本实用新型风管板的基板可采用高密度玻璃棉板, 在其内表 面覆以高强度的内衬层。 由该风管板制成的风管在具备耐清洁和 清扫性能的同时, 还具备优越的声学性能, 可充分吸收气流中的 各种噪声, 并消除空调通风设备的运转噪声, 还可以阻止声音通 过风管在各房间之间传递。 风管内表面涂敷的抗菌涂层具有防菌 抗霉的作用, 能有效地抑制风管内各种微生物的生长繁殖, 避免 风管内气流被污染, 保证室内的空气品质。 风管外表面贴有外饰 层, 具有保护风管、 防火及防止水汽渗透的功能, 同时能起到改 善风管视觉外观的作用。 附图说明

如图 1和图 2所示, 本实用新型的风管板包括依次层叠的抗 菌涂层 1、 内衬层 2、 粘合层 3、 基板 4和外饰层 5, 其中内饰层 2由高强织物制成。 所述基板 4可由玻璃棉材料制成。
在内衬层 2和基板 4通过粘合层 3粘合在一起。 粘合层 3由 强力粘结剂形成, 可确保即使在高风速的情况下也没有纤维或粉 尘吹出。 同时强力粘结剂本身也具有防菌抗霉功能, 确保整体产 品的安全稳定。

在内村层 2的内表面上涂敷有抗菌涂层 1 , 其具有极佳的抗 菌防霉功效, 能有效抑制风管内各种细菌的产生和繁殖, 避免各 种空调病的产生, 提高室内空气品质。 内村层 2和抗菌涂层 1还 可使得风管内表面均匀平整。 光滑平整的内表面有助于控制风管 内壁表面粗糙度, 降低风管运行中的沿程阻力。
风管板外表面敷设有外饰层 5, 其具有防火、 保护风管及防 止水汽渗透的功能, 同时能起到改善风管视觉外观的作用。
本实用新型的管板还可在两端预先模制有双倍密度的正反 (雄雌)接口, 并配有伸长部分的专用增强铝箔, 以便加钉和紧 密覆合进行承插或安装。
