接收紧急广播消息的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端接收多媒体广播信号的技术, 尤其涉及通过多媒 体广播接收紧急广播消息的方法及装置。 背景技术
近年来数字移动多媒体广播技术和标准发展迅速, 例如欧洲的数字视 频广播手持式接收(DVB-H, Digital Video Broadcast Handheld ) 系统、 美 国的媒体单一前向链路(MediaFLO, Media Forward Link Only ) 系统、 基 于移动蜂窝的广播多播服务( BCMCS , Broadcast and Multicast Services )系 统以及中国移动多媒体广播 ( CMMB , China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting ) 系统等, 数字移动多媒体广播网络为其终端用户提供许多服 务内容, 如广告、 天气预报、 新闻、 体育节目、 综艺、 多媒体广播剧、 电 影等节目, 用户可以根据自己的爱好选择移动多媒体播放提供的服务节目。
所谓手机电视业务, 简言之, 就是利用移动通信的手机终端来观看电 视节目的业务。 作为一种新兴的业务, 手机电视与在客厅里全家一起收看 的传统电视相比, 具有便携性、 移动性以及私密性等特点。 随着移动数据 业务的普及以及手机视频功能的拓展, 手机电视开始逐渐进入了人们的生 活。 随着人们生活水平的不断提高, 消费需求越来越多样化、 时尚化, 在 手机上观看电视节目已开始成为一种时尚, 并将会成为人们享受生活的一 种方式。
从广播电视业务的发展来看, 传统的广播电视技术已经从模拟技术向 数字技术快速发展, 电视信号的接收装置也从普通的台式电视机向可移动 电视、 车载电视和手持电视等多元化终端的方向发展。 从移动通信的发展 趋势来看, 随着移动通信网络的数据传输能力的大幅提高, 以及终端制造 技术的不断完善, 已使通过手机终端收看电视节目成为可能。 这两个方面 的技术进步, 为通过手机终端接收高质量的视频节目内容开辟了道路, 使 两大产业之间的刚性边界开始消融, 进而催生了手机电视这个全新的业务 模式。
紧急广播是一种利用广播通信系统向公众通告紧急事件的方式。 当发 生自然灾害、 事故灾难、 公共卫生和社会安全等突发事件时, 造成或者可 能造成重大人员伤亡、 财产损失、 生态环境破坏和严重社会危害以及危及 公共安全时, 紧急广播提供了一种迅速快捷的通告方式。 随着国家对各种 突发应急事件的重视和各种公共紧急预案的提出, 作为一种拥有大量在线 用户的广播技术, 提供紧急广播业务是非常必要的。 具有接收紧急广播消 息的手机终端可以接收来自紧急广播系统里发出的紧急广播消息。
如图 1 所示, 是中国移动多媒体广播系统广播信道帧的结构图, 该广 播信道帧由多个复用帧组成, 复用帧由复用帧头、 复用帧净荷以及填充部 分组成; 复用帧净荷又由多个复用子帧组成。
例如, 确定 1秒钟为复用周期, 划分为 40等份时间段(时隙), 复用 单元就是 25ms。 逻辑上的复用帧和时隙映射由系统配置决定。
一个复用帧对应一个控制或业务逻辑信道, 每个复用帧分配一个复用 帧标识 MF— ID, MF ID范围为 0至 39, 最大为 39。 其中 MF— ID=0的复用 帧映射到控制逻辑信道, 用来传输系统控制信息; MF— ID≠0 (即 MF_ID=1~39 ) 的复用帧映射到业务逻辑信道, 用来传输业务数据。
如图 2所示, 复用帧标识为零(MF— ID=0 ) 的复用帧用于承载控制信 息, 该复用帧中的复用帧净荷包括多个控制信息表, 亦即每个复用子帧由 一个控制信息表组成。 紧急广播消息表是由表标识号为 0x10的控制信息表 承载。 在现有的中国移动多媒体广播规范中, 将紧急广播业务放在承载控制 信息的复用帧(即复用帧 0, MF— ID=0 )里发送。 根据终端接收广播消息的 性能将接收装置设为几个接收通道, 由于目前技术的限制, 只能设为两个 接收通道, 即逻辑通道 0、 逻辑通道 1。 一般地, 逻辑通道 0用来接收控制 信息复用帧 (即复用帧 0 ), 逻辑通道 1用来接收业务数据复用帧 (即非 0 复用帧, MF— ID≠0 )。
现有技术中, 用户终端接收紧急广播消息通常的方法是:
