[2] 本发明涉及一种灯具, 特别是一种聚光 LED灯。

[4] 用于柜台等的 LED射灯照射范围大, 则不能将烘托出柜台内商品的层次感及 神秘感, 自然不能引起人们极大地注意, 当然, 用于屋内装饰、 舞台等的 LED灯 如不具有聚光功能或聚光功能差, 同样会使这些场合缺乏层次感和神秘感。
[5] 由于 LED灯照射的范围为 120°_170°, 只有小部分光线直接射出, 而大部分 光线需要借助于反射罩的二次反射才能将 LED射灯的照射角度调整为 70°_90°, 以满足照射的需要, 釆用这种方法聚光, 光线白白损耗掉 50%以上, 为了增强亮 度, 人们不得不增加 LED灯的芯片数或提高 LED的功率, 这不但造成电能的浪费 , 而且导致 LED灯的成本增加许多, 也由此带来控制器发热量的增加, 致使许多 厂家广为头痛。

[7] 为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种节能、 生产成本低的聚光 LED灯
[8] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是:
[9] 一种聚光 LED灯,包括本体, 本体内安装有铝基板, 铝基板上固定有 LED芯片, 所述铝基板贴合有散热器, 所述本体内还安装有一反射罩; 所述 LED芯片上安装 有一凸透镜。
[10] 本发明的有益效果是: 本发明的 LED芯片上安装有一凸透镜, 该凸透镜将 LE
D发出的 120°— 170°的光线聚焦成大致 90°, 大部分光线可以直接射出, 小部分经 过反射罩的二次反射后射出, 使 LED灯得照射范围在 70°_90°之间, 而光线损耗 只有 20%左右, 在同样照射强度的情况下, LED芯片数比现有技术中的射灯少, 控制器的发热量和功率也比现有技术中的射灯小, 具有良好的聚光性能, 能使 环境充满层次感和神秘感, 可广泛适用于柜台、 酒吧、 服装店、 舞台等商业场 合及一般的家庭照明。

[18] 参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4, 一种聚光 LED灯,包括本体 1, 本体 1内安装有铝基 板 2, 铝基板上固定有 LED芯片 3, 本体 1的外侧设置有方便安装固定的蝶形弹片 1 3, 所述铝基板 2贴合有散热器 4, 所述本体 1内还安装有一反射罩 5, 所述反射罩 5的前端安装有亚力克板 7; 所述 LED芯片 3上安装有一凸透镜 6, 该凸透镜将 LED 发出的 120°— 170°的光线聚焦成大致 90°, 大部分光线可以直接射出, 小部分经 过反射罩的二次反射后射出, 使 LED灯得照射范围在 70°_90°之间, 而光线损耗 只有 20%左右, 在同样照射强度的情况下, LED芯片数比现有技术中的射灯少, 控制器的发热量和功率也比现有技术中的射灯小, 具有良好的聚光性能, 能使 环境充满层次感和神秘感, 可广泛适用于柜台、 酒吧、 服装店、 舞台等商业场 合及一般的家庭照明。
[19] 作为本发明的进一步改进, LED芯片 3设置有若干卡孔 14, 对应地凸透镜 6设 置有若干弹性卡舌 15, 弹性卡舌 15的末端设置有一凸台, 所述弹性卡舌 15穿过 卡孔 14后凸台卡在卡孔 14的边缘, 将凸透镜 6固定在 LED芯片 3上, 使凸透镜 6安 装和拆卸方便。
[20] 作为本发明的更进一步改进, 所述散热器 4设置成台阶状; 所述本体 1、 反射 罩 5设置有可使散热器 4的小径台阶穿过的通孔, 所述铝基板 2通过螺丝 8直接固 定在散热器 4的小径台阶上; 所述散热器 4的台阶面与本体 1之间安装有防松圏 9 , 散热器 4中心设置有导线孔 10以供导线 11连接铝基板 2上的元器件, 导线孔 10 的末端设置有线扣 12以固定导线 11。
[21] 由于铝基板 2直接与散热器 4贴合, 而散热器 4又与本体 1接触, 可以将铝基板 2上产生的热量及吋有效地散发掉, 减缓了芯片的光衰,延长了 LED芯片的使用寿 命。

权利要求书
[1] 一种聚光 LED灯,包括本体 (1) , 本体 (1) 内安装有铝基板 (2) , 铝基 板上固定有 LED芯片 (3) , 所述铝基板 (2) 贴合有散热器 (4) , 其特征 在于所述本体 (1) 内还安装有一反射罩 (5) ; 所述 LED芯片 (3) 上安装 有一凸透镜 (6) 。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的聚光 LED灯, 其特征在于所述 LED芯片 (3) 设置有 若干卡孔 (14) , 对应地凸透镜 (6) 设置有若干弹性卡舌 (15) , 所述弹 性卡舌 (15) 的末端设置有一凸台, 所述弹性卡舌 (15) 穿过卡孔 (14) 后凸台卡在卡孔 (14) 的边缘, 将凸透镜 (6) 固定在 LED芯片 (3) 上。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的聚光 LED灯, 其特征在于所述反射罩 (5) 的前端安 装有亚力克板 (7) 。
[4] 根据权利要求 1所述的聚光 LED灯, 其特征在于所述散热器 (4) 设置成台 阶状; 所述本体 (1) 、 反射罩 (5) 设置有可使散热器 (4) 的小径台阶穿 过的通孔, 所述铝基板 (2) 通过螺丝 (8) 直接固定在散热器 (4) 的小径 台阶上。
[5] 根据权利要求 4述的聚光 LED灯, 其特征在于所述散热器 (4) 的台阶面与 本体 (1) 之间安装有防松圏 (9) 。
