Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una cesta para la compra con un asa de tracción (12) extraíble que presenta una posición extraída y una posición recogida y comprende al menos una varilla vertical (12a) y al menos una varilla horizontal (12b) de agarre, que comprende una pieza base (10), al menos un registro (14) para el guiado de al menos una varilla vertical (12a) y medios de rodadura (16) para su desplazamiento, comprendiendo dicho asa de tracción (12) un sistema de bloqueo que impide que ésta pase desde la posición extraída hacia la posición recogida de forma accidental.
Description
CESTA PARA LA COMPRA CON ASA DE TRACCIÓN EXTRAÍBLE
Objeto de Ia invención
La presente invención se refiere, como su propio nombre indica, a una cesta apilable del tipo de las utilizadas en comercios y/o supermercados para el transporte de artículos hasta Ia zona de pago y que cuentan con elementos de rodadura y un asa de tracción para su fácil transporte.
Más concretamente, Ia cesta para Ia compra de Ia presente invención se refiere a aquellas en las que el asa de tracción es extraíble y que cuenta con medios para impedir que dicho asa se retraiga de forma accidental.
Antecedentes de Ia invención
Para realizar compras en autoservicios y supermercados se utilizan por Io general distintos dispositivos para facilitar al comprador el transporte de los productos que va a adquirir. Por ejemplo, existen carritos para Ia compra, de tamaño voluminoso y gran capacidad diseñados para realizar compras importantes. Debido a su gran tamaño estos carritos son a veces difíciles de manejar. También existen cestas para Ia compra, de tamaño más reducido y diseñadas para compras de menos productos.
Para facilitar aún más Ia compra al usuario existen desde hace unos años cestas con medios de rodadura en su base, que facilitan enormemente su desplazamiento. Dichas cestas pueden presentar asas de tracción extraíbles o plegables, como por ejemplo en Ia solicitud de patente número P200700359 de este mismo solicitante, que muestra una cesta para Ia compra del tipo de las que son susceptibles de apilarse e incorporan medios de rodadura en su base y un asa de tracción extraíble para transportarlas de forma inclinada respecto al suelo.
Este tipo de cestas para Ia compra puede presentar, sin embargo, el inconveniente de que debido al uso y al desgaste de los materiales el asa de tracción extraíble se recoge muy fácilmente, a veces por sí sola sin que el usuario
realice ninguna fuerza, cuando se encuentra en su posición normal vertical.
En ocasiones incluso, aunque el asa no se recoja por sí sola, sucede que el usuario en lugar de traccionar o tirar de Ia cesta Ia desplaza empujándola, por Io que si dicha asa no cuenta con un sistema de bloqueo se retrae o recoge igualmente, con Ia comodidad e incluso el peligro que esto supone para el usuario.
Descripción de Ia invención
La cesta para Ia compra que propone Ia presente invención resuelve de manera eficaz y aun bajo coste los inconvenientes antes mencionados, pues presenta una cesta para Ia compra apilable con asa de tracción extraíble que permita mantener fácilmente el asa en su posición extraída mientras está usándose Ia cesta, al tiempo que permita recogerla fácilmente cuando ya no va a usarse.
Para ello comprende una pieza base que forma Ia cesta propiamente dicha, un asa de tracción extraíble que presenta una posición extraída y una posición recogida que comprende al menos una varilla vertical y al menos una varilla horizontal de agarre, al menos un registro para el guiado de al menos una varilla vertical y medios de rodadura para su desplazamiento.
Además, el asa de tracción de Ia cesta para Ia compra según Ia presente invención comprende un sistema de bloqueo que impide que el asa de tracción extraíble pase desde Ia posición extraída hacia Ia posición recogida. Breve descripción de los dibujos

Realización preferente de Ia invención
Tal como se mencionó y según puede verse en las figuras que se adjuntan, Ia presente invención se refiere a una cesta apilable para Ia compra con un asa de tracción extraíble que presenta una posición extraída y una posición recogida y comprende al menos una varilla vertical y al menos una varilla horizontal de agarre que comprende una pieza base que conforma Ia cesta propiamente dicha, al menos un registro para el guiado de al menos una varilla
vertical y medios de rodadura para su desplazamiento. La cesta para Ia compra según Ia presente invención comprende además un sistema de bloqueo que impide que el asa de tracción extraíble pase desde Ia posición extraída hacia Ia posición recogida.
