步骤 101 : 优选地, 在用户的手机终端预先设置一紧急广播消息发送组, 将需要向其发送紧急广播消息的电话号码、 电话号码对应的用户名、 或者电 话号码及其对应的用户名添加到该紧急广播消息发送组中, 并进入步骤 102; 用户可根据电话号码的重要性, 以及电话号码用户能否接收紧急广播消 息, 将那些对于用户比较重要而又无法接收紧急广播消息的电话号码和对应 的用户名添加到紧急广播消息发送组中;
当紧急广播消息发送组中的电话号码不再重要或其也可直接接收紧急广 播消息时, 用户也可选择将该转接用户从紧急广播消息发送组中删除。
在向紧急广播消息发送组添加电话号码和其对应的用户名时, 可以直接 输入电话号码或者该电话号码对应的用户名, 也可以从电话簿中选择已存储 的电话号码, 将其添加到紧急广播消息发送组中, 通过电话簿选择时, 可直 接将所选择的电话簿中的电话号码及其对应的用户名复制到紧急广播消息发 送组中。 步骤 102: 从用户手机终端的紧急广播接收芯片中接收紧急广播消息复 用子帧, 并进入步骤 103;
步骤 103: 根据图 3所示的紧急广播结构解析紧急广播消息复用子帧, 提取出文本数据; 当辅助数据数量为大于零的数时, 表明存在辅助数据, 则 提取出辅助数据, 其中所述辅助数据为声音、 视频或图片等数据, 并进入步 骤 104;
步骤 104: 将提取的文本数据或辅助数据显示给用户, 并根据文本数据 或辅助数据确定数据类型, 将文本数据的类型定义为 1 , 将辅助数据的类型 定义为 2, 如果类型为 1则进入步骤 105 , 类型为 2则进入步骤 106;
步骤 105: 如果紧急广播消息为文本数据, 则自动按照短消息格式转换 该紧急广播消息数据, 并进入步骤 107;
步骤 106: 如果紧急广播消息为声音、 视频或图片形式, 则自动按照彩 信格式转换该紧急广播消息数据, 并进入步骤 107;
步骤 107: 自动从紧急广播发送组中提取电话号码, 并进入步骤 108; 步骤 108: 判断消息发送组中是否存在电话号码, 是则进入步骤 110, 否 则进入步骤 109;
步骤 109: 开启提示窗口提示用户输入用户名或电话号码, 待填完确认 后并进入步骤 110;
步骤 110: 向该电话号码发送格式转换后的紧急广播消息。
当紧急广播消息发送组中包含一个以上的电话号码时, 可逐一向紧急广 播消息发送组中的电话号码发送, 也可以釆用群发的方式一次完成全部号码 的发送; 当紧急广播消息发送组中仅包含用户名时, 则根据用户名从电话簿 中查询该用户名对应的电话号码。
图 5所示是本发明实施例的一种转发紧急广播消息的装置, 其包括设在 用户手机终端上的接收单元、 显示单元、 转换单元以及发送单元, 其中: 接收单元用于从紧急广播消息接收芯片接收紧急广播消息复用子帧, 并 对接收到的复用子帧进行解析, 提取出文本数据, 当辅助数据数量为大于零 的数时, 表明存在辅助数据, 并提取出辅助数据, 其中该辅助数据为声音、 视频或图片等数据, 并附带类型输出给显示单元显示, 其中紧急广播数据的 类型包括文本数据和辅助数据;
例如, 将文本数据的类型定义为 1 , 将辅助数据的类型定义为 2。
显示单元用于将接收单元输出的紧急广播消息数据显示给用户, 在到达 预定显示时间后将显示的数据附带类型输出给转换单元。
转换单元用于将显示单元输出的数据根据数据类型进行转换, 将文本数 据按照短消息格式进行转换; 存在辅助数据时, 将辅助数据按照彩信的格式 进行转换, 转换后输出给发送单元。
发送单元用于在用户终端中设置一紧急广播消息发送组, 在该紧急广播 消息发送组中添加需要向其转发紧急广播消息的电话号码和 /或电话号码对 应的用户名; 以及用于从紧急广播消息发送组中提取出电话号码, 并将转换 单元输出的转换后的数据通过短消息或彩信的方式发送到紧急广播消息发送 组中的电话号码。
进一步地, 发送单元还用于当紧急广播消息发送组中仅包含用户名时, 根据用户名从电话簿中查询该用户名对应的电话号码, 通过短消息或彩信的 方式向查询到的电话号码发送紧急广播消息。
当然, 本发明还可有其它实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明通过将具有直接接收紧急广播消息功能的用户终端接收到的紧急 广播消息, 釆用短消息或彩信的方式自动按照短消息格式或彩信格式发送给 无法直接从紧急广播系统接收紧急广播消息的用户终端, 使不具备直接接收 紧急广播消息功能的用户终端也可以通过接收短消息或彩信来接收紧急广播 消息, 达到一种迅速快捷且全面通告紧急广播消息的目的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种应用于能直接接收紧急广播消息的用户终端的方法, 其包括: 所述用户终端接收和解析紧急广播消息复用子帧后, 提取出紧急广播消 息数据;
根据所述紧急广播消息数据的类型按照短消息格式或者彩信格式对其进 行转换; 以及
将转换后的紧急广播消息数据以短消息或彩信方式进行转发;