终端侦测复用帧头中的 "紧急广播指示" 字段值, 如图 3所示, 0为没 有紧急广播消息, 当由 0变为非 0时, 表明在控制信息复用帧里存在一条 紧急广播消息 (由消息 ID来标识 ), 终端进入逻辑通道 0收取控制信息复 用帧, 并按图 2 所示的帧结构解析由紧急广播表头和紧急广播数据段等组 成的紧急广播信息表(表标识号为 0x10的控制信息表)。
图 3 中的 "紧急广播指示" 字段在发射端有新的紧急广播消息队列发 送时, 其取值在 1 ~ 3范围内 (即 01~11 )循环递增加 1 ; 或者, 在所有紧 急广播消息队列发送在广播网中完成后, 该字段值变为 0。 亦即该字段值只 在这两种情况下才有变化, 而在同一紧急广播消息在广播网中循环发送过 程中, 该字段值不再变化。
图 2中紧急广播表头中的 "并发消息数量"为 4位字段, 取值范围 0 ~ 15 , 用于表示紧急广播前端发送队列里面当前待发的消息数量, 接收终端 可以根据此字段判断是否收全本消息队列中所有的紧急广播消息。 消息 ID 用于标识控制信息复用帧里当前发送的紧急广播消息。
现有的终端接收紧急广播消息的技术存在如下缺点:
( 1 )如果在紧急广播发射前端连续同时发射多条紧急广播消息时, 终 端才进入手机电视, 并且该多条紧急广播消息的发送周期没有结束时, 终 端不能接收全所有的紧急广播消息。 ( 2 )如果用户进入手机电视并正在收看电视时, 此时逻辑通道 1已被 占用接收电视业务信息, 紧急广播发射前端连续同时发射多条紧急广播消 息, 终端如果一直使用逻辑通道 0接收控制信息复用帧, 则虽可以接收全 所有的紧急广播消息, 但接收过程耗电量非常高且资源浪费严重。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供接收紧急广播消息的方法及装置, 使 移动终端能够在任何时候都收全所有的紧急广播消息, 并且, 能够避免接 收过程耗电量高及资源浪费。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种接收紧急广播消息的方法, 用于通讯移动终端中, 包括: 终端定时从多媒体广播信息的信息头中获知 有新的紧急广播消息需要接收, 则从控制信息解析出紧急广播消息并显示。
进一步地, 终端在未通过第二逻辑通道接收多媒体广播业务信息的场 景下, 定时通过第一逻辑通道接收及解析多媒体广播控制信息及其信息头, 当解析及显示出控制信息中紧急广播消息队列的所有消息后, 停止接收控 制信息。
进一步地, 在定时接收控制信息之前, 还包括: 初始化紧急广播消息 变量, 即置紧急广播指示变量的值等于第一初值, 置并发消息数量变量的 值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于第二初值, 以及置消息队列链表为空; 其中, 第一初值等于所述信息头中用于表示具有新的紧急广播消息队列的 紧急广播指示信息的初值, 第二初值等于控制信息中用于表示紧急广播消 息队列的消息数量的并发消息数量信息的初值。
进一步地, 本发明的方法具体包括步骤:
( 1 )接收控制信息, 从该控制信息的信息头中解析出紧急广播指示信 息; 判断紧急广播指示信息的值与紧急广播指示变量的值是否相等, 若相 等则执行步骤(3 ), 若不相等则置紧急广播指示变量的值等于紧急广播指 示信息的值;
( 2 )解析控制信息中的紧急广播信息, 提取并发消息数量信息和用于 标识消息的消息 ID; 判断消息队列链表中是否存在该消息 ID, 若存在则执 行步骤(3 ); 若不存在则置并发消息数量变量的值等于并发消息数量信息 的值, 将已收消息数量变量的值移动一个单位数量, 该单位数量用于表示 紧急广播消息队列中的一个紧急广播消息; 以及将消息 ID置于消息队列链 表中; 同时, 显示当前紧急广播消息;
( 3 )判断并发消息数量变量的值是否小于已收消息数量变量的值, 若 小于则继续接收控制信息, 然后重复执行步骤(2 ); 否则, 重置并发消息 数量变量的值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于第二初值, 以及重置消息 队列链表为空, 同时停止接收控制信息。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种接收紧急广播消息的方法, 用于通讯移动终端中, 包括: 在终端接收多媒体广播业务信息的场景下, 当从业务信息的信息头中获知有新的紧急广播消息队列需要接收, 则从多 媒体广播控制信息中解析出紧急广播消息并显示。
