰되게 된다. 따라서 판매자는 다시 동일한 카메라 렌즈를 판매하고자 처음부터 경매를 진행하여야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 것으로서, 여러 곳의 웹 환경에 흥정댓글 경매 버튼을 붙여넣기를 통해 노출시키고, 댓글 방식으로 경매를 진행하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템 및 이를 이용한 경매 모듈 제공 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 인터넷 공간인 웹 환경상에 판매하고자 하는 물품을 등록하는 판매자 시스템과 상기 웹 환경상에 등록된 물품에 대한 구매를 진행하는 구매자 시스템 사이에서 경매를 진행하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 있어서, 판매하고자 하는 물품 정보가 입력창을 통해 입력되면, 해당 물품의 경매에 대해 타 경매 물품과 구분하기 위한 경매 모듈 구별 식별자를 생성하고 이를 경매 리스트에 저장하며, 경매 태그들을 생성하여 복수 개 웹 페이지에 상기 경매 태그가 제공되도록 하는 경매모듈과; 구매자 시스템들로 부터 상기 참여태그가 클릭되면, 상기 경매에 참여한 모든 구매자의 경매 진행상태를 디스플레이 하는 경매 진행 상태창과; 상기 경재 진행 상태창으로 부터 승인버튼이 클릭되면, 낙찰자에게 제공되는 결제하기 버튼을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템을 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 인터넷 공간인 웹 환경상에 판매하고자 하는 물품을 등록하는 판매자 시스템과 상기 웹 환경상에 등록된 물품에 대한 구매를 진행하는 구매자 시스템 사이에서 경매를 진행하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법에 있어서, 판매자 시스템으로부터 경매로 판매할 물품 정보를 입력창을 통해 입력받아 경매모듈을 생성하는 제 1 단계; 상기 경매모듈은 타 경매 물품과 구분하기 위한 경매 물품 구별 식별자를 생성하고, 경매 태그들을 생성하여 복수 개 웹 페이지에 상기 경매 태그가 제공되도록 하는 제 2단계; 및 구매자 시스템으로부터 흥정댓글 경매 태그가 클릭되는 경우, 상기 경매에 참여한 모든 구매자의 경매 진행상태를 디스플레이 하는 경매 진행 상태창을 제공하는 제 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 여러 웹 환경에 붙여넣기를 통해 흥정댓글 경매 버튼을 제공할 수 있으므로 판매자가 하나의 물품을 판매자가 활동하는 복수 개 동호회 사이트에 붙여넣기를 통해 노출시키더라도 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

이하에서, 본 발명의 장점, 특징 및 바람직한 실시예를 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 거래 결제 제공 시스템을 포함한 주변 시스템 구성도이다. 결제 제공 시스템은 인터넷망을 통하여 PG(Payment Gateway)사, 웹 환경, 판매자 시스템 및 구매자 시스템과 연결되며, PG사는 금융기관 시스템 및 신용카드 시스템과 연결된다. 본 발명에서는 신용카드 시스템과 금융기관 시스템에 관한 것이 아니므로 신용카드 시스템을 별도로 구분하지 않고 금융기관 시스템에 포함되는 것으로 설명하고자 한다.
경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 인터넷망으로 연결된 웹 환경을 이용하여 판매자와 구매자 사이에 상품을 경매함에 있어서 상기 판매자와 구매자 사이에서 경매 모듈을 제공하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템으로서, 판매자인 회원에게 거래 상품에 대한 간단한 식별 메모(또는 구분이 가능한 기호 등)를 입력받은 후 이를 이용하여 경매 모듈 식별자와 결제 금액과 거래 상품에 대한 메모를 표시하는 정보가 포함된 창을 생성하기 위한 메타 정보가 포함된 입금창을 생성하여 구매자 시스템의 클립보드에 복사 제공하고, 입금창을 상기 웹 환경에 복사할 수 있도록 하고, 구매자인 회원이 상기 고유한 입금창을 복사하여 판매자의 이메일, 쪽지, 댓글, 휴대폰 문자 메세지, 메신저 등의 정보전달 수단을 통하여 웹 환경에 노출시키고 판매자가 노출된 입금창을 누를 경우 푸쉬 버튼, 토글 버튼, 체크 버튼 등의 형태로 제공되는 거래 승인 수단을 포함하는 금액 확정창을 제공한다. 시스템 구성은 입출력 장치가 부착된 통상 서버 컴퓨터라 불리는 장치로 구성된다. 거래 결제 제공 시스템에는 가입된 회원에 대한 정보를 저장하는 회원 DB와, 구매자가 구매하고자 하는 거래 상품 정보를 저장하는 상품 정보와 구매자가 미리 지정한 거래 승인 코드를 저장하는 메모리가 구비된다.
