2、 滑板在着地过程中, 特别是滚轮处于图 1位置时, 若滑行者施加 的踩踏力垂直于滑板, 则滚轮处于死点位置,滚轮不会瞬间从图 1位置转 换到图 2位置, 滑板瞬间前行受阻, 滑行者更加难以操控。 滑板的安全性 能不理想。
3、上述技术方案的滑板设有可相对转动的前管和后管, 这使得滑板结构 复杂, 制造成本高。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种使用安全、便于操控、结构简单的滑板。 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种滑板,包括前板和后板,前板和后板的下方分别安装至少一滚轮, 前板和后板通过扭力杆相连;滚轮通过其转轴安装在滚轮架上,滚轮架上 设有滚轮架支轴, 滚轮架可绕其滚轮架支轴转动; 其中, 所述的滑板设有 用于限定滚轮架绕其滚轮架支轴转动的限位机构。
所述限位机构分别形成在所述前板和后板的下方。
在本发明中,所述的滚轮架支轴向后倾斜安装,滚轮架支轴的中轴线 与水平面的夹角为 61-80度。当滚轮架支轴的中轴线与水平面的夹角处于 前述取值范围时, 利于滑行者站在滑板上扭动推动滑板前行。
本发明中, 所述滚轮架支轴的中轴线与水平面的夹角为 65度。 当滚 轮架支轴的中轴线与水平面的夹角为 65度时, 滑行者站在滑板上扭动推 动滑板前行更省力。
所述滚轮架支轴通过其安装座固定在前、后板的底部, 所述限位机构 包括形成在滚轮架上的限位块和形成在所述滚轮架支轴安装座上并与所 述限位块配合工作的挡块。
优选的, 所述限位块为一块; 所述挡块为两块, 相对于所述滚轮架支 轴对称布置。 限位机构采用上述结构, 其结构简单, 制造方便。
在本发明中,所述的限位机构包括: 分别设在所述前板和后板上的用 于限定滚轮架转动的限位卡点。 上述结构同样可实现限位的目的。
在本发明中, 所述的扭力杆中设有弹性件, 弹性件优选为弹性钢片。 弹性钢片在滑板受到扭力和弯曲力时可以弹性地扭曲或弯曲,当该力消失 即可恢复原有形状, 并使滑板结构更简单。
在本发明中,所述滚轮架支轴上设有轴承。轴承可使滚轮架更可靠地 绕滚轮架支轴摆动, 并保证滚轮架支轴定位可靠。
本发明滑板的优点在于:由于滑板设有用于限定滚轮架绕其滚轮架支 轴转动的限位机构, 当滑板随滑行者跃起时, 限位机构可阻止滚轮架转到 最前端位置, 即图 1中滚轮所处位置; 其可避免滚轮达到死点位置, 并可 减少滑板着地时的绕转角度,利于滑行者在滑板着地瞬间操控滑板,从而 大大提高了滑板的安全性能, 使滑板的使用更安全。

在本实施例中, 滚轮架支轴 7向后倾斜安装,滚轮架支轴 Ί的中轴线 与水平面的夹角 A为 65度, 如图 5所示。 当滚轮架支轴 7的中轴线与水 平面的夹角 A为 65度时, 滑行者站在滑板上扭动推动滑板前行更省力。 当然,滚轮架支轴 7的中轴线与水平面的夹角在 61-80度范围内都是可行 的, 也可实现本发明的目的。
图 7给出了本发明的第二种实施例。 该第二实施例的结构与第一实施例 结构的不同之处仅在于限位机构。 该第二实施例中的限位机构包括分别设在 前板 1和后板 2上的用于限定滚轮架转动的限位卡点 11。 该种限位机构同样 可实现限位的目的。 该第二实施例与第一实施例相同的其他结构不再赘述。 工业实用性
综上所述,本发明的滑板中, 由于设有用于限定滚轮架绕其滚轮架支 轴转动的限位机构, 当滑板随滑行者跃起时, 限位机构可阻止滚轮绕转到 最前端位置, 即图 1 中滚轮所处位置, 即能避免滚轮处于死点位置,可以 减少滑板着地时的绕转角度,利于滑行者在滑板着地瞬间操控滑板,从而 大大提高了滑板的安全性能, 使滑板的使用更安全。
