본 발명은, 전해조와; 상기 전해조의 산성수조에서 생성된 이온수를 저장하는 산성수 저수조와; 상기 전해조의 알칼리수조에서 생성된 이온수를 저장하는 알칼리수 저수조와; 상기 산성수 저수조에 연결된 산성수 배출관과; 상기 알칼리수 저수조에 연결된 알칼리수 배출관과; 일측이 상기 산성수 배출관의 타측과 알칼리수 배출관의 타측에 연결되고 타측이 노즐에 연결된 노즐 연결관과; 상기 산성수 연결관과 상기 알칼리수 연결관, 상기 산성수 배출관 및 상기 알칼리수 배출관에 각각 설치된 솔레노이드 밸브들과; 상기 전해조를 구동하는 전해조 구동부와; 상기 솔레노이드밸브들을 구동하는 밸브 구동부와; 알칼리수의 분사시간을 설정하기 위한 버튼들과 설정된 알칼리수의 분사시간을 표시하기 위한 표시소자들과, 산성수의 분사시간을 설정하기 위한 버튼들과 설정된 산성수의 분사시간을 표시하기 위한 표시소자들과, 비데 모드와 세정 모드 및 배관 세정 모드 등을 선택하기 위한 버튼들을 구비하는 버튼입력/표시부와; 상기 버튼입력/표시부의 작동버튼 입력에 의한 비데모드 또는 세정모드시에 상기 솔레노이드 밸브들을 구동제어하여, 산성수와 알칼리수 중 어느 하나를 먼저 기 설정한 분사 시간동안 상기 노즐을 통하여 분사한 다음에 산성수와 알칼리수 중 다른 하나를 기 설정한 시간동안 상기 노즐을 통하여 분사되도록 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비하여 구성된 이온수 비데를 제공한다.