进一步地, 终端通过第二逻辑通道接收业务信息, 当通过第一逻辑通 道从接收的控制信息解析及显示出紧急广播消息队列中所有的消息后, 继 续通过第二逻辑通道接收业务信息。
进一步地, 在终端接收业务信息之前, 还包括: 初始化紧急广播消息 变量, 即置紧急广播指示变量的值等于第一初值, 置并发消息数量变量的 值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于第二初值, 以及置消息队列链表为空; 其中, 第一初值等于所述信息头中用于表示具有新的紧急广播消息队列的 紧急广播指示信息的初值, 第二初值等于控制信息中用于表示紧急广播消 息队列中消息数量的并发消息数量信息的初值。
进一步地, 本发明的方法具体包括步骤: ( 1 )接收业务信息,从业务信息的信息头中解析出紧急广播指示信息; 判断紧急广播指示信息的值与紧急广播指示变量的值是否相等, 若相等则 执行步骤(3 ); 若不相等则置紧急广播指示变量的值等于紧急广播指示信 息的值;
( 2 )接收控制信息, 解析该控制信息中的紧急广播信息, 提取并发消 息数量信息和用于标识消息的消息 ID; 判断消息队列链表中是否存在该消 息 ID, 若存在则执行步骤(3 ); 若不存在则置并发消息数量变量的值等于 并发消息数量信息的值, 将已收消息数量变量的值移动一个单位数量, 该 单位数量用于表示紧急广播消息队列中的一个紧急广播消息; 将该消息 ID 置于消息队列链表中; 同时, 显示当前紧急广播消息;
( 3 )判断并发消息数量变量的值是否小于已收消息数量变量的值, 小 于则重复执行步骤(2 ); 否则, 重置并发消息数量变量的值和已收消息数 量变量的值等于第二初值, 以及重置消息队列链表为空, 然后重复执行步 骤( 1 )。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种接收紧急广播消息的通讯 移动终端, 包括依次连接的控制单元、 接收单元、 解析比较单元和显示单 元, 其中:
控制单元, 用于定时启动接收单元接收多媒体广播信息, 同时指示解 析比较单元解析多媒体广播信息的信息头;
接收单元, 用于在控制单元的启动下, 将接收的多媒体广播信息输出 给解析比较单元;
解析比较单元, 用于根据控制单元的指示, 从输入的多媒体广播信息 中解析出信息头, 并从该信息头解析出的紧急广播指示信息获知有新的紧 急广播消息需要接收, 则将从多媒体广播控制信息中解析出的紧急广播消 息输出给显示单元; 显示单元, 至少用于将输入的紧急广播消息进行显示。
进一步地, 在控制单元未启动接收单元接收多媒体广播业务信息的场 景下,
控制单元, 用于定时启动接收单元接收控制信息, 并指示解析比较单 元解析控制信息; 在收到解析比较单元的关闭接收单元的指示后, 向接收 单元发出停止接收信息的指示;
接收单元, 用于在控制单元的启动下, 将接收的控制信息输出给解析 比较单元; 在收到控制单元停止接收信息的指示后, 停止通过第一逻辑接 收控制信息;
解析比较单元, 还与控制单元连接, 用于根据控制单元的指示, 解析 控制信息及其信息头; 当从控制信息中解析出紧急广播消息队列内所有的 消息输出给显示单元后, 向控制单元发出关闭接收单元的指示。

解析比较单元, 用于将输入的业务信息进行解析, 根据从该业务信息 的信息头解析出的紧急广播指示信息获知有新的紧急广播消息需要接收, 则指示控制单元需要接收控制信息; 在收到控制单元解析紧急广播消息的 指示后, 将从输入的控制信息中解析出的紧急广播消息输出给显示单元; 如果从业务信息的信息头解析出的紧急广播指示信息获知没有新的紧急广 播消息需要接收, 则将解析出的业务信息净荷数据输出给显示单元;
显示单元, 用于显示输入的紧急广播消息, 和 /或用于显示输入的业务 信息净荷数据。

解析比较单元, 将从控制信息中解析出的紧急广播消息队列中所有的 紧急广播消息输出给显示单元后, 指示控制单元恢复接收业务信息; 控制单元, 收到解析比较单元恢复接收业务信息的指示后, 指示接收 单元恢复接收业务信息。
本发明的方法及装置, 通过釆用不同方式对逻辑通道的使用进行控制 , 既能够使终端定时打开逻辑通道, 以按时接收到所有的紧急广播消息, 亦 能够使终端在收看电视时按需要打开或关闭逻辑通道 0,及时地接收到所有 的紧急广播消息, 从而有效地防止接收过程的高耗电量及资源浪费。 附图说明

