Abstract

(+)-란소프라졸이 용해된 C1-C3의 알코올 용액으로부터 (+)-란소프라졸 알코올레이트를 결정화하여 수득한 뒤 실온 내지 50℃에서 건조하는 것을 포함하는 비결정형의 (+)-란소프라졸을 제조하는 방법에 의하여, 위산 관련 질환의 치료 및 예방을 위한 의약 제제로서 유용한 비결정형의 (+)-란소프라졸을 화학적, 광학적 및 결정학적으로 순수하고 재현성있게 제조할 수 있다.