금융기관 시스템은 거래 결제 제공 시스템에 가상 계좌를 제공하고, PG사를 통하여 주기적 혹은 입금 내역이 발생할 때마다 경매 모듈 제공 시스템 회원의 입금 내역을 제공하게 된다.
PG사는 웹 환경에서 구매자가 경매 대금을 입금할 때, 경매 모듈 제공 시스템을 대신하여 신용카드 결제, 무통장 입금, 사이버머니 결제, 및 핸드폰 결제 등의 여러 가지 결제 수단을 제공하는 시스템이며, 대표적인 PG사로는 한국사이버머니사, 이니시스사 등이 있다.
웹 환경이란, 판매자 시스템 및 구매자 시스템에 인터넷상의 활동 공간을 제공하는 사이트 운영 장치로서, 판매자 시스템 및 구매자 시스템에 동호회 사이트, 개인 홈페이지, 포럼, 미니 홈피, 블로그, 게시판, 게시파 댓글, 이메일, 쪽지 등의 인터넷상의 활동 공간을 제공하는 장치를 의미한다. 판매자가 팔고자 하는 물품을 홍보할 수 있는 인터넷상의 공간을 제공하는 시스템이면 종류에 무관하다.
판매자 시스템은 물품을 판매하는 개인이 운영하는 컴퓨터 장치로서 웹 환경에 판매하고자 하는 거래 상품을 등록하고, 이메일, 쪽지, 댓글, 휴대폰 문자 메세지, 메신저 등의 정보전달 수단을 이용하여 전송받은 입금창을 눌러 거래를 승인하는 장치이며 통상 개인용 컴퓨터 장치를 의미한다. 구매자 시스템은 웹 환경에서 제공하는 인터넷 공간에서 웹 서핑하다가 구매하고자 하는 물품이 발견될 경우, 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 댓글과 흥정 금액을 입력하고, 입력된 정보를 바탕으로 거래 결제 시스템에 입력창 생성을 지시하고 생성된 입력창을 복사하여 판매자 시스템에 이메일, 쪽지, 댓글, 휴대폰 문자 메세지, 메신저 등의 정보전달 수단을 이용하여 전송하는 장치로서, 통상 개인용 컴퓨터 장치로 구성된다.

판매자 시스템은 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 회원 가입한다(S1). 회원 가입 시 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 회원 ID, 비밀번호, 주소, 입금받을 계좌 번호, 및 거래를 승인하기 위한 거래 승인 코드 등을 입력받으며, 해당 내용은 회원 DB에 저장되며, 이러한 입력 항목들은 본 발명이 적용된 서비스운영 형식에 따라 변경될 수 있음은 자명한 일이다. 이때 계좌 번호와 거래 승인 코드는 회원 가입시 요청하지 않고 별도의 단계에서 요청할 수 있고, 회원 DB가 아닌 별도의 DB에 저장될 수 있음은 물론이다.
판매자 시스템의 요청에 의해 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 흥정댓글 경매 모듈을 생성하기 위한 입력창을 제공하고, 판매자 시스템의 입력에 의해 흥정댓글 경매 모듈을 생성하고, 생성된 흥정댓글 경매 모듈을 다른 흥정댓글 경매 모듈과 구별하기 위한 경매 모듈 구별식별자를 생성하고, 이를 키(key)로 하여 경매 리스트 DB에 저장한다(S2).
