图 12A为本发明红外线感应装置及凹凸透镜置入透镜座的组合侧面示意图、 图 12B为 本发明凹凸透镜的侧面示意图、图 12C为本发明红外线感应装置与凹凸透镜的侧面示意图, 请参见图 12A、 图 12B、 图 12C所示, 本发明可运用在 BB弹或弹体的靶体 10结构, 先将凹 凸透镜 90置入透镜座 95内,再将侦测感应组件 30或红外线感应装置 30的放置于凹凸透镜 90 的正后端, 当侦测感应组件 30或红外线感应装置 30发射红外线光源时, 该发射的红外线光 源会直射入凹凸透镜 90的凹镜面 91内, 该发射的红外线光源会穿过凹凸透镜 90, 再由凹凸 透镜 90的凸镜面 93发射出红外线光源, 通过凹凸透镜 90的结构原理可将侦测感应组件 30 或红外线感应装置 30所发射出的光源或红外线光源集中再发射成单一直线的光源或红外 线光源, 提高侦测感应 BB弹 50或弹体 500的准确性; 不致使侦测感应组件 30或红外线感应 装置 30的光源或红外线光源被扩散出更大的角度, 而产生出误判的交错讯号; 本发明侦测 感应组件 30可为发射与接收的侦测感应组件 31或侦测感应组件 32,红外线感应装置 30可为 发射与接收的红外线感应组 31或红外线感应组 32,亦可为单向发射的侦测感应组件 30或红 外线感应装置 30。
综合上述以上各种结构说明得知, 本发明结构新颖性及进步性有: (一)、 在靶体表面 周围适当位置可设有侦测感应组件或红外线感应装置;该侦测感应组件或红外线感应装置 可准确扫描侦测飞入目标靶区或零分靶区的 BB弹或弹体, 以产生侦测感应讯号, 由微电 脑 CPU将该感应讯号加以计分运算; 本发明在靶体靶区的表面可设有具有粘性的软质体或 粘性软质片状体, 有暂时粘固并缓冲、 收集、 引导 BB弹或弹体及减少撞击声音的特殊功 能,使靶体表面不受撞击损伤,维持靶体表面完整性,提高 BB弹或弹体使用的安全性; (二) 本发明 BB弹也可为其它各种不同立体型状或不同材质的弹体, 如正六角立体型、 正八角 立体型、 球体立体型、 立体长条形、 立体箭形、 具有空气推进槽的飞弹立体型等各种不同 的立体型体的结构; 其弹体的材质也可因需要而使用化学塑脂、 化学泡棉、 化学塑胶、 化 学橡胶、 纸类、 布类、 纺织类、 软木类等各种一般习用材质所制成; 该弹体也如 BB弹也 能被弹射、 撞击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在具有粘性软质体或粘性软质片状体的表面上, 并 能适时地被红外线感应装置扫描侦测产生感应讯号; (三) 当 BB弹或弹体飞至目标靶区及 零分靶区的具有粘性软质体或粘性软质片状体时, 该 BB弹或弹体会从具有粘性软质体或 粘性软质片状体的表面慢慢往下滑落至弹体收集槽, 完全的被收集; (四) 当 BB弹或弹体 飞至目标靶区及零分靶区之前, 经过侦测感应组件或红外线感应装置而被准确扫描侦测, 以产生感应讯号, 该感应讯号会被微电脑 CPU所接收, 作为自动计分的计算依据, 达到自 动计分的精准性, 使比赛更加公平、 公正; (五)本发明红外线感应装置的纵向红外线感 应组和横向红外线感应组两者是形成垂直扫描侦测的设置, 配合微电脑 CPU并能有效正确 地侦测出 BB弹或弹体的正确坐标位置; (六)本发明侦测感应组件的纵向侦测感应组件和 横向侦测感应组件两者是形成垂直扫描侦测的设置, 配合微电脑 CPU能有效侦测出 BB弹 或弹体的正确坐标位置; (七)该具有粘性软质体可分设为粘性软质片状体及背面的缓冲 软质体, 该缓冲软质体能辅助缓冲 BB弹或弹体冲撞在目标靶区和零分靶区的冲击力量, 使 BB弹或弹体能完全暂时被黏住并暂时定位在具有粘性软质体的目标靶区和零分靶区的 表面上; (八)本发明红外线感应装置的纵向红外线感应组和横向红外线感应组两者都具 有传送讯号和接收讯号的电子传输侦测感应功能; (九)靶体靶面的周围适当位置设有红 外线感应装置; 该纵向红外线感应组为 Y轴的扫描侦测, 横向红外线感应组为 X轴的扫描 侦测, 能准确扫描侦测 BB弹或弹体, 产生侦测感应讯号; (十)本发明红外线感应装置可 设为纵向红外线感应组与横向红外线感应组,侦测感应组件可设为纵向侦测感应组件与横 向侦测感应组件, 当 BB弹或弹体飞入目标靶区或零分靶区并触动该纵向与横向的侦测感 应组件,或触动纵向与横向的红外线感应组时,产生的侦测感应讯号会被微电脑 CPU接收, 使微电脑 CPU判别该 BB弹或弹体击中靶面的正确坐标位置; (十一)本发明具有粘性软质 体或粘性软质片状体可为透明的,在具有粘性的软质体或粘性软质片状体的背面或缓冲软 质体的表面直接設有各种图案、 文字、 颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的印刷层; (十 二)本发明具有粘性软质体或粘性软质片状体的背面也可另外设置一印刷有各种图案、 文 字、 颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的印刷片状物; (十三)本发明侦测感应组件的纵 向侦测感应组件和横向侦测感应组件两者都具有发射光波讯号和接收光波讯号的电子传 输侦测感应功能, 配合微电脑 CPU准确侦测感应 BB弹或弹体经过的正确坐标位置。