En Ia figura 1A se muestra una cesta para Ia compra según una posible realización de Ia presente invención que comprende una pieza base (10), un asa de tracción extraíble (12) sustancialmente en forma de "U" que comprende dos varillas verticales (12a) y una varilla horizontal de agarre (12b), unos registros (14) para el guiado de dichas varillas verticales (12a) y medios de rodadura (16) para su desplazamiento. El asa de tracción extraíble (12) se presenta en esta figura en su posición recogida.
La figura 1 B es una vista ampliada en Ia que se observa un detalle de Ia parte inferior de una de las varillas verticales (12a). Dicha varilla vertical (12a) presenta un pitón (18) que, según una realización preferida de Ia invención es retráctil y cuya función se describirá a continuación en relación con las siguientes figuras.
La figura 2A presenta una vista posterior de Ia cesta para Ia compra según Ia realización preferida de Ia presente invención con el asa de tracción (12) en una posición intermedia entre su posición recogida y su posición extraída. En esta figura 2A se observa que el asa de tracción (12) comprende además un botón pulsador (20) entre una de las varillas verticales (12a) y Ia varilla horizontal de agarre (12b) cuyo funcionamiento se explicará también con más detalle a continuación en el presente documento.
La figura 2B es una vista ampliada de Ia zona del pitón (18) cuando el asa de tracción (12) está en dicha posición intermedia presentada en Ia figura 2A. En esta figura se observa que el pitón (18), que se encuentra en Ia varilla vertical (12a), presenta en su parte superior una superficie en forma de rampa (22). Dicha superficie en forma de rampa (22) del pitón (18) actúa conjuntamente con otra superficie en forma de rampa (24) presente en Ia pieza base (10) por debajo de los registros (14). Al entrar en contacto dichas superficies en forma de rampa (22)
y (24), el pitón (18) pasa a su posición retraída antes de entrar en los registros (14) y permite por tanto extraer el asa de tracción (12).
En Ia figura 3A se muestra una cesta para Ia compra según Ia realización preferida de Ia presente invención con el asa de tracción (12) en su posición extraída.
La figura 3B muestra una vista ampliada de Ia zona del pitón (18) de Ia cesta para Ia compra mostrada en Ia figura 3A con el asa de tracción (12) en dicha posición extraída. Tal como puede observarse, el pitón (18), que se encuentra en Ia varilla vertical (12a), hace contacto con una superficie de tope (26) en Ia parte superior de Ia pieza base (10) de modo que se impide que el asa de tracción extraíble (12) pase de vuelta desde Ia posición extraída hacia Ia posición recogida.
La figura 3C muestra una vista ampliada de Ia zona del botón pulsador (20) de Ia cesta para Ia compra mostrada en Ia figura 3A. En esta realización preferida, dicho botón pulsador se encuentra entre Ia parte superior de Ia misma varilla vertical (12a) en Ia que se encuentra el pitón (18) y Ia varilla horizontal de agarre (12b). Presionando dicho botón pulsador 20, se retrae el pitón (18) hacia el interior de Ia varilla vertical (12a) permitiendo así recoger el asa de tracción (12) deslizándola hacia abajo.
Para evitar que el pitón 18 se quede introducido en el interior de Ia varilla vertical 12a, Ia cesta para Ia compra según Ia realización preferida de Ia presente invención comprende además medios (no mostrados en las figuras) para mantener el pitón (18) en su posición extendida a menos que se realice una fuerza sobre el mismo.
En una posible realización de Ia presente invención, dichos medios para mantener el pitón (18) en su posición extendida pueden ser, según se aprecia en Ia figura 4, los formados por una varilla (30) que solidaria al botón (20) se asocie a un elemento en cuña (31 ) dotado de un muelle de recuperación (32) de forma que al pulsar dicho botón (20) Ia cuña (31 ) descienda actuando sobre una segunda cuña (33) solidaria al pitón (18), el cual cuenta también con un muelle (34) que Ie
permite recuperar su posición de descanso una vez deja de ejercerse presión sobre el botón (20) Io que provoca Ia elevación de Ia cuña (31 ) gracias al efecto del citado muelle de recuperación (32).
Según otra realización preferida de Ia presente invención, Ia cesta para Ia compra comprende un pitón (18) en cada una de las varillas verticales (12a).
Aún en otra posible realización de Ia presente invención, el pitón (18) se encuentra fijo en Ia varilla vertical (12a) mientras que Ia pieza base (10) presenta una superficie de tope retráctil en su parte superior (no representada), que actúa conjuntamente con el pitón (18) en Ia varilla vertical (12a) impidiendo que el asa de tracción (12) vuelva a su posición recogida desde su posición extraída. Al retraer Ia superficie de tope se permite recoger el asa de tracción (12) en su posición recogida.