本发明提供的接收紧急广播消息的方法及装置, 其发明构思在于, 终 端在还未启动接收单元通过逻辑通道 1 接收业务信息时, 定时启动接收单 元通过逻辑通道 0接收控制信息, 当从该控制信息的信息头中获知有紧急 广播消息需要接收时, 在解析及显示紧急广播消息队列中所有的消息后关 闭接收单元。 或者, 终端在已经启动接收单元通过逻辑通道 1 接收业务信 息时, 若从该业务信息的信息头中获知有紧急广播消息需要接收, 则指示 接收单元通过逻辑通道 0接收控制信息, 在解析及显示紧急广播消息队列 中所有的消息后, 恢复通过逻辑通道 1接收业务信息。
以下结合附图和具体实施例, 对本发明的上述技术方案进行详细地阐 述和解释。 以下虽然是以中国移动多媒体广播系统的广播信道帧为实施例 进行表述, 但这仅仅是为了解释本发明, 而不能限制本发明。 实际上, 本 发明的方法及装置适用于任何将控制信息与业务信息分离在不同逻辑通道 上传输的移动多媒体广播系统。
实施例 1
如图 4所示, 为本发明在逻辑通道 1未被占用的场景下, 即终端在启 动手机电视业务(此时, 还未启动接收单元且逻辑通道 1 未被占用 ) 的同 时, 启动一个定时器工作, 由定时器周期性地启动接收单元, 通过逻辑通 道 0接收紧急广播消息队列, 并在接收完消息队列中所有的消息后及时关 闭接收单元, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 :初始化紧急广播消息变量,即置:紧急广播指示变量 flag = 0, 并发消息数量变量 MsgCount = 0, 已收消息数量变量 MsgNum = 0 , 以及消 息队列链表 MsgQueue = Null;
步骤 402: 接收单元被定时器定时启动;
步骤 403:接收控制信息复用帧,解析复用帧头,提取"紧急广播指示" 字段 ebFlag;
实际上, 在此既可以接收控制信息复用帧而解析出复用帧头, 也可以 接收业务信息复用帧而解析出相应的复用帧头。 只不过于后者, 在判断需 要接收新的紧急广播消息队列后, 在通过接收控制信息复用帧而解析出紧 急广播消息队列。
步骤 404: 判断 ebFlag与 flag是否相等 (保证不再接收及处理相同的 紧急广播消息队列), 是则进入步骤 410 , 否则进入步骤 405;
步骤 405: 置紧急广播指示变量 flag = ebFlag;
步骤 406: 解析控制信息复用帧中的紧急广播信息表, 提取 "并发消息 数量" 字段 ebCount和 "消息 ID" 字段 MsgID; 步骤 407: 判断消息队列链表 MsgQueue中是否存在该 MsgID, 是则执 行步骤 410, 否则执行步骤 408;
步骤 408: 置 MsgCount = ebCount, MsgNum++, 并将该 MsgID置于 MsgQueue中;

步骤 411 : 接收控制信息复用帧, 返回步骤 406执行;
步骤 412: 复位变量: MsgCount = 0, MsgNum = 0, MsgQueue = Null; 步骤 413: 关闭接收单元, 结束流程。
本发明通过定时启动接收单元执行上述流程中 403~413 步骤, 使得终 端在紧急广播消息发送的任何时刻进入手机电视业务, 均能接收全紧急广 播消息队列及其内所有的紧急广播消息。 并且, 在接收过程中, 由于避免 反复接收相同的紧急广播消息队列, 且当已收消息数量变量 MsgNum等于 消息队列中并发消息数量变量 MsgCount 时, 及时关闭接收单元, 从而大 大缩短等候及接收紧急广播消息的时间, 因而有效地避免了接收过程耗电 量高及资源浪费。
如图 5所示, 为本发明在逻辑通道 1 已被占用的场景下, 即终端正通 过逻辑通道 1接收业务信息复用帧收视电视节目或其它业务信息, 每当检 测到该复用帧的复用帧头中的 "紧急广播指示" 字段指示当前时间有紧急 广播消息时(即该字段值为非 0值),打开逻辑通道 0接收控制信息复用帧, 并在接收完紧急广播消息队列中所有的消息后及时关闭逻辑通道 0 ,重新通 过逻辑通道 1接收业务信息复用帧, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 501 :初始化紧急广播消息变量,即置:紧急广播指示变量 flag = 0, 并发消息数量变量 MsgCount = 0, 已收消息数量变量 MsgNum = 0 , 以及消 息队列链表 MsgQueue = Null;
