本实用新型提供一种风管板和风管。所述风管板包括依次层叠的抗菌涂层、内衬层、粘合层、基板和外饰层,其中内饰层由高强织物制成。优选地,所述基板由玻璃棉材料制成。本实用新型的风管由所述风管板制成。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风管板以及由该风管板制成的风管。
背景技术
空调系统的风管在使用一定的时间后,需要加以清扫,以防止细菌、霉菌的滋生,消除对人体和环境的不良影响。普通风管的风管板内表面使用普通的无纺布产品,虽然能够满足吸声的要求,但由于表面疏松多孔,结合并不牢固,因此在机械的清扫或拍打的情况下,表面会产生破坏,生成大量的粉尘或脱落纤维,对人体和环境产生致病影响,其结果会导致系统性能的下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述缺点,对风管板的内表面加以改进,以提高产品的耐清扫及其它性能。
本实用新型提供一种风管板,其包括依次层叠的抗菌涂层、内衬层、粘合层、基板和外饰层,其中内饰层由高强织物制成。
优选地,所述基板由玻璃棉材料制成。
本实用新型还提供由上述风管板制成的风管。
本实用新型风管板的基板可采用高密度玻璃棉板,在其内表面覆以高强度的内衬层。由该风管板制成的风管在具备耐清洁和清扫性能的同时,还具备优越的声学性能,可充分吸收气流中的各种噪声,并消除空调通风设备的运转噪声,还可以阻止声音通过风管在各房间之间传递。风管内表面涂敷的抗菌涂层具有防菌抗霉的作用,能有效地抑制风管内各种微生物的生长繁殖,避免风管内气流被污染,保证室内的空气品质。风管外表面贴有外饰层,具有保护风管、防火及防止水汽渗透的功能,同时能起到改善风管视觉外观的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的风管板包括依次层叠的抗菌涂层1、内衬层2、粘合层3、基板4和外饰层5,其中内饰层2由高强织物制成。所述基板4可由玻璃棉材料制成。
在内衬层2和基板4通过粘合层3粘合在一起。粘合层3由强力粘结剂形成,可确保即使在高风速的情况下也没有纤维或粉尘吹出。同时强力粘结剂本身也具有防菌抗霉功能,确保整体产品的安全稳定。
内衬层2能将风管的基板4与风管内的气流隔绝开,防止风管板内物质被吹入气流中或气流中的灰尘异物进入风管板。牢固的内衬层2还能确保产品可采用NADCA(美国国家风管清扫协会)推荐的设备和方式进行清扫,并达到ACR2006规范要求。同时,形成内衬层2的高强织物本身的多孔结构能确保气流中的各种声波能量可进入到风管板玻璃棉内部,从而被具有良好吸声性能的玻璃棉所吸收。
由于形成内衬层2的材料是由高强度材料制成的织物,因此其本身也具有防菌抗霉功能。
在内衬层2的内表面上涂敷有抗菌涂层1,其具有极佳的抗菌防霉功效,能有效抑制风管内各种细菌的产生和繁殖,避免各种空调病的产生,提高室内空气品质。内衬层2和抗菌涂层1还可使得风管内表面均匀平整。光滑平整的内表面有助于控制风管内壁表面粗糙度,降低风管运行中的沿程阻力。
风管板外表面敷设有外饰层5,其具有防火、保护风管及防止水汽渗透的功能,同时能起到改善风管视觉外观的作用。
本实用新型的管板还可在两端预先模制有双倍密度的正反(雄雌)接口,并配有伸长部分的专用增强铝箔,以便加钉和紧密覆合进行承插或安装。
由本实用新型的风管板制成的风管具有如下几方面的特点:

1.一种风管板,其包括依次层叠的抗菌涂层、内衬层、粘合层、基板和外饰层,其中内饰层由高强织物制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风管板,其中所述基板由玻璃棉材料制成。
3.一种由根据权利要求1或2所述的风管板制成的风管。