*도 3은 경매 모듈 제공 시스템이 판매자 시스템에 제공하는 흥정댓글 경매 모듈을 생성하기 위한 입력창의 일례이다. 입력창에는 상품구분, 상품분류, 상품상태, 결제방법, 배송방법, 흥정예치금 설정, 판매가, 입금액 및 입금계좌 등을 판매자 시스템이 입력하도록 한다. 나머지 입력 항목은 손쉽게 이해되는 항목이므로 이에 대한 설명을 생략하고, 흥정예치금 설정과 판매가에 대해 설명하기로 한다. 흥정예치금이란 구매 의사가 없거나 적은 구매자가 무분별하게 경매에 참여하는 것을 어느 정도 방지할 목적으로 설정하는 금액으로서, 흥정예치금 이상의 금액을 판매자 계좌에 예치한 구매자만이 경매에 참여할 수 있도록 유도하기 위한 금액이다. 예를 들어 1,000원이 흥정예치금으로 정한 경우 1,000원 이상 금액을 예치한 구매자만이 경매에 참여할 수 있게 하는 것이다. 흥정예치금은 확정된 금액일 수도 있고, 판매가의 몇 % 등의 비율로도 설정할 수 있다. 판매가는 통상 즉시 구매가로 알려진 금액으로서 판매자가 설정한 판매가 이상의 금액으로 구매자가 경매에서 제시할 경우 경매를 종료시키기 위하여 판매자가 임의로 설정하는 금액으로 사용된다.
판매자가 도 3에 예시된 입력창 포맷을 완성한 후 저장하면 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 해당 물품에 대한 경매 모듈 구별식별자를 생성하고, 이를 경매 리스트 DB에 경매 모듈 구별식별자를 키(key)로 하여 저장하고, 이를 웹 환경에 복사할 수 있도록 복사 버튼을 제공한다.
다시 도 2의 흐름을 기준으로 설명하면, 판매자 시스템은 판매하고자 하는 상품을 다수 개의 웹 환경에 등록한다(S3). 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 경매 모듈 리스트에 저장된 해당 물품의 경매를 참여하기 위한 흥정댓글 경매 태그 복사 버튼을 제공하고 해당 판매자가 복사 버튼을 누를 경우 흥정댓글 경매 태그를 판매자 시스템의 클립보드에 복사한 후(S4), 이를 각각의 웹 환경에 붙여넣기를 통해 노출시킨다(S5).

본 발명에서 제공되는 흥정댓글 참여 태그(501)는 여러 개의 웹 환경에 붙여넣기를 통해 제공할 수 있고, 해당 흥정댓글 참여 태그(501)를 클릭하면 동일한 "http;//www.eummoney.com/auctioncd/index.jsp" 경로에 존재하는 동일한 실행문이 실행되므로 여러 웹 환경에서 경매 진행 상황을 실시간으로 참조할 수 있게 된다.
다시 도 2의 흐름을 기준으로 설명하면, 구매자 시스템은 웹 환경을 서핑(S6)하다가 구매하고자 하는 상품을 발견한 경우, 해당 웹 환경에서 노출된 댓글흥정 참여 태그를 클릭하고 경매에 참여하게 된다(S7). 이때 구매자가 댓글 경매에 참여하기 위해서는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 로그인하도록 하고, 흥정예치금이 설정된 경우 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 해당 흥정예치금을 구매자에게 입금하도록 요청하여 흥정예치금이 입금된 구매자만이 경매에 참여할 수 있도록 한다. 단, 판매자가 흥정 예치금 설정이 없을 경우에는 참여에 대한 제한은 없다.