步骤 502: 接收业务信息复用帧, 解析该复用帧的复用帧头, 并提取其 中 "紧急广播指示" 字段 ebFlag;
步骤 503: 判断 ebFlag是否与 flag相等 (保证不再接收及处理相同的 紧急广播消息队列), 是则进入步骤 509 , 否则进入步骤 504;
步骤 504: 置紧急广播指示变量 flag = ebFlag;
步骤 505: 接收控制信息复用帧, 解析控制信息复用帧中的紧急广播信 息表, 提取 "并发消息数量" 字段 ebCount和 "消息 ID" 字段 MsgID; 步骤 506: 判断 MsgQueue中是否存在该 MsgID, 是则执行步骤 509, 否则执行步骤 507;
步骤 507: 置 MsgCount = ebCount, MsgNum++, 并将该 MsgID置于 MsgQueue中;
步骤 508: 显示当前紧急广播消息;
步骤 509:判断 MsgNum是否小于 MsgCount,是则返回步骤 505执行, 否则执行步骤 510;
步骤 510: 复位变量: MsgCount = 0, MsgNum = 0, MsgQueue = Null; 然后返回步骤 502执行。
本发明通过执行上述流程, 使得终端在收视手机电视业务信息的同时, 能够及时打开逻辑通道 0接收当前的紧急广播消息队列及其内所有的紧急 广播消息。 并且, 在接收过程中, 由于避免反复接收相同的紧急广播消息 队列, 且当已收消息数量变量 MsgNum等于消息队列中并发消息数量变量 MsgCount 时, 及时关闭逻辑通道 0, 从而大大缩短等候紧急广播消息的时 间, 因而有效地避免了接收过程耗电量高及资源浪费。
如图 6所示, 是本发明提供的一种接收紧急广播消息的移动终端, 包 括依次连接的控制单元 601、 接收单元 602、 解析比较单元 603和显示单元 604, 其中:
控制单元 601 , 用于在终端停止接收多媒体广播业务信息时(即收到终 端停止接收多媒体广播业务信息的消息后 ), 定时启动接收单元 602通过逻 辑通道 0接收控制信息复用帧, 同时指示解析比较单元 603解析该控制信 息复用帧; 在收到解析比较单元 603 关闭接收单元的指示后, 向接收单元 602发出停止接收信息的指示。 实际上, 在此, 也可以启动接收单元 602通 过逻辑通道 1接收业务信息复用帧, 理由前已述及, 故此不再赘述。
在终端开始接收多媒体广播业务信息时 (即收到终端开始接收多媒体 广播业务信息的消息后), 启动接收单元 602通过逻辑通道 1接收业务信息 复用帧, 同时指示解析比较单元 603 解析该业务信息复用帧; 在收到解析 比较单元 603需要接收控制信息的指示后, 指示接收单元 602通过逻辑通 道 0接收控制信息复用帧, 同时指示解析比较单元 603解析该控制信息复 用帧中的紧急广播消息; 在收到解析比较单元 603 需要继续接收业务信息 的指示后, 向接收单元 602发出恢复接收业务信息复用帧的指示。
接收单元 602, 用于在控制单元 601的启动下, 将接收的控制信息复用 帧输出给解析比较单元 603 ,在收到控制单元 601停止接收信息的指示后停 止工作。
或者, 在控制单元 601 的指示下, 将接收的业务信息复用帧和控制信 息复用帧输出给解析比较单元 603。
解析比较单元 603 ,还与控制单元 601连接, 用于预先初始化紧急广播 消息各变量,即置:紧急广播指示变量 flag = 0,并发消息数量变量 MsgCount = 0, 已收消息数量变量 MsgNum = 0, 以及消息队列链表 MsgQueue = Null, 以及, 用于根据控制单元 601 的指示, 对输入的控制信息复用帧 (或业务 信息复用帧)进行解析, 并从该复用帧的复用帧头解析出的紧急广播指示 字段值获知有新的紧急广播消息队列需要接收, 则将从控制信息复用帧中 解析出的紧急广播消息队列内所有的消息输出给显示单元 604,然后向控制 单元 601发出关闭接收单元的指示。
或者, 将输入的业务信息复用帧进行解析, 根据从该复用帧的复用帧 头解析出的紧急广播指示字段值获知有新的紧急广播消息队列需要接收, 则指示控制单元 601需要接收控制信息; 在收到控制单元 601解析紧急广 播消息的指示后, 将从输入的控制信息复用帧中解析出的紧急广播消息队 列内所有的消息输出给显示单元 604,然后向控制单元 601发出需要继续接 收业务信息的指示; 如果从该复用帧头解析出的紧急广播指示字段值获知 没有新的紧急广播消息队列需要接收, 则将解析出的业务信息净荷数据输 出给显示单元。