De igual forma, el botón pulsador (20) es susceptible de encontrarse en otra posición cualquiera de Ia parte superior del asa de tracción (12) distinta a Ia parte superior de Ia varilla vertical (12a) en Ia que se encuentra el pitón (18). Por ejemplo, en el centro de Ia varilla horizontal (12b) de agarre del asa de tracción (12).
Igualmente, el botón (20) podrá sustituirse por una palanca o similar que permita realizar Ia misma función.
Incluso en otra posible realización de Ia invención no representada, el asa de tracción (12) extraíble puede presentar una varilla vertical y una varilla horizontal o bien dos varillas verticales y dos varillas horizontales, teniendo de esa forma el asa de tracción una forma final sustancialmente de "O".
Además, aunque se ha descrito el sistema de bloqueo del asa de tracción extraíble según Ia presente invención como un pitón que actúa conjuntamente con una superficie de tope para bloquear dicho asa, los expertos en Ia técnica comprenderán que Ia presente invención no se limita al mismo y otros sistemas de bloqueo son igualmente posibles sin por ello apartarse del espíritu de Ia invención.
Por ejemplo, en vez de un pitón (18), podría emplearse una fijación de tipo pinza que realizaría las mismas funciones de manera análoga al pitón anteriormente mencionado.
Claims
1 . Cesta para Ia compra con asa de tracción (12) extraíble, en donde dicha cesta es apilable y comprende una pieza base (10) con medios de rodadura (16) para su desplazamiento y en donde el asa de tracción (12) comprende al menos una varilla vertical (12a), al menos una varilla horizontal de agarre (12b) y al menos un registro (14) para el guiado de Ia varilla vertical (12a), caracterizada porque además comprende un sistema de bloqueo que impide que el asa de tracción (12) extraíble pase desde Ia posición extraída hacia Ia posición recogida de forma involuntaria.
2. Cesta para Ia compra según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el sistema de bloqueo consiste en al menos un pitón (18) en dicha al menos una varilla vertical (12a) de modo que, cuando el asa de tracción (12) está en su posición extraída, el pitón (18) hace contacto con una superficie de tope (26) en Ia parte superior de Ia pieza base (10) impidiendo recoger el asa de tracción (12).
3. Cesta para Ia compra según Ia reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el pitón (18) es retráctil.
4. Cesta para Ia compra según Ia reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque comprende además medios para mantener el pitón (18) en su posición extendida a menos que se realice una fuerza sobre el mismo.

Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 4, caracterizada porque el pitón (18) presenta en su parte superior una superficie en forma de rampa (22) que actúa conjuntamente con otra superficie en forma de rampa (24) presente en Ia pieza base (10) por debajo de dicho al menos un registro (14), de modo que mediante dichas rampas (22, 24) el pitón (18) pasa a su posición retraída antes de entrar en los registros (14) y permite extraer el asa de tracción (12).

Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 2 a 5, caracterizada porque comprende además un botón pulsador (20), de modo que presionando el botón pulsador (20) se retrae el pitón (18) hacia el interior de dicha al menos una varilla vertical (12a) permitiendo recoger el asa de tracción (12) deslizándola hacia abajo.

Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque los medios para mantener el pitón (18) en posición extendida comprenden una varilla (30) que solidaria al botón (20) se asocia a un elemento en cuña (31 ) dotado de un muelle de recuperación (32) de forma que al pulsar dicho botón (20) Ia cuña (31 ) descienda actuando sobre una segunda cuña (33) solidaria al pitón (18), el cual cuenta con un muelle (34) que Ie permite recuperar su posición de descanso una vez deja de ejercerse presión sobre el botón (20).
8. Cesta para Ia compra según Ia reivindicación 6, caracterizada porque el botón pulsador (20) se encuentra entre Ia parte superior de dicha al menos una varilla vertical (12a) en Ia que se encuentra el pitón (18) y dicha al menos una varilla horizontal de agarre 12b.
9.- Cesta para Ia compra según reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque comprende un pitón (18) fijo en Ia varilla vertical (12a) mientras que Ia pieza base (10) presenta una superficie de tope retráctil en su parte superior que actúa conjuntamente con el pitón (18) en Ia varilla vertical (12a) impidiendo que el asa de tracción (12) vuelva a su posición recogida desde su posición extraída.