基于以上特点而为一相当杰出且优异的设计; 其未见于刊物或公开使用, 符合发明专 利的申请要件, 依法提出申请。
需要声明的是, 上述发明内容及具体实施方式意在证明本发明所提供技术方案的实际 应用, 不应解释为对本发明保护范围的限定。 本领域技术人员在本发明的精神和原理内, 当可作各种修改、 等同替换、 或改进。 本发明的保护范围以所附杈利要求书为准。

1、 一种 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 在靶体设有至少一目标靶区, 该目标靶区表面设有具有粘性软质体, 以供 BB弹或弹体撞击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在该 目标靶区的表面上;
至少一红外线感应装置设于靶区的周围适当位置; 和

2、 一种 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 在靶体设有至少一目标靶区、 至少一零分靶区, 该目标靶区及零分靶区表面设有具有粘性软质体, 以供 BB弹或弹体撞 击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在该目标靶区或零分靶区的表面上;
至少一红外线感应装置设于靶区的周围适当位置; 和
至少一电子显示计分装置, 该电子显示计分装置设有微电脑 CPU, 当 BB弹或弹体飞 至靶区具有粘性软质体表面之前, 红外线感应装置能准确侦测感应该 BB弹或弹体, 以产 生感应讯号,该感应讯号会被微电脑 CPU所接收,使微电脑 CPU判别该 BB弹或弹体击中靶 面的正确坐标位置, 并自动计算分数, 进而变化出各种不同的游戏方式, 使得 BB弹或弹 体射击或投掷能加以配合声光、 语音、 音乐的效果及 LED、 LCD. 背光 LCD、 液晶萤幕、 背光板各种自动计分的游戏方式显示功能。
3、 一种 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 在靶体设有至少一目标靶区, 该目标靶区表面设有具有粘性软质体, 以供 BB弹或弹体撞击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在该 目标靶区的表面上。
4、 一种 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 在靶体设有至少一目标靶区、 至少一零分靶区, 该目标靶区及零分靶区表面设有具有粘性软质体, 以供 BB弹或弹体撞 击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在该目标靶区或零分靶区的表面上。
5、 一种 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 在靶体设有至少一目标靶区, 该目标靶区表面设有具有粘性软质体, 以供 BB弹或弹体撞击并暂时粘着、 暂时定位在该 目标靶区的表面上;
至少一红外线感应装置设于靶区的周围适当位置;
其中红外线感应装置的前端设有至少一凹凸透镜, 通过该凹凸透镜的结构将红外线感 应装置发射出的红外线光源集中发射成单一直线的红外线光源; 和

11、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构,其特征在于,该具有粘性软质体是由粘性软质片状体及背面的缓冲软质体所组成; 该缓冲软质体能辅助缓冲 BB弹或弹体冲撞目标靶区或零分靶区的冲击力量。
12、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该具有粘性软质体为透明的。
13、根据权利要求 11所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该粘性软 质片状体为透明的。
14、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该具有粘性软质体为粘性软质片状体。
15、根据杈利要求 11所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该缓冲软 质体的表面直接设有各种图案、 文字、 颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的印刷层。