도 6은 구매자가 댓글 흥정 참여 태크를 클릭하였을 때, 구매자 시스템에 제공되는 댓글 경매 진행 상태창의 일례이다. 구매자가 도 5에 제시된 흥정댓글 참여 태그(501)를 클릭하면 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 댓글 경매 진행 상태창(600)이 팝업되면서 구매자 시스템의 화면상에 디스플레이 된다. 도 6은 댓글 경매 진행 상태창(600)을 보다 상세히 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 6의 댓글 경매 진행 상태창은 구매자와 판매자 사이의 경매 진행 사항이 댓글 형태의 게시판 방식으로 운영되게 하였으며, 이러한 댓글 형태의 게시판 방식을 프로그램화하는 것은 본 발명과 동일한 기술분야에 종사하는 작업자에게는 손쉬운 기술이므로 자세한 구현 기술은 생략하기로 한다.
도 6에 제시된 화면에는 best라는 사용자 ID, Rambo라는 사용자 ID와 chifree라는 사용자 ID를 가진 구매자가 경매 물품에 대한 경매를 진행하고 있음을 알 수 있다. best ID를 사용하는 구매자가 "앗 정말 찾고 있던 상품입니다"라는 댓글과 함께 경매 금액으로 "850,000"을 제시하였고, 댓글 옆에는 판매자가 답변 또는 경매 낙찰을 승인할 수 있는 두 개의 버튼(601, 603)을 제공하였다. 이에 대하여 판매자가 답변 버튼(603)을 클릭하고 답글로 판매자가 "87만원에 거래하고 싶습니다"라는 답글을 달아놓았으며, 이에 대해 best라는 ID를 갖는 구매자는 "85만원에 안될까요"라는 흥정글로 재시도하고 다시 판매자가 "네 지송."이라는 답변으로 판매를 거부하고 있습니다. 이러한 흥정 댓글의 우측에는 "답변 버튼"만이 제공됨을 알 수 있다.
이러한 경매가 진행되고 있을 때 Rambo라는 아이디를 가진 구매자가 "제가 구매하겠습니다."라는 흥정 댓글과 함께 판매자가 원하는 금액인 "870,000"원으로 경매에 참여하였고, 한편 chifree라는 아이디를 가진 구매자는 댓글 입력창(605)에 "현금으로 선결제하고 직접 방문 드릴께요."라는 흥정 댓글과 아울러 경매 참여액 입력창(607)에 "870,000원"을 입력하고, 경매 참여 버튼(609)을 눌러 마지막 댓글에 표시한 바와 같이 chifree가 경매에 참여하고 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 6에 제시한 댓글 중 best라는 ID를 갖는 구매자의 "85만원에 안될까요"라는 댓글은 댓글 입력창(605)에는 "85만원에 안될까요"라는 댓글을 입력하고, 경매 참여액 입력창(607)은 공란으로 남겨놓은 채 경매 참여 버튼(609)을 누른 경우에 흥정 댓글만을 달 수 있도록 하였다.
도 6에 제시된 댓글 경매 진행 상태창은 별도 창을 생성하고 웹 환경의 일부 영역에 삽입될 경매 모듈 제공 시스템상의 웹페이지를 정의하고, 이를 호출하여 상기 일부 영역에 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에서 진행되는 게시판 형태의 댓글을 JSP, ASP 또는 PHP 등의 명령어를 이용하여 동적 페이지 구현하여 보여주는 방식으로 구현하게 된다. 이러한 댓글 경매 진행창은 iframe이라는 명령어를 이용하여 구현할 수 있으며 이때 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 경매 모듈 구별식별자를 변수로 넘겨주게 된다.
다시 도 2의 흐름을 기준으로 설명하면, 구매자는 여러 개의 댓글 중에 원하는 댓글에 대해서 거래를 승인하게 된다(S8). 거래 승인은 도 6에 제시된 화면에서 댓글 우측에 보여지는 승인 버튼(603)을 클릭함으로써 이루어진다. 도 8은 판매자가 거래 승인한 후 보여지는 예시 화면이다. 통상의 경매에서는 가장 높은 금액으로 참여한 Rambo라는 사용자 ID를 갖는 구매자에게 낙찰이 될 것이나, 본 발명의 흥정 댓글 경매 진행 방식에서는 구매자가 제시한 흥정 금액도 낙찰자를 선정하는 주요한 요소 중의 하나이나 판매자가 흥정 댓글 경매창에 제시된 여러 댓글과 흥정 금액을 함께 고려하면서 자신이 팔고자 하는 구매자를 직접 선정할 수 있도록 하는데 특징이 있다. 도 7에서는 Rambo라는 아이디를 갖는 사용자보다 더 적은 금액을 제시하였으나 판매자는 현금 선입금과 직접 방문하겠다는 댓글을 남긴 chifree 라는 사용자 ID를 갖는 구매자에게 판매승인하였음을 알 수 있다.
