Abstract
The invention relates to a device for making an incision in the gingiva, characterised in that it includes a circular scalpel (200) and a central element (100), whereby the scalpel has a cutting zone (201) and the central element has one end that extends substantially beyond the length of the scalpel so that it can be inserted into the intraosseous cavity before the scalpel begins cutting the gingiva, such that the gingival incision is perfectly circular and concentric in relation to the intraosseous cavity.
