Abstract

본원발명은 인간 성체 줄기세포 또는 이를 체외에서 배양한 신경 전구세포로부터 도파민 신경세포를 재생 또는 복원시키는 방법에 관한 것이며, 특히, 인간 성체 줄기세포 및 이를 분화시킨 신경 전구세포를 이용하여 흑질 치밀부에서 도파민 신경세포를 재생하거나 복원하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 파킨슨 질환과 같은 신경계 질환에서 세포 대체 요법을 위한 효율적인 공급원으로서 기능할 수 있다.
