根据本发明实施例的便携式拍摄脚架, 所述脚架还具有多根拉索, 连接每一支撑脚底部 与第一管头部并张紧, 相邻管件间的锁紧装置为呈螺纹式锁紧的螺纹连接机构, 该螺纹连接 机构包括: 管套和定位圈; 管套与第五管件的口部增加了螺纹连接, 且定位圈外部具有锥面 与管套内的锥面配合连接。
根据本发明实施例的便携式拍摄脚架, 所述支撑脚内还设置有一自动回收装置, 所述自 动回收装置包括: 至少具有两个滑轮组成的动滑轮组, 定滑轮组及复位拉力弹簧, 该定滑轮 组位于支撑脚底部, 动滑轮组在支撑脚内可滑动, 拉力弹簧向上拉住动滑轮组。
通过上述技术方案, 本发明一种便携式拍摄脚架至少具有下列优点:
1 )由于使用新的管截面及支管间的配合釆用弹圈式锁紧方式或者螺纹锁紧方式,相邻管 间的直径级差极小, 这在节数多于三节时优点明显, 且管件还可作为三脚架使用;
2) 节省材料, 加工要求低;
3 )本发明的便携式拍摄脚架采用铝合金材料制作, 如折叠雨伞般收合后, 体积小、 重量 轻 (仅重 0.5kg左右) , 便于随身携带。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述, 为了能够更清楚了解本发明的技术手段, 而可依 照说明书的内容予以实施, 并且为了让本发明的上述和其他目的、 特征和优点能够更明显易 懂, 以下特举较佳实施例, 并配合附图,详细说明如下。 附图说明

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及 较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的一种便携式拍摄脚架其具体实施方式、 步骤、 特征及其功 效, 详细说明如后。
请参阅图 1~5所示, 本发明的便携式拍摄脚架包括: 位于底部的折合式支撑架组件 10、 位于中心的叠套收缩式支撑杆组件 20以及位于顶部的可翻折叠合的云台组件 30。
上述折合式支撑架组件 10包括: 支撑座 11, 底座 12, 支撑脚 13, 拉筋 14, 锁紧螺丝 15, 锁紧旋纽 16, 螺母 17, 锁紧块 18, 及若干铆钉、 脚钉。 所述支撑架组件 10设置于直径 最大的第五管件 21e外, 其长度不超过该管件的长度, 全部张开时, 第五管件 21e位于与地 面接触的底部, 直径最小的第一管件 21a位于顶部, 支撑座 11中心孔套于第五管件 21e上可 滑动, 锁紧, 至少三个支撑脚 13通过铆钉连接其上, 可张开, 收合时贴紧第五管件 21e; 张 开时由各支撑脚 13相对应的拉筋 14加强。 由锁紧螺丝 15, 锁紧旋纽 16, 螺母 17, 锁紧块 18依次连接组成的紧固机构将支撑脚 13固定于第五管件 21e上。
上述叠套收縮式支撑杆组件包括: 第一管件 21a、 第二管件 21b、 第三管件 21c、 第四管 件 21d、 第五管件 21e、 及用于各相邻管件间连接锁紧的弹圈式锁紧装置 22, 该弹圈式锁紧 装置 22是由定位圈 221、 弹圈 222、 挡圈 223及管套 224组成。 如图 6所示, 每根支管的截 面呈阶梯状, 令相同管重下增加刚性, 也令相邻支管间限位防止相对转动, 同时与上述弹圈 式锁紧装置 22是相关联的设计。本发明的支管并不仅仅局限于实施例中的 5节支管,可以是 3节、 4节, 或 4节以上, 支管截面形状可以是如图 6 ( a)所示的圆形管件, 其中呈三段圆 弧面凸出; 或者如图 6 (b)所示的圆形管件, 其中呈二段圆弧面凸出; 或者如图 6 ( c)所示 的三角形管件, 其中呈三面之间为圆弧面过度。 本发明的各节支管直立套合连接形成支撑杆 结构, 也可以构成为三脚架的支撑架结构。
上述弹圈式锁紧装置 22的结构原理如图 1所示, 第五管件 21e的管口有车通的槽,定位 圈 221放于其内, 定位圈 221上有槽放置弹圈 222以加强向内的弹性; 第四管件 21d的尾部 有两级的槽, 较深的槽用于放置挡圈 223, 当第四管件 21d从第五管件 21e内拉出时, 挡圈 223受定位圈 221止动定位, 此时定位圈 221弹进较浅槽, 形成另一方向的锁止, 提供满足 使用要求的支承力, 管套 224用于第四管件 21d导向并对定位圈 221向外的行程限位; 当收 回时, 用较大的力将第四管件 21d往内压, 克服定位圈 221的弹力将其张开, 第四管件 21d 可收回于第五管件 21e内。
