Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un engin nautique personnel (PWC) comprenant une coque et un carénage. La coque comprend une position opérateur qui est placée derrière le carénage. La position opérateur est conçue pour permettre à un opérateur de s'asseoir à califourchon sur l'engin nautique individuel. La coque du PWC est conçue pour percer les vagues formées sur la surface de l'eau, ce qui permet de réduire les forces orientées vers le haut exercées sur le PWC lorsqu'il avance dans l'eau. Le carénage est conçu pour former une région sensiblement sèche sur la position opérateur lorsque le PWC se déplace dans l'eau.