具体地,解析比较单元 603用于将解析出的紧急广播指示字段值 ebFlag 与紧急广播指示变量 Flag进行比较,不相等则将 ebFlag赋值给 Flag后保存, 并从控制信息复用帧解析出并发消息数量字段值 ebCount和用于标识消息 的消息 ID字段 MsgID , 当判断该 MsgID不在消息队列链表 MsgQueue中, 则将 ebCount赋值给 MsgCount后保存,并将已收消息数量变量 MsgNum加 1后保存; 将该 MsgID置于 MsgQueue中; 同时, 将解析的当前紧急广播 消息输出给显示单元 604; 当判断 MsgCount还小于 MsgNum, 继续下一个 紧急广播消息的解析, 直至 MsgCount = MsgNum, 则重置 MsgCount和 MsgNum等于 0 , 以及重置 MsgQueue = Null, 并指示控制单元 601关闭所 述接收单元, 或指示控制单元 601需要继续接收业务信息。
显示单元 604 , 用于将输入的紧急广播消息队列内所有的消息进行显 示, 和 /或用于显示输入的业务信息净荷数据。
当然, 本发明还可以有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实 变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种接收紧急广播消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 终端定时从多媒体广播业务信息的信息头中获知有新的紧急广播消息 需要接收时, 从多媒体广播控制信息中解析出所述紧急广播消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端在未通过第二 逻辑通道接收所述多媒体广播业务信息时, 定时通过第一逻辑通道接收及 解析所述多媒体广播控制信息及其信息头, 解析并显示出所述多媒体广播 控制信息中紧急广播消息队列的所有消息后 , 停止接收所述多媒体广播控 制信息; 其中, 所述第二逻辑通道为逻辑通道 1 , 所述第一逻辑通道为逻辑 通道 0。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在定时接收所述多媒体 广播控制信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
初始化紧急广播消息变量, 其中, 所述紧急广播消息变量包括紧急广 播指示变量、 并发消息数量变量和已收消息数量变量;
所述初始化紧急广播消息变量具体为: 置紧急广播指示变量等于第一 初值, 置并发消息数量变量的值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于第二初 值, 以及置消息队列链表为空; 其中, 所述第一初值等于所述信息头中用 于表示具有新的紧急广播消息队列的紧急广播指示信息的初值, 所述第二 初值等于所述多媒体广播控制信息中用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列的消 息数量的并发消息数量信息的初值。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
( 1 )所述终端接收所述多媒体广播控制信息, 从所述多媒体广播控制 信息的信息头中解析出所述紧急广播指示信息; 判断所述紧急广播指示信 息的值与所述紧急广播指示变量的值是否相等, 若相等, 则执行步骤(3 ), 若不相等, 则置所述紧急广播指示变量的值等于所述紧急广播指示信息的 值;
( 2 )所述终端解析所述多媒体广播控制信息中的紧急广播信息, 提取 所述并发消息数量信息和消息 ID; 判断所述消息队列链表中是否存在所述 消息 ID, 若存在, 则执行步骤(3 ); 若不存在, 则置所述并发消息数量变 量的值等于所述并发消息数量信息的值, 将所述已收消息数量变量的值移 动一个单位数量, 所述单位数量用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列中的一个 紧急广播消息; 以及将所述消息 ID置于所述消息队列链表中; 同时, 显示 当前紧急广播消息;