판매자가 거래를 승인하면 도 8에 도시한 바와 같이 댓글 경매 상태진행창에 제시되었던 답변 버튼(601) 및 승인 버튼(603)은 사라지고, 낙찰된 구매자가 올린 댓글 옆에 결제하기 버튼(611)이 제공되도록 하였다.
판매자가 거래를 승인하면 해당 경매 리스트 DB에는 해당 물품을 낙찰받은 구매자의 식별자 및 낙찰 금액이 전송되고 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 이를 경매 리스트 DB에 저장한다. 따라서 판매자가 승인한 낙찰자 외의 구매자가 결제를 요청하면 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 경매 리스트 DB에 저장된 낙찰자(낙찰받은 구매자)의 식별자를 이용하여 정당한 낙찰자인지 여부를 판단한 후 결제를 허가받지 못한 구매자임을 파악하고 거절 처리하게 된다.
승인된 거래에 대해 판매자는 구매자에게 거래승인코드를 전달하고(S9), 구매자는 해당 거래승인코드를 이용하여 결제를 진행한다(S10).
구매자가 거래승인코드를 입력하면 거래결제제공시스템은 "거래승인코드"를 전송받은 후 이를 인증하고(S11), 거래 승인 코드가 일치할 경우 구매자 식별자를 이용하여 구매자 정보를 인출하고, 낙찰 금액 및 구매자 인적 사항을 PG사 및 금융사에 전송하면서 결제를 요청하게 된다(S12).
거래 승인 코드는 거래 안전을 위하여 구매자가 임의로 지정한 식별 문자, 기호 내지는 숫자로서, 구매자가 이를 지정하고 판매자에게 알려준 후, 판매자가 판매 승인 시 입력토록 하여 거래 안전을 기하는 것이다. 거래 승인 코드는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에서 난수로 발생시킨 후, 이를 구매자 시스템의 핸드폰 문자등으로 전송한 후 인증하는 방식으로 진행할 수도 있다. 거래 승인 코드는 거래 안전을 위한 옵션 사항에 관한 것이므로 생략할 수 있음은 물론이며, 구매자는 판매자에게 이메일, 쪽지, 핸드폰 문자 등을 이용하여 판매자 시스템으로부터 구매자 시스템에 직접 전달되거나 또는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템을 경유한 후 전달되도록 하였다.
도 9는 낙찰자가 정해진 경우 경매 모듈 제공 시스템으로부터 낙찰된 구매자 시스템에 전달되는 낙찰 알림 메세지의 일례이다. 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 낙찰된 구매자에게는 해당 경매에 낙찰되었음을 알리고 해당 경매 대금을 입금할 것을 전자메일 또는 쪽지 등의 형태로 요청하게 된다. 이러한 낙찰 알림 메세지에는 구매자가 어떠한 물품에 대해 낙찰되었는 지 확인할 수 있도록 낙찰 내역 확인 버튼(613)과 결제하기 버튼(611)이 함께 제공된다. 구매자가 낙찰 내역 확인 버튼(613)을 클릭할 경우 해당 구매자에게는 판매자가 해당 물품을 올린 웹 환경의 웹 페이지 내용과 댓글 경매 진행상태창을 확인할 수 있도록 한다. 구매자에게 해당 정보를 제공하는 것은 본 발명과 관련된 기술 분야에 종사하는 자에게는 손쉽게 구현 가능한 기술이므로 생략하도록 한다.
PG사 및 금융사는 구매자에게 결제 모듈을 제공함으로써 결제를 유도하고, 결제가 완료되는 경우 경매 모듈 제공 시스템 및 판매자 시스템에 경매 대금이 입금되었음을 통지한다(S13, S14).