从而完成紧急广播消息的转发。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述用户终端中预置有一紧急广播消息发送组, 该紧急广播消息发送组 中包含需要向其转发紧急广播消息的电话号码、 与所述电话号码对应的用户 名、 或者所述电话号码及其对应的用户名;
在转发所述转换后的紧急广播消息数据时, 将其发送到所述紧急广播消 其中, 所述电话号码对应的用户名是指, 所述用户终端的电话簿中已存 储的电话号码所对应的用户名。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述紧急广播消息数据的类型包括文本数据和辅助数据, 所述辅助数据 为声音、 视频或图片;
所述用户终端在提取紧急广播消息数据时, 首先提取出文本数据, 当辅 助数据数量为大于零的数时, 提取出辅助数据。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
根据所述紧急广播消息数据的类型按照短消息格式或者彩信格式对其进 行转换是指: 若所述紧急广播消息数据为文本数据, 则自动按照短消息格式 转换该紧急广播消息数据; 若所述紧急广播消息数据为声音、 视频或图片, 则自动按照彩信格式转换该紧急广播消息数据。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
在所述用户终端中预置所述紧急广播消息发送组时, 直接输入所述电话 号码, 或者从所述用户终端的电话簿中选择已存储的电话号码, 将所述电话 号码、 与所述电话号码对应的用户名, 或者所述电话号码及其对应的用户名 添加到所述紧急广播消息发送组中。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
在转发所述转换后的紧急广播消息数据时, 判断所述紧急广播消息发送 组中是否存在电话号码, 如果是, 则釆用逐一发送或群发的方式向所述电话 号码发送所述转换后的紧急广播消息; 否则, 开启提示窗口提示用户输入用 户名或电话号码。
7、 一种应用于能直接接收紧急广播消息的用户终端的装置, 所述装置包 括设置在所述用户终端上的接收单元、 转换单元和发送单元, 其中:
所述接收单元设置成接收和解析紧急广播消息复用子帧, 提取出紧急广 播消息数据, 并输出给所述转换单元;
所述转换单元设置成根据所述紧急广播消息数据的类型按照短消息格式 或者彩信格式对其进行转换, 并将转换后的所述紧急广播消息数据输出给所 述发送单元; 以及
所述发送单元设置成将所述转换后的紧急广播数据以短消息或彩信方式 进行转发;
从而使紧急广播消息被转发出。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中,
所述发送单元还预置有一紧急广播消息发送组, 所述紧急广播消息发送 组中包含需要向其转发紧急广播消息的电话号码、 与所述电话号码对应的用 户名, 或者所述电话号码及其对应的用户名;
所述发送单元在转发所述转换后的紧急广播消息数据时, 从所述紧急广 播消息发送组中提取出电话号码, 并将所述转换后的紧急广播消息数据发送 其中, 所述电话号码对应的用户名是指, 所述用户终端的电话簿中已存 储的电话号码所对应的用户名。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中,
所述紧急广播消息数据的类型包括文本数据和辅助数据, 所述辅助数据 为声音、 视频或图片; 所述接收单元在提取紧急广播数据时, 首先提取出文 本数据, 当辅助数据数量为大于零的数时, 提取出辅助数据。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述转换单元在根据所述紧急广播消息数据的类型按照短消息格式或者 彩信格式对其进行转换时, 若所述紧急广播消息数据为文本数据, 则自动按 照短消息格式转换该紧急广播数据; 若所述紧急广播消息数据为声音、 视频 或图片, 则自动按照彩信格式转换该紧急广播数据。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中,
所述发送单元在预置所述紧急广播消息发送组时, 直接输入所述电话号 码, 或者从所述用户终端的电话簿中选择已存储的电话号码, 将所述电话号 码、 与所述电话号码对应的用户名, 或者所述电话号码及其对应的用户名添 加到所述紧急广播消息发送组中。
12、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 所述装置还包括显示单元, 所述显示单 元与所述接收单元及所述转换单元相连, 所述接收单元将提取出的紧急广播 消息数据附带类型输出给所述显示单元, 所述显示单元将所述紧急广播消息 数据显示给用户, 并在到达预定显示时间后将显示的紧急广播消息数据附带 类型输出给所述转换单元。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述显示单元的所述预定显示时 间由用户设定。
14、 一种直接接收紧急广播消息的用户终端, 其包括如权利要求 7-13中 任一项所述的装置, 以转发紧急广播消息。