请参阅图 7所示, 上述可翻折叠合的云台组件 30包括: 可依次纵向套合连接的云台座 31 , 云台支架 32, 托盘 33, 相机连接螺丝 34, 卡圈 35, 锁紧盖 36; 及由螺杆 37、 锁紧螺母 38及锁紧手柄 39组成的横向紧固机构, 该横向紧固机构将云台组件固定于第一管件 21上, 螺杆 37穿过云台支架 32与云台座 31,并由紧固连接有锁紧螺母 38的锁紧手柄 39连接锁紧, 云台支架 32顶端与托盘 33、 相机连接螺丝 34及卡圈 39配合连接。 其中, 云台支架 32的形 状呈开口的 U型,其绕第一管件 21a水平转动; 绕螺杆 37可俯仰转动, 转动中心在第一管件 21a中心的侧面, 而折叠后 U型支架 32从第一管件 21a的两边跨过; 相机托盘 33位于云台 支架 32的另一侧; 云台组件 30折叠后, 支架 32从第一管件 21 a顶部的两侧垮过, 相机托盘 33朝向侧面, 不会增加脚架的收合后长度, 使用时支架 32绕螺杆 37转至托盘 33朝上, 则 增加使用时的高度。 云台组件 30固定于直径最小的第一管件 21a的上部, 云台组件 30折叠 后横跨第一管件 21a顶部的两侧, 云台托盘 33向外侧, 呈打开使用状态时, 支撑脚 13在底 部,其高度少于总高度的四分之一, 云台托盘 33朝上。
请参阅图 8所示, 图 8是本发明的另一实施例的结构示意图。 作为上述脚架的进一步改 进, 为了增强脚架的的稳定性, 在支撑脚 13 内增加内藏的拉索 40, 需要时可将其拉出, 并 钩住云台组件 30底部并张紧, 适用于放置较重的相机; 松开钩时, 拉索 40由自动回收装置 (图中未示)收回于支脚内。 该自动回收装置是由定滑轮组、 动滑轮组及拉力弹簧组成的; 该 定滑轮组位于支撑脚 13底部, 动滑轮组在支撑脚 13内可滑动, 拉力弹簧或橡皮筋拉住动滑 轮组向上; 当拉索 40往外拉时, 克服弹力将动滑轮组拉至底部, 内藏于各滑轮间的多股绳索 变为一股; 当拉索 40外面松开时, 弹力将动滑轮组往上复位, 绳由一股变回多股, 实现自动 回收。
如 8图所示, 为了适合较重的相机使用, 本发明的便携式拍摄脚架将上述弹圈式锁紧装 置 23进一歩改进为螺纹连接机构 50, 该螺纹连接机构 50包括: 管套 51和定位圈 52。 管套 51与第五管件 21 e的口部增加了螺纹连接, 并且定位圈 52外部具有锥面与管套 51内的锥面 配合, 当管套 51拧松时, 两锥面间有间隙, 与前述弹圈式锁紧无异; 当管套 51拧紧时, 两 锥面逼紧无间隙, 定位圈 52不能向外张开, 则完全锁紧; 此外, 在中间位置也可靠摩擦力锁 紧, 适合较重的相机使用; 收合时, 则先松开管套 51。
本发明的工作原理可表述如下:
使用时, 拧动松开支撑座 1 1的锁紧旋钮 16, 将支撑座 11向下压已便张开支撑脚 13,再 锁紧让支撑座 1 1定位, 每个支撑脚 1 1与拉筋 12、 第五管件 21 e依次在支撑座 11、 底座 12、 铆钉 19组成的铰的配合下, 形成稳定的三角形, 多个支撑脚 13形成整个脚架的支撑架组件 10; 然后逐次拉出各支管, 由弹圈式锁紧装置 22或螺纹锁紧机构 50卡住定位, 然后松开云 台组件 30的锁紧, 将云台座 31扳至托盘 33朝上, 安装相机即可使用。
上述云台座 31垂直方向的圆孔套于最上面的第一管件 21a顶部, 圆孔中间有阶梯, 凸出 部分与第一管件 21a上的槽配合,可绕其旋转作为云台的水平旋转调整;云台座 31—侧开口, 其两边有水平方向的孔, 云台支架 32可绕螺杆 37转动作为云台俯仰方向的调整, 顺时针拧 动锁紧柄 39, 螺杆头、 螺母间距离缩小, 将同时锁止水平旋转与俯仰两方向; 拧动托盘 33 时带动连接螺丝 34旋进相机上的螺孔实现紧固连接; 当需竖拍时则将云台支架 32锁紧于水 平方向, 然后略松开托盘 33与相机的连接, 调整相机至需要的角度再锁紧。