이후 일반적인 전자상거래와 같이 거래 상품 배송이 완료되고(S15), 구매자가 구매를 확정하면(S16), 구매자 및/또는 판매자에게 사이버머니를 적립하고, 판매자에게 현금을 출금할 수 있음을 통지하고(S18), 판매자가 현금을 출금함으로써 경매가 종료된다(S19).
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 경매 모듈 제공 시스템과 주변 시스템 간의 또 다른 일 실시예의 업무 흐름도이다. 도 8에 제시된 업무 흐름도는 도 2의 업무 흐름도와 일부 흐름에만 차이가 있으므로 차이가 나는 부분에 대해서 상세히 기술하는 것으로 한다. 도 8의 업무 흐름에서는 판매자 시스템이 판매하고자 하는 상품을 먼저 등록하고(S1), 판매자가 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 회원 가입을 마친 후(S2), S1 단계에서 판매하고자 하는 상품을 등록한 인터넷 주소( URL(uniform resourse locator) )를 복사하여 흥정 댓글 경매 모듈을 생성한다. 예를 들어 카메라 삼각대를 인터넷 주소'url 1' 및 'url 2'에 판매하고자 등록한 경우, 도 3에 제시된 입력창은 물품구분 입력란 대신에 도 9에 제시된 새로운 입력창 형태와 같이 상품등록url 주소를 복사해 넣도록 하였다.
도 8의 S4단계 내지 S6단계는 도 2의 S4단계 내지 S6단계와 동일하게 진행된다. 도 8의 업무 흐름과 도 2에 제시된 업무 흐름의 두 번째 차이점은 구매자가 경매에 참여할 때 낙찰되기 전에 선입금할 수 있는 방식을 제공하는 것이다. 판매자 입장에서는 낙찰 후에 낙찰 대금을 넣지 않을 경우 경매를 다시 진행하여야 하는 문제도 생길 수 있으므로 이를 방지하기 위해서 먼저 입금한 구매자를 선호할 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 구매자의 선입금 절차는 S6-1단계 내지 S6-3단계에서 이루어진다. 구매자는 경매에 참여하기 전에 결제를 진행한다(S6-1). 먼저 선결제하기 위해서 도 6에 예시된 댓글 경매 진행 상태창에 선입금 결제 버튼을 추가적으로 제공하고, 구매자가 선입금 결제 버튼을 누를 경우 PG사는 여러 가지 결제 방식의 결제 방법을 제공함으로써 결제가 이루어진다. 선입금 결제는 PG사에서는 '결제승인'이 아닌 '결제가승인' 을 완료한 후 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 가승인된 거래 금액을 예치하게 된다. 도 8의 업무 흐름에는 도시하지 않았으나, 판매자가 선입금 결제를 진행한 구매자를 일정 기간(예를 들어 1주일 기간) 동안 거래승인하지 않을 경우 경매 모듈 제공 시스템은 가승인된 결제를 취소하고 해당 금액을 구매자에게 돌려 주거나 카드 승인을 취소하는 절차를 필요로 하게 된다. 만약 선입금 결제를 진행한 구매자를 낙찰자로 선정할 경우 S12 단계의 결제 요청은 가승인을 본 승인으로 변경하는 요청으로 변경되어야 하고 S13 단계의 결제 승인 단계는 해당 가승인을 본 승인으로 변경하는 절차로 변경되어야 한다. 또한 S14 단계의 거래 금액 예치 단계는 불필요하게 된다.
