Description
本发明涉及电动剃须刀的结构,具体地说是指电动剃须刀的刀片组。
电动剃须刀通常包括主体和刀头装置,刀头装置包括刀头罩和设于刀头罩内的刀片组,刀头罩包括一塑料支撑架和设于该塑料支撑上的金属网罩,刀片组位于金属网罩下方,主体内设有驱动该刀片组动作的动力组件。当毛发进入金属网罩内时,刀片组动作可将毛发切断。根据刀片组运动方式的不同,可分为旋转式电动剃须刀和左右摆动式剃须刀。
左右摆动式剃须刀的金属网罩弯曲成一半圆柱面形,其塑料支撑架具有与该金属网罩形状相适配的开口,金属网罩的周边与塑料支撑架的开口周缘定位连接。刀片组位于该半圆柱面形的金属网罩下方,由多个圆弧形的刀片平行排列组成,各圆弧形刀片的两端一体成形于一基座上,各刀片与该基座共同围成一柱面。该刀片组中的刀片与刀片之间的空隙为狭长的圆弧形,毛发不易进入该空隙。
本发明提供一种电动剃须刀的刀片组,其主要目的在于克服现有电动剃须刀刀片组的刀片之间的空隙不易让毛发进入的缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:电动剃须刀的刀片组,包括互相平行排列的多个刀片,各刀片中部具有一断口。
前述电动剃须刀的刀片组,其刀片为圆弧形,其两端一体成形于一基座上,各刀片与该基座共同围成一圆柱面形。
前述电动剃须刀的刀片组,其基座的横截面也可为“凵”形,所述各圆弧形刀片的两端一体连接于该“凵”形的两上端部。
由上述对本发明结构的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:由于各刀片的中部具有一断口,各断口排列成一位于刀片组中部的长条形空间,毛发很容易进入该长条形空间中,并随着剃须刀的移动进入到相邻两刀片之间的空隙中。

下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例一
电动剃须刀的刀片组,参照图1和图2,包括互相平行排列的多个刀片1,各刀片1中部具有一断口10,各断口10排列形成一长条形的空间100。各刀片1为圆弧形,其两端一体成形于一基座2上,各刀片1与该基座2共同围成一圆柱面形。剃须时,毛发很容易先进入该长条形的空间,并随着剃须刀的移动而进入到相邻两刀片1之间的空隙而被切断。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的结构基本上同,参照图3,主要区别在于其基座2’的横截面为“凵”形,所述各圆弧形刀片1的两端一体连接于该“凵”形的两上端部。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
本发明一种电动剃须刀的刀片组,结构简单、使用方便,毛发很容易进入刀片组长条形空间中,并随着剃须刀的移动进入到相邻两刀片之间的空隙中,从而提高了剃须效率。

- 电动剃须刀的刀片组,包括互相平行排列的多个刀片,其特征在于:各刀片中部具有一断口,各刀片的两端连接于一基座上。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动剃须刀的刀片组,其特征在于:各刀片为圆弧形,其两端一体成形于一基座上,各刀片与该基座共同围成一圆柱面形。
- 如权利要求1所述的电动剃须刀的刀片组,其特征在于:所述基座的横截面为“凵”形,所述各刀片为圆弧形,圆弧形刀片的两端一体连接于该“凵”形的两上端部。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的电动剃须刀的刀片组,其特征在于:刀片组各刀片的断口排列成一位于刀片组中部的长条形空间。
