本发明涉及一种橙汁机。
背景技术
目前市场上用于榨取橙汁的机器在使用时,都是用手拿着剖开后的橙子放在榨汁头上,依靠榨汁头上突出的筋位来刮橙子,从而实现榨橙功能,如中国专利文献号CN 2598486Y中公开了一种水果榨汁机,包括桶身,设有手柄的摇臂和挤帽,摇臂穿过桶身侧壁同位于桶身内的齿轮副中的主动轮连接,该齿轮副中的从动轮连接转轴,转轴穿过桶盖,同桶盖上方的挤帽连接。挤帽表面设有若干相间的棱和凹槽。这种水果榨汁机使用时,既费时,又费力,且不太卫生。
技术问题
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、操作灵活、工作效率高、省时、省力、安全卫生、易清洗、可榨不同规格橙子的橙汁机,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
技术解决方案
按此目的设计的一种橙汁机,包括设置在机身内的转轴,转轴的一端与榨汁头相接,榨汁头上设置有用于榨取橙汁的凸凹相间的凸筋和凹槽,转轴的另一端与齿轮副相接,其结构特征是转轴的中上部设置有外螺纹,转轴套设在套筒中,套筒与机身相接,套筒上设置有与外螺纹相啮合的内螺纹,设置在机身内的电机的输出轴与齿轮副相接,机身内设置有供转轴及电机上下运动的空腔。
所述转轴的另一端设置在机身内的齿轮箱内,电机设置在齿轮箱上,电机的输出轴伸入齿轮箱内并通过设置在齿轮箱内的齿轮副与转轴的另一端相接。转轴的另一端的端部与弹簧的一端压接,弹簧的另一端抵靠在齿轮箱中。

本发明工作时,当套筒上的内螺纹与转轴上的外螺纹处于啮合过程中时,下榨汁头和转轴及齿轮箱同时向上升,即下榨汁头和转轴边上升边转动,齿轮箱及其上的电机只上升不转动;当套筒上的内螺纹与转轴上的外螺纹脱离啮合时,下榨汁头和转轴只转动不上升,齿轮箱保持在一定的高度。放置在下榨汁头上、位于下榨汁头和上榨汁头之间的被剖开的橙子在下榨汁头和转轴的转动中被榨取橙汁。当此次榨汁过程结束后,下榨汁头和转轴及齿轮箱重新回到初始位置,一个循环完成。整个操作过程安全快捷,工作效率高,榨出的橙汁既可以暂时的储藏在腔室内,也可以通过出汁口立刻进行饮用。
本发明为了榨取各种大小不同的橙子,在转轴的下面设置有与其相接的弹簧,当下榨汁头及齿轮箱上升到最高位置时,还保留一定的弹性,既不至于顶坏上盖及上榨汁头,又可以保护橙皮。
有益效果
本发明既可以榨取橙汁,也可以榨取柠檬汁等,其适用范围比较广。在榨汁过程结束后,直接将上榨汁头从上盖的装配凹槽中取出,将下榨汁头和滤网从转轴上取下,即可进行清洁,滤网上的夹套可有效防止橙汁污染转轴及机身的内部零部件,其卫生程度比较高。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图7,本橙汁机,包括设置在机身1内的转轴9,转轴的一端与榨汁头相接,机身1上铰接有上盖10。由于上盖10是通过铰链装入到机身1的导槽中,其取出非常方便,也易清洗。
榨汁头包括套设的上榨汁头11和下榨汁头3,其中,上榨汁头11与上盖10相接,上榨汁头11朝向下榨汁头3的一侧设置有凸筋和凹槽,下榨汁头3与转轴9的上端相接,下榨汁头3朝向上榨汁头11的一侧设置有凸筋和凹槽;上榨汁头11和下榨汁头3分别呈弧面或弧球面,上榨汁头11的外径比下榨汁头3的外径大。上盖10的中央设置有装配凹槽,上榨汁头11的顶部通过弹性件16卡装在装配凹槽内。该弹性件16可以为弹性卡片或弹性扣钩,其利用弹性变形卡紧在装配凹槽内,上榨汁头11的取出一额比较方便。
下榨汁头3的下方设置有滤网2,滤网下方的机身1内设置有容置橙汁的腔室,腔室上设置有可开闭的出汁口。出汁口上设置有带胶塞18的出汁嘴19。滤网2通过其中部的夹套2.1与转轴9的上端相接,下榨汁头3通过其中部卡套在夹套2.1上。
在实际生产中也可以在夹套2.1和转轴9之间设置防尘盖21,以进一步提高密封性能,防止橙汁对机身1内的零部件造成污染,该防尘盖21套设在套筒14的外侧。
转轴9的中上部设置有外螺纹13,转轴9套设在套筒14中,套筒与机身1相接,套筒14上设置有与外螺纹13相啮合的内螺纹,设置在机身1内的电机25的输出轴与齿轮副相接,机身1内设置有供转轴9及电机25上下运动的空腔。转轴9的下端设置在机身1内的齿轮箱8内,电机25设置在齿轮箱8上,电机25的输出轴伸入齿轮箱8内并通过设置在齿轮箱8内的齿轮副与转轴的另一端相接。其中,第一齿轮26、第二齿轮27和第三齿轮28依次啮合构成齿轮副。转轴9的下端的端部与弹簧17的一端压接,弹簧17的另一端抵靠在齿轮箱8中。
本实施例中的外螺纹13既可以直接设置在转轴9的中上部,也可以先设置在另一件套筒上,然后将该另一件套筒与转轴9的中上部进行紧密套接。
当下榨汁头3上升到最高位置时,因为弹簧力的作用,下榨汁头3及橙子4不会和上榨汁头11形成刚性接触,既保护上盖,又保护橙皮不会被破坏影响橙汁的质量,其适用与橙皮厚薄不均、直径不均的橙子。
机身1内设置有三件导向柱6,齿轮箱8套设在导向柱6上,导向柱上设置有行程开关。行程开关包括第一行程开关7和第二行程开关15,齿轮箱8上设置有与第一行程开关7和第二行程开关15相对应的触碰头。
齿轮箱8中的转轴9带动下榨汁头3一起工作,其主要是预防非正常停机时,下榨汁头3不能回到初始位置,此时如果放入被剖开的橙子4,就会造成上盖10被橙子4顶起的现象。当齿轮箱8带动下榨汁头3和滤网2自动复位后,放入被剖开的橙子4,按一下第一按键5,此时机身1内的控制板给电机25一个信号,要求齿轮箱8向上运动,橙子4也会慢慢上升,当橙子4顶到上榨汁头11后,会慢慢开始榨橙,当齿轮箱8上升到一定的高度后,当齿轮箱8上的触碰头向上碰到设置在导向柱6上的第二感应开关15后,控制板发出信号,要求电机25再转一段时间,以保证橙子被榨干净,此时虽然电机还在转动,但是齿轮箱8已不再上升,其原理是此时外螺纹13和内螺纹已经脱离配合。当转轴9及下榨汁头3继续旋转一段时间,以确保把橙子4榨干净后,齿轮箱8又会慢慢降落,并开始自动复位。当齿轮箱8向下运动时,齿轮箱8上的触碰头碰到第一感应开关6后,电机停止工作,处于归位状态。与其此时,第一按键5上的指示灯熄灭,表示此次榨橙过程已经完成。