상기에서 본 발명의 특정한 실시예가 설명 및 도시되었지만, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당업자에 의하여 다양하게 변형되어 실시될 가능성이 있는 것은 자명한 일이다. 이와 같이 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 사상 및 범위로부터 개별적으로 이해되어져서는 안되며, 본 발명에 첨부된 청구범위 안에 속한다고 해야 할 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 인터넷 공간인 웹 환경상에 판매하고자 하는 물품을 등록하는 판매자 시스템과 상기 웹 환경상에 등록된 물품에 대한 구매를 진행하는 구매자 시스템 사이에서 경매를 진행하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템에 있어서,
    판매하고자 하는 물품 정보가 입력창을 통해 입력되면, 해당 물품의 경매에 대해 타 경매 물품과 구분하기 위한 경매 모듈 구별 식별자를 생성하고 이를 경매 리스트에 저장하며, 경매 태그들을 생성하여 복수 개 웹 페이지에 상기 경매 태그가 제공되도록 하는 경매모듈과;
    구매자 시스템들로 부터 상기 참여태그가 클릭되면, 상기 경매에 참여한 모든 구매자의 경매 진행상태를 디스플레이 하는 경매 진행 상태창과;
    상기 경재 진행 상태창으로 부터 승인버튼이 클릭되면, 낙찰자에게 제공되는 결제하기 버튼;
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 태그에는 상기 경매모듈의 복사 버튼을 누를 경우 생성되어 구매자 시스템에 붙여넣기를 통해 제공되며, 경매 모듈 구별 식별자가 메타 정보로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창은 상기 경매태그가 제공된 다수의 웹페이지에서 입력되는 구매자들의 입력정보를 JSP, ASP 및 PHP 에서 선택된 어느 하나의 명령어를 이용하여 동적으로 구현하여 하나의 페이지로 통합하여 보여주는 방식으로 구현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창은 댓글 형식의 게시판 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창은 웹페이지를 정의를 위해 iframe을 이용하여 수행되며, 상기 경매 모듈 구별 식별자를 변수로서 정의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 물품에 대한 정보에는 판매하고자 하는 경매 물품을 등록한 웹 환경의 인터넷 상 주소(url)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  7. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창에는 경매 진행 중인 경우에는 구매자가 문의한 댓글에 답변하기 위한 답변 버튼과 해당 구매자에게 판매를 승인하기 위한 승인 버튼이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 시스템.
  8. 인터넷 공간인 웹 환경상에 판매하고자 하는 물품을 등록하는 판매자 시스템과 상기 웹 환경상에 등록된 물품에 대한 구매를 진행하는 구매자 시스템 사이에서 경매를 진행하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법에 있어서,
    판매자 시스템으로부터 경매로 판매할 물품 정보를 입력창을 통해 입력받아 경매모듈을 생성하는 제 1 단계;
    상기 경매모듈은 타 경매 물품과 구분하기 위한 경매 물품 구별 식별자를 생성하고, 경매 태그들을 생성하여 복수 개 웹 페이지에 상기 경매 태그가 제공되도록 하는 제 2단계; 및
    구매자 시스템으로부터 흥정댓글 경매 태그가 클릭되는 경우, 상기 경매에 참여한 모든 구매자의 경매 진행상태를 디스플레이 하는 경매 진행 상태창을 제공하는 제 3단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 태그에는 상기 경매모듈의 복사 버튼을 누를 경우 생성되어 구매자 시스템에 붙여넣기를 통해 제공되며, 상기 경매 물품 구별 식별자가 메타 정보로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  10. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제 3단계는 경매 진행 상태창이 별도 창으로 생성하는 제 3-1 단계와, 상기 별도 창의 웹페이지를 정의하고 이를 호출하여 제공하는 제 3-2단계를 포함하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 제 3-2단계에서 웹페이지를 정의하는 단계에서 상기 경매 모듈 제공 시스템으로 상기 경매 모듈 구분식별자가 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  12. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제 2단계에서 상기 경매 태그는 이미지 형태, HTML 형태, 및 URL 형태 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  13. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1단계에서 입력받는 판매할 물품 정보에는 해당 물품을 판매하기 위해 등록한 웹 환경의 인터넷상 주소(url)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  14. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창은 댓글 형식의 게시판 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
  15. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 경매 진행 상태창에는 경매 진행 중인 경우에는 구매자가 문의한 댓글에 답변하기 위한 답변 버튼과 해당 구매자에게 판매를 승인하기 위한 승인 버튼이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경매 모듈 제공 방법.