16、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该具有粘性软质体的背面直接设有各种图案、 文字、 颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的印刷层。
17、 根据杈利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该目标靶区依需要设计为九宫格、 十六宫格、 二十五宫格、 三十六 宫格的各种样式设置。
18、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 5或 6所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该红外线感应装置是形成垂直扫描侦测的设置。
19、 根据杈利要求 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该侦测感应组件是形成垂直扫描侦测的设置。
20、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 5或 6所述的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该红外线感应装置设为 至少一纵向红外线感应组和至少一横向红外线感应组;
其中,该红外线感应装置的纵向红外线感应组和横向红外线感应组两者都具有传送讯号和 接收讯号的电子传输侦测感应功能。
21、 根据杈利要求 7、 8、 9或 10所述的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该红侦测感应组件设 为至少一纵向侦测感应组件和至少一横向侦测感应组件;
其中,该侦测感应组件的纵向侦测感应组件和横向侦测感应组件两者都具有传送讯号和接 收讯号的电子传输侦测感应功能。
22、 根据杈利要求 1、 2、 5或 6所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该红外线感应装置设为至少一纵向红外线感应组和至少一横向红外线感应组; 其中, 该纵向红外线感应组为 Y轴的扫描侦测, 该横向红外线感应组为 X轴的扫描侦测, 以 作为扫描侦测 BB弹或弹体击中目标靶区或零分靶区的正确坐标位置。
23、 根据杈利要求 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该侦测感应组件设为至少一纵向侦测感应组件和至少一横向侦测感应组件; 其中,
该纵向侦测感应组件为 Y轴的扫描侦测, 该侦测感应组件为 X轴的扫描侦测, 以作为 扫描侦测 BB弹或弹体击中目标靶区或零分靶区的正确坐标位置
24、 根据杈利要求 1、 2、 5或 6所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该红外线感应装置设为单向发射的红外线感应装置。
25、 根据杈利要求 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该侦测感应组件设为单向发射的侦测感应组件。
26、根据杈利要求 11所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该缓冲软 质体的材质为 EVA软垫、 化学塑脂、 化学泡棉、 化学塑胶、 化学橡胶、 纸类、 布类、 纺织 类、 软木类, 各种一般习用材质的软质体。
27、 根据杈利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该具有粘性软质体的外围设有框体来限制、 固定具有粘性软质体的 外围并固定于靶体上。
28、 根据杈利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于, 该 BB弹或弹体为球体、 弹体; 其中弹体的结构为正六角立体型、 正八角立体型、球体立体型、具有空气推进槽的飞弹立体型,各种不同的立体型体的结构, 同样能被暂时粘着于具有粘性软质体或粘性软质片状体表面上。
29、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8、 9或 10所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶 体结构, 其特征在于,该具有粘性软质体的背面另外设置一印刷有各种图案、 文字、颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的印刷片状物, 藉由透明的具有粘性软质体的正面, 目视穿透 看出需要的各种图案。
30、根据权利要求 11所述的 BB弹或弹体自动计分的靶体结构, 其特征在于, 该粘性软 质片状体的背面另外设置一印刷有各种图案、 文字、 颜色、 数字、 目标靶区、 零分靶区的 印刷片状物, 由透明的粘性软质片状体的正面, 目视穿透看出需要的各种图案。
