Abstract

본 발명은 태양광 추적 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 집광렌즈와 위치추적센서의 이격거리를 태양광의 조도에 따라 자동으로 조절하는 거리조절수단이 구비하고, 하우징 내부의 온도가 일정 온도 이상으로 상승되는 것을 방지하는 적외선차단부재를 구비하고, 하우징을 가상의 X,Y, Z축 방향으로 조절이 가능한 태양광 추적 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 거리조절수단을 구비한 태양광 추적 장치는 원통형 하우징; 상기 하우징의 상부 개구부에 배치되는 집광렌즈; 상기 하우징의 하부 개구부에 배치되고, 상기 집광렌즈를 통해 입사되는 빛으로부터 태양의 위치를 추적하기 위한 다수의 포토셀로 구성된 위치추적센서; 상기 집광렌즈와 상기 위치추적센서의 이격거리를 조절하는 거리조절수단;을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 거리조절수단은 일단이 상기 위치추적센서가 실장되어 있는 보드에 결합고정되는 승하강핀과, 상기 승하강핀을 승하강시키는 모터와, 입사되는 태양광의 조도를 감지하는 조도감지센서와, 상기 조도감지센서로부터 전송받은 조도에 따라 상기 모터를 구동시키는 컨트롤러와, 상기 하우징의 내측에 고정설치되고 상기 모터가 장착되는 장착 베이스와, 상기 베이스의 고정결합되고 상기 보드에 천공되어 있는 가이드공에 삽입되어 상기 보드가 기울어지지 않고 승하강되도록 가이드하는 가이드봉을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
