Abstract

Die Suchreihenfolge von Knoten bei einem Baumsuch-Algorithmus zur Detektion von MIMO-Empfangssignalen mit Quadraturamplitudenmodulation (QAM) in einem Telekommunikationssystem wird durch eine geometrische Analyse der relativen Position eines Empfangssymbols in Bezug auf Konstellationspunkte eines aus potentiellen Sende- Symbolen bestehenden Gitters in der IQ-Ebene der QAM -Konstellation approximiert, wobei ein erstes Element der Suchreihenfolge durch Runden der Position des Empfangssymbols auf den nächstliegenden Konstellationspunkt des Gitters bestimmt wird. Die Approximation durch geometrische Analyse kann mit Sequenzen kombiniert werden, die für geometrische Entscheidungsbereiche vordefiniert werden basierend auf den festgelegt werden, können. Damit gelingt es, die Anzahl der zur Signaldetektion erforderlichen Sortieroperationen und die Anzahl der zur Signaldetektion erforderlichen Berechnungen zu reduzieren und damit die Komplexität von Hardware-Umsetzungen für Baumsuchen für Signaldetektionszwecke deutlich zu reduzieren, ohne dass sich die Suchgenauigkeit wesentlich verschlechtert.
