源家用基站网关接收 RUA直传消息, 并^1其中的重定位 需求消息发送到核心网移动性管理单元。 步骤 S1103 , 核心网移动性管理单元接收到重定位需求消息后, 向目标 家用基站网关发送重定位请求消息。 步骤 S 1104 , 目标家用基站网关才艮据重定位请求消息中的用户永久标识 IMSI进行检索, 如果发现该用户并未注册过, 那么就为这个用户生成一个用 户上下文并分配用户上下文标识, 作为临时用户标识 ,为这个用户生成一个用户上下文并分配用户上下文标识 , 连同重定位请求消息一同封装在 RUA连接消息中发送到目标家用基站。 步骤 S1205 , 目标家用基站接收 RUA连接消息, 并根据该消息进行判 断, 当目标家用基站中没有该用户的上下文标识时, 将接收到的用户上下文 标识保存起来, 回复重定位请求确认消息。 其中, 回复的重定位请求确认消 息封装在 RUA直传消息中, 1610发送的重定位请求消息进行判断 , 当重定位请求消息中携带有用户永久 标识时, 触发第一上下文标识分配子单元 1622; 当重定位请求消息中未携带 有用户永久标识时, 触发第二上下文标识分配子单元 1623; 第一上下文标识分配子单元 1622, 用于根据重定位请求消息中的用户 永久标识进行检索, 若用户未注册, 则为用户生成一个用户上下文, 并为用 户上下文分配用户上下文标识; 第二上下文标识分配子单元 1623 , 用于才艮据重定位请求消息中的 Iu连 接标只作为临时用户标只, 为该用户生成一个用户上下文, 并为用户上下文 分配用户上下文标只; 消息发送子单元 1624, 用于将用户上下文标识与重定位请求消息发送 到目标家用基站进行处理。 本发明提供的装置还包括: 同步过程建立单元 1640 , 用于通过核心网移动性管理单元发送重定位 命令触发源基站发起用户到目标家用基站的同步过程。 通过本发明提供的装置 , 避免了用户进行小区切换时 , 若待切换到的目 标基站是一个家用基站, 由于家用基站网关缺少用户上下文标识而造成家用 基站和家用基站网关之间的信令消息无法对应, 切换不成功的问题。 显然 ,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用户切换到家用基站的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
A、 用户从源基站向目标家用基站发起切换时, 目标家用基站网关 接收核心网移动性管理单元发出的重定位请求消息;
B、 目标家用基站网关才艮据所述重定位请求消息为所述用户生成一 个用户上下文, 并为所述用户上下文分配用户上下文标识, 夺所述用户 上下文标识与所述重定位请求消息发送到目标家用基站;
C、 当目标家用基站网关接收到所述目标家用基站回复的重定位请 求确认消息时, 将该重定位请求确认消息发送到所述核心网移动性管理 单元。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法 , 其特征在于 , 所述步骤 A具体包括:
所述源基站才艮据所述用户上 4艮的测量 4艮告发起切换; 所述源基站为宏基站时 ,所述源基站直接向所述核心网移动性管理 单元发送重定位需求消息, 所述源基站为家用基站时, 所述源基站通过 家用基站网关向所述核心网移动性管理单元发送重定位需求消息; 所述核心网移动性管理单元才艮据所述重定位需求消息向所述目标 家用基站网关发送重定位请求消息, 该消息中携带有所述核心网移动性 管理单元添力。的用户永久标识。

当所述重定位请求消息中携带有用户永久标识时,才艮据所述重定位 请求消息中的用户永久标识进行检索 , 若所述用户未注册, 则为所述用 户生成一个用户上下文, 并为所述用户上下文分配用户上下文标只。

当所述重定位请求消息中未携带用户永久标识时 ,才艮据所述重定位 请求消息中的 Iu连接标只作为临时用户标只 , 为该用户生成一个用户上 下文, 并为所述用户上下文分配用户上下文标只。
7. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B中将 用户上下文标识与所述重定位请求消息发送到目标家用基站具体包括: 所述目标家用基站网关^1所述用户上下文标识信息和所述重定位 请求消息封装在无线接入网络应用部分用户适配连接消息中发送到目标 家用基站; 或者,
所述目标家用基站网关将所述用户上下文标识信息通过在家用基 站应用协议层新定义的标识分配信息发送到目标家用基站, 并在接收到 所述目标家用基站回复的标识分配确认消息后将重定位请求消息封装在 无线接入网络应用部分用户适配连接消息中发送到所述目标家用基站。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤 C之后还包括: 所述核心网移动性管理单元发送重定位命令触发源基站发起用户 到目标家用基站的同步过程。
9. 一种用户切换到家用基站的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
重定位请求消息接收单元,用于当用户从源基站向目标家用基站发 起切换时, 接收所述源基站归属的核心网移动性管理单元发出的重定位 请求消息;
上下文标识分配单元,用于才艮据所述重定位请求消息接收单元接收 的重定位请求消息为所述用户生成一个用户上下文, 并为所述用户上下 文分配用户上下文标识, 夺所述用户上下文标识与所述重定位请求消息 发送到目标家用基站进行处理;
请求确认消息发送单元,用于当接收到所述目标家用基站回复的重 定位请求确认消息时, 将该重定位请求确认消息发送到所述核心网移动 性管理单元。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述上下文标识分配单元进一 步包括: 标识信息判断子单元、 第一上下文标识分配子单元、 第二上下 文标识分配子单元和消息发送子单元 ,

消息发送子单元 ,用于将所述用户上下文标识与所述重定位请求消 息发送到目标家用基站进行处理。