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制, 虽然本 发明己以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不 脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许改动或修饰为等同变化 的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作 的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种便携式拍摄脚架, 包括: 位于底部的折合式的支撑架组件、 位于中心的多节可伸 缩的支撑杆组件以及位于顶部的可折叠的云台组件, 其特征在于- 所述支撑杆组件包括: 直径依次减小且可互相套合连接的多根管件, 及用于各相邻管件 间连接锁紧的弹圈式锁紧装置;
所述支撑架组件包括: 多跟支撑脚; 套在直径最大的管件上的支撑座; 一端连接支撑脚、 另一端连接于直径最大的管件底部的多跟拉筋; 及将所述支撑脚固定于直径最大的管件上的 紧固机构;
所述云台组件固定于直径最小的管件的上部,其折叠后横跨直径最小的管件顶部的两侧。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述多根管件可以是 3根管件 或 3根以上的管件, 该管件的截面形状是圆形管件, 其中呈对称二段或三段圆弧面凸出, 或 者是三角形管件, 其中呈三面之间为圆弧面过度。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述多根管件是由第一管件、 第二管件、 第三管件、 第四管件和第五管件组成的。
4、根据权利要求 1或 3所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述弹圈式锁紧装置是由 定位圈、 弹圈、 挡圈及管套所组成, 所述弹圈可以是金属弹簧圈或弹性胶圈; 上述第二管件 套在第一管件上, 第一管件管口部位车有一槽, 凸弧部位被车通, 用于放置定位圈、 弹圈, 第二管件上车有阶梯状凹槽用于放置挡圈, 并与所述定位圈配合双向定位, 所述管套套在挡 圈上。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述紧固机构是由锁紧螺丝、 锁紧旋纽、 螺母及锁紧块依次连接组成。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述第五管件的管口有车通的 槽, 定位圈放于其内, 定位圈上有以加强向内的弹性的槽放置弹圈; 第四管件的尾部有两级 的槽, 较深的槽用于放置挡圈; 当第四管件从第五管件内拉出时, 挡圈受定位圈止动定位, 此时定位圈弹进较浅槽, 形成另一方向的锁止, 管套用于第四管件导向并对定位圈向外的行 程限位。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于, 所述云台组件包括: 可依次纵 向套合连接的云台座、 锁紧盖、 云台支架、 托盘、 相机连接螺丝、 多个卡圈及横向紧固机构; 该横向紧固机构将所述云台组件固定于所述第一管件上。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述云台支架的形状呈开口的 U型, 可绕第一管件水平转动和绕螺杆俯仰转动, 转动中心在第一管件中心的侧面; 所述横 向紧固机构是由螺杆、 锁紧螺母及锁紧手柄组成的, 螺杆穿过云台支架与云台座, 并由紧固 连接有锁紧螺母的锁紧手柄连接锁紧, 云台支架顶端与托盘、相机连接螺丝及卡圈配合连接。
9、根据权利要求 1所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于, 所述脚架还具有多根拉索, 连 接每一支撑脚底部与第一管件头部并张紧; 相邻管件间的锁紧装置为呈螺纹式锁紧的螺纹连 接机构, 该螺纹连接机构包括: 管套和定位圈; 管套与第五管件的口部增加了螺纹连接, 且 定位圈外部具有锥面与管套内的锥面配合连接。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的便携式拍摄脚架, 其特征在于: 所述支撑脚内还设置有一自 动回收装置, 所述自动回收装置包括: 至少具有两个滑轮组成的动滑轮组, 定滑轮组及复位 拉力弹簧, 该定滑轮组位于支撑脚底部, 动滑轮组在支撑脚内可滑动, 拉力弹簧向上拉住动 滑轮组。