( 3 )所述终端判断所述并发消息数量变量的值是否小于所述已收消息 数量变量的值,若小于,则继续接收所述控制信息,然后重复执行步骤(2 ); 否则, 重置所述并发消息数量变量的值和所述已收消息数量变量的值分别 等于所述第二初值, 以及重置消息队列链表为空, 同时停止接收控制信息。
5、 一种接收紧急广播消息的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 在所述终端接收多媒体广播业务信息 , 从所述多媒体广播业务信息的 信息头中获知有新的紧急广播消息队列需要接收时, 从多媒体广播控制信 息中解析出紧急广播消息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端通过第二逻辑 通道接收所述多媒体广播业务信息 , 当通过所述第一逻辑通道从接收的所 述多媒体广播控制信息解析及显示出紧急广播消息队列中所有的消息后, 继续通过所述第二逻辑通道接收业务信息; 其中, 所述第二逻辑通道为逻 辑通道 1 , 所述第一逻辑通道为逻辑通道 0。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述终端接收所 述多媒体广播业务信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
初始化紧急广播消息变量, 其中, 所述紧急广播消息变量包括紧急广 播指示变量、 并发消息数量变量和已收消息数量变量; 所述初始化紧急广播消息变量, 具体为: 置紧急广播指示变量的值等 于第一初值, 置并发消息数量变量的值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于 第二初值, 以及置消息队列链表为空; 其中, 所述第一初值等于所述信息 头中用于表示具有新的紧急广播消息队列的紧急广播指示信息的初值, 所 述第二初值等于所述控制信息中用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列中消息数 量的并发消息数量信息的初值。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
( 1 )所述终端接收所述业务信息, 从所述业务信息的信息头中解析出 所述紧急广播指示信息; 判断所述紧急广播指示信息的值与所述紧急广播 指示变量的值是否相等, 若相等, 则执行步骤(3 ); 若不相等, 则置所述 紧急广播指示变量的值等于所述紧急广播指示信息的值;
( 2 )所述终端接收所述控制信息, 解析所述控制信息中的紧急广播信 息, 提取所述并发消息数量信息和消息 ID; 判断所述消息队列链表中是否 存在所述消息 ID, 若存在, 则执行步骤(3 ); 若不存在, 则置所述并发消 息数量变量的值等于所述并发消息数量信息的值, 将所述已收消息数量变 量的值移动一个单位数量, 所述单位数量用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列 中的一个紧急广播消息; 将所述消息 ID置于所述消息队列链表中; 同时, 显示当前紧急广播消息;
( 3 )所述终端判断所述并发消息数量变量的值是否小于所述已收消息 数量变量的值, 小于则重复执行步骤(2 ); 否则, 重置所述并发消息数量 变量的值和所述已收消息数量变量的值等于所述第二初值, 以及重置所述 消息队列链表为空, 然后重复执行步骤(1 )。
9、 一种接收紧急广播消息的通讯移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包 括依次连接的控制单元、 接收单元和解析比较单元, 其中:
所述控制单元, 用于定时启动所述接收单元接收多媒体广播信息, 同 时指示所述解析比较单元解析所述多媒体广播业务信息的信息头; 所述接收单元, 用于在所述控制单元的启动下, 将接收的所述多媒体 广播业务信息输出给所述解析比较单元;
所述解析比较单元, 用于根据所述控制单元的指示, 从输入的所述多 媒体广播业务信息中解析出信息头, 并从所述信息头解析出的紧急广播指 示信息获知是否有新的紧急广播消息需要接收。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 在所述控制单元 未启动所述接收单元接收多媒体广播业务信息时,
所述控制单元, 用于定时启动接收单元接收所述多媒体广播控制信息, 并指示所述解析比较单元解析所述多媒体广播控制信息; 在收到所述解析 比较单元的关闭接收单元的指示后, 向所述接收单元发出停止接收信息的 指示;
所述接收单元, 用于在所述控制单元的启动下, 将接收的所述多媒体 广播控制信息输出给所述解析比较单元; 在收到所述控制单元停止接收信 息的指示后, 停止通过所述第一逻辑接收所述多媒体广播控制信息;
所述解析比较单元, 还与所述控制单元连接, 用于根据所述控制单元 的指示, 解析所述多媒体广播控制信息及其信息头; 当从所述多媒体广播 控制信息中解析出紧急广播消息队列内所有的消息后, 向所述控制单元发 出关闭接收单元的指示。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述解析比较单 元还用于预先初始化及保存紧急广播消息变量, 其中, 初始化紧急广播消 息变量, 具体为, 置紧急广播指示变量的值等于第一初值, 置并发消息数 量变量的值和已收消息数量变量的值分别等于第二初值, 以及置消息队列 链表为空; 其中, 所述第一初值等于所述信息头中用于表示具有新的紧急 广播消息队列的紧急广播指示信息的初值, 所述第二初值等于所述控制信 息中用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列中消息数量的并发消息数量信息的初 值。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述解析比较单 元, 将解析出的紧急广播指示信息的值与所述紧急广播指示变量的值进行 比较, 不相等则将所述紧急广播指示信息的值赋值给所述紧急广播指示变 量后保存, 并从所述控制信息解析出所述并发消息数量信息和消息 ID, 当 判断所述消息 ID不在所述消息队列链表中, 则将并发消息数量信息的值赋 值给所述并发消息数量变量后保存, 并将所述已收消息数量变量的值移动 一个单位数量, 所述单位数量用于表示所述紧急广播消息队列中的一个紧 急广播消息; 将所述消息 ID置于所述消息队列链表中; 当判断所述并发消 息数量变量的值还小于已收消息数量变量的值, 继续下一个紧急广播消息 的解析, 直至所述并发消息数量变量的值等于所述已收消息数量变量的值, 则重置所述并发消息数量变量的值和所述已收消息数量变量的值等于所述 第二初值, 以及重置所述消息队列链表为空, 并指示所述控制单元关闭所 述接收单元。
13、 根据权利要求 10至 12任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 在 所述终端开始需要接收多媒体广播业务信息时,
所述控制单元, 还用于启动所述接收单元接收所述多媒体广播业务信 息, 同时指示所述解析比较单元解析所述多媒体广播业务信息; 在收到所 述解析比较单元需要接收所述多媒体广播控制信息的指示后, 指示所述接 收单元接收所述多媒体广播控制信息, 同时指示所述解析比较单元解析所 述多媒体广播控制信息中的紧急广播消息;
所述接收单元, 用于在所述控制单元的启动下, 将通过第二逻辑通道 接收的所述多媒体广播业务信息输出给所述解析比较单元; 在收到所述控 制单元接收所述多媒体广播控制信息的指示后, 则将通过第一逻辑通道接 收的所述多媒体广播控制信息输出给所述解析比较单元;
所述解析比较单元, 用于将输入的所述多媒体广播业务信息进行解析, 根据从所述多媒体广播业务信息的信息头解析出的紧急广播指示信息获知 有新的紧急广播消息需要接收, 则指示所述控制单元需要接收所述多媒体 广播控制信息; 在收到所述控制单元解析所述紧急广播消息的指示后, 将 从所述接收单元输入的所述多媒体广播控制信息中解析出的所述紧急广播 消息; 如果从所述多媒体广播业务信息的信息头解析出的紧急广播指示信 息获知是否有新的紧急广播消息需要接收。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述解析比较单 元将从所述多媒体广播控制信息中解析出的所述紧急广播消息队列中所有 的紧急广播消息后 , 指示所述控制单元恢复接收所述多媒体广播业务信息; 所述控制单元, 收到所述解析比较单元恢复接收所述多媒体广播业务 信息的指示后, 指示所述接收单元恢复接收所述多媒体广播业务信息。